Hey just a ball question here,
which ball is better for a non-shiny Gyarados / Mega Gyarados?

Either a Dive Ball or a Lure Ball
Are there any disadvantages to getting it in a Lure Ball?

Probably only that Moxie doesn't become an option, but for Mega, Intimidate is definitely better anyway.
 
Best egg moves for Nidoran-F (breeding for Ball)? Are there any that are "must have", or can you just pick 4 random ones?

Currently have:

- Iron Tail
- Venom Drench
- Counter
-

Opinions appreciated. :P

I changed Venom Drench for Poison Tail, now I realise. By the way, I'm kinda new in the forums and I've start to notice people actually do trades just because of the pokeballs the Pokemon are in. What is all the excitement about the Ball?
 
Hope this is the right place to ask, but I have a question about local trade cloning. Is there any chance that the pokémon you are trying to clone disappears, or is the worst thing that can happen that you lose the fodder pokémon and it does not clone? I've also heard that the timing is more difficult after the newest update, could anyone confirm if this is true or not? Want to find a new way of cloning after all the QR code fun was over.

It's always cuter to have a nice Pokemon in a matching Pokeball. Transfer-exclusive Pokeballs are also extra style points.

Well, honestly I never thought of that, but it makes a lot of sense I mean if you like to match the color of your Pokemon with their Pokeball, haha thank you both for the answers.

Nidoran-Male:
- Head Smash
- Disable
- Beat Up
- Poison Tail

Nidoran-Female:
- Skull Bash
- Disable
- Pursuit
- Venom Drench

These are the best egg moves for the two Nidos imo due to difficulty of chain breeding and mild possibility of use. Although for Sheer Force, it's unlikely any of these will be used, they are for aesthetic purpose only :))

I prefer Repeat Ball on shiny Chandelure. Also like Infiltrator more, but that's probably a personal opinion lol.

Also, please give Nidoran-M Sucker Punch lol. In the off chance you want to run physical, it can make great use of it. ;)

Definitely Repeat Ball! Not only do the ball colours match shiny Chandelure really well, the animation when the ball opens looks really nice (the black and orange circles). I sorta like timer ball too but repeat is easily the best

Right, I found out sucker punch and head smash can both be passed down by Emboar, so its possible. Which move would you have Sucker Punch take the place of? Beat Up?

I like Sucker Punch instead of Beat Up, which could possibly be one of Nidoran-F's moves anyway :P but since neither Beat Up or Poison Tail have much use for Nidoking, a STAB Poison Tail looks better on it as an egg move :)
