No for pokemon with a base hp stat ending of XX0 or XX5 29 is better for life orb. It's a pretty nitpicky thing though since you're probably not going to fire off 11 attacks without taking damage anyway

Don't think you can. It even has priority over the shiny sparkle, so I think you are stuck with it :/

Playing Pokemon gold this days and i wondering how can i get rock slide on a Cubone/ Marowak with breeding ?
The Larvitar-line learns Rock Slide by level-up and is in the same egg group as Cubone/Marowak.
The alternative is to catch a "male" Rhyhorn/Rhydon, teach it Rock Slide via TM48 in RBY and use that as a father in GSC. In case you don't have access to Larvitar yet...
EDIT: Nidoking and Snorlax should work too.

Hey everyone so tons of people managed to get there hands on a rayquaza code I'm assuming and I'm sure eventually some European people are going to start asking people to reset their rayquaza. Well I can help out with that just ask.
Hey everyone, I have a quick question I hope someone can answer :P
So I'm FINALLY playing ORAS for the first time(please don't hurt me..). I want to get through the game quickly, and would rather save any SRing for the end. Now I realise that Latias (I have AS) and Rayquaza are mandatory story SRs. But can I do anything about Kyogre and Deoxis? Like if I faint them, can I catch them later? And how?

Just kill Kyogre and Deoxys. You can rebattle them when you are done with the game. Kyogre will be in the same cave you've met it during the story. Deoxys will be on top of Sky Pillar.
Defeat them, and then beat the Elite Four. (again in Deoxys' case since you have to beat them the first time to get to it) They'll be available again in Cave of Origin (taking an alternate path to where you fought Kyogre before) and the top of Sky Pillar respectively.
Deoxys, yes. Kyogre/Groudon, no.
