2) excadrill and hippowdon, mainly the former since its a bulky ground and a rapid spinner, but hippowdon also outclasses it to an extent as a bulky ground type

How come when I try to use shiny Celebi on Pokemon Showdown, I just get the standard green Celebi?

Technically, you'd have to contact a member of the tiering council, but unless you have a REALLY good case (something way better than meta mons X, Y, and Z destroy it) it's almost guaranteed to be ignored. Of course, we're now suspecting Aegi, so I don't know what else you'd want unbanned.
Ya, I posted this 1 minute before Haunter put up the Angi thread, wow lol. I was going to ask why Deoxys-D would be considered unhealthy in a meta with cutsap leads being viable but ya, Angi takes priority here :P
Deo-D is probably a fight not worth fighting. Custap Skarmory and Forretress have huge issues like being Taunt bait and getting wrecked by Mega Sableye and a lot of anti-leads. Deo-D has better bulk, is actually much faster, and has a huge movepool that lets it take on a lot of anti-leads. You could argue that if it runs move A it's beat by threat X, but it's a pretty bad circular argument, and honestly it would likely just lead to games becoming even more match-up reliant than they are now.
What is the standard Mega Aerodactyl set? Do you run Jolly or Adamant? Also, is non-mega Aero viable as a suicide lead?
Right now the most common set is the all out attacker set or roost + 3 attacks, but considering m-aerodactyl extensive coverage you can pick up what your team needs (aerial ace, fire fang, ice fang, aqua tail, stone edge, earthquake among other things).
It runs jolly nature to get the jump on jolly m-lopunny so it can deal with it. Max attack and speed cause no reason not to at this point.
Regarding the second question, not sure but it looks quite viable considering the tools it has.
Standard Mega Aero set would be aerial ace / stone edge / fire fang or earthquake / aqua tail or ice fang, jolly, and yes non mega aero is viable as a suicide lead thanks to better speed tier than azelf and tailwind.
More immediate power, sun reducing water moves, natural knock off absorber, checks non Rock Slide Landorus better are some.
A- to me, it's actually more solid than people give it credit for.
lol idk if this should be asked here, but what does aegislash run? imma hop on the ladder but idk what to use. i remember using a swords dance aegi in uber and people laughed at me :(
They only laughed because Aegi in Ubers only uses SubToxic to check Xerneas. You can check out some sets here: http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/aegislash.3489876/. I'd advice against the Double Dance and AoA sets though; I'm pretty sure they ended up being less than spetacular. There's also SubToxic, which I think was Toxic + Sub + King's Shield + attack. There are more you could run, but I'm not sure how many were considered good and how many were just lures.

Mostly all the relevant sets back in the day. Variants can be changed though to accomodate new trends like Gliscors and Landos by using HP Ice, Magnet Rise since Aegislash got it in ORAS so you can use that to avoid ground attacks, HP Fire to handle Scizors when using Life Orb variants. Whatever really considering niche options sort of work to like Automize + hazards for a cleaner.
Edit: There's actually a ton of variants lol just looking through team-builder you can basically cater it to anything, and I mean anything.
Why are Florges, Donphan, Heliolisk, Darmanitan, Jolteon, Milotic and Tauros blacklisted in the viability rankings? (I'd thank that threat having a little explanation of it, but it haven't) I know more or less the reason for some of them, like Raikou and M-Manec outclass Jolteon and Heliolisk, and the Pink Blobs outclass Florges as a cleric, but idk about the rest.

What does the term "Blanket Check" specifically mean? I assume is something among the lines of "If you use this Pokemon you don't have to worry too much about Pokemon of this type" or something like that?
