Since Ninety Nine and Assassin. have no interest to compete in this tournament and we do not have substitutes to take their place and complete the games, the other 3 participants in their group will be all awarded a +6 while they'll receive a -6 penalty. Ruling them out of the tournament and still selecting 2 winners from their group to proceed in the tournament and giving the 3 players a +6 doesn't make a difference since it is after all a sum-zero tournament so it cancels out the reward/penalty but I'm still awarding out the points for the sake of being consistent.
