yea and the person in the pokemon center in battle resort say there outstanding potential so the question is if i should keep or toss it
you should not keep anything with a 0 in any important stat.
dont ask unless its 31 in relevant stats and 28+ in unimportant ones. acceptable impish regirocks would be something like this
31/31/31/x/28+/0,30+
a pokemon with 3 31s and all zeros cannot have outstanding potential -__-

I would like to know what's your favorite breeding method ?
I don't have any other choice to use the Time machine method for 30 IV hidden power but in general I prefer getting 5 eggs then use hatching O-Power since I just have to be focused to IV check the 5 'mons and can do something else in the mean time.
I don't have enough experience to say which one is faster but I will probably breed a full 0 IV Magikarp and a full 31 to be able to use the time machine method without leaving the battle resort.
