Is this the right place to get help for cloning? If so I have a Smeargle from Buckert's SR mon that I need a few copies of.
Hey guys, so I just caught a Bold Suicune with the following IV's and Hidden Power Grass:
31 / 4 - 5 / 28 - 29 / 30 / 31 / 31
Should I keep or toss it? I'm really thinking about keeping it. Grass is a really good way to KO unsuspecting mons like Gastrodon and Swampert. This Suicune is for VGC. I know its boosted stat (Defense) isn't 31, but it's near flawless. Someone please let me know, thanks!

Its a decent Keep for personal use, assuming its Defense IV is 29, otherwise Toss.

So, Defense ended up being 28 :( final IV's are 31 / 5 / 28 / 30 / 31 / 31. I technically met my goal of 28+ in all stats, so I'm content with this. :)
Too bad, you should seriously Toss it then; I'm pretty sure you'll get a better/flawless one soon (i.e When I was SRing Suicune 3 months ago, I found a similar 31/x/29/29/31/31 Suicune, which I tossed, and 2 days later, I found a 5IV one) so don't give up!

I still have a copy of Omega Ruby laying around, which I can use to get a flawless one. I've just been wanting a Suicune to test with in game, so I hope this one is fine. :)
Honestly I said you should keep because hidden power. 28 defense won't make to much of a difference.
I kept it! :) 29 Defense would've been icing on the cake (it makes a 1 point difference), but 28 is still really solid and was within my goal.
