It is technically possible, but unless I am mistaken (which I might be, I don't really follow ORAS ou) mega Lopunny really like the power hjk gives it, so I wouldn't recommend it.Can you run PuP as your only fighting coverage on MLop?
Yes you could do that but it's probably not the best idea, considering mega lopunny really appreciates a more powerful fighting STAB move to get past normal resists such as heatran and tyranitar. Can you run PuP as your only fighting coverage on MLop?
There is a Sub/PuP/Encore/Return set for MegaLop that sets up on some stall mons and can make it a pretty good late game sweeper, but generally Mega Lopunny prefers the powerful unresisted coverage that is Scrappy STAB HJK/Return.Can you run PuP as your only fighting coverage on MLop?
think you meant unresisted not unregistered but yeah the high base power of hjk is most of the reason it's goodThere is a Sub/PuP/Encore/Return set for MegaLop that sets up an some stall mons and can make it a pretty good late game sweeper, but generally Mega Lopunny prefers the powerful unregistered coverage that is Scrappy STAB HJK/Return.
Yeah I just fixed that while you were typing that lol, my autocorrect is literally terrible <.<think you meant unresisted not unregistered but yeah the high base power of hjk is most of the reason it's good
don't use them, use focus sashHow does custap and other low HP based berries work with shedinja? Do they fail 100% of the time no matter what since shedinja's HP is either 100% or 0%.. or is there some particular circumstance where the berry would activate? (Like endure, etc)

Custap wouldn't work cause you're technically at 100% while custap requires you're 1/4 or less. Same deal with berries.I didn't ask if the sets are viable.. (flat out shedinja isn't viable) I asked how the mechanics would work......
Even though you get better recovery out of it, Sun is only limited to 5 turns a time and resetting sun can be a pain since Charizard is 4x weak to SR and Moonlight only has 8PP which can really make a difference in longer gamesHello again! I've got a question about this Clefable set.
Clefable@Leftovers
252 Hp/88 Def/164 Sp. Def
Ability-Magic Guard
Nature-Bold
-Wish
-Moonblast
-Calm Mind
--Flamethrower/Protect
I am running Mega Charizard Y, so Moonlight is actually a viable option. And protect incase I need the healing now.
yes, the chance will reset. if you haven't used protect the turn before it's always a 100% chanceIf I use protect twice, and it works, then I use a move, will the chances reset? Or will it be the same as if I used t once?
Edit: my 200th post
People get a bad rap for using AV because it's often simply slapped onto mons with AoA sets. Tyranitar used to be considered a good AV user, but that's been proved wrong because its defensive typing is poor despite its good bulk. A good AV user needs a solid defensive typing. Moreover, Tyranitar sorely misses the power that Choice Band provides, the revenge killing that Choice Scarf gives it, and the Stealth Rock that it can utilize alongside Leftovers or Smooth Rock.So I got berated for using AV Tyranitar on the OU ladder.
I don't see an analysis for it, but is it really that bad? My logic is that it gives Tyranitar insane special bulk when coupled with Sand Stream, helping it do one of its primary jobs; Pursuit trapping the Latis; even better. With AV Tyranitar can tank a Draco Meteor like nobody's business.
Is it not worth it? What options should I consider instead?

All out attacksThanks! One followup question: what's AoA stand for?
It does not. With regards to King's Shield, does the move have to be capable of affecting the target to trigger the contact effect?
For example, say i have Excadrill in against Aegislash. I expect to force it out with EQ, so I go for a Rapid Spin. Aegislash uses King's Shield.
Rapid Spin is a contact move, but Aegislash is immune to non-Scarppy normal type moves. Does Excadrill suffer the drop or does it not?
Manectric works well for beating faster Pokemon (flying types especially) that can absorb Serperior's hits and stop a sweep, while Serperior can deal with bulky Ground types that hurt Manectric's pivoting ability. What's a good mega pokemon that pairs well with serperior?
