So, stupid question, but can you get the McDonald's Hoopa with 6 ivs? Been soft resetting for hours and keep getting 3. Don't want to keep trying for 6 if it can't be done :).
No reason you shouldn't be able to.
Assuming you are going for mixed (Hasty/Naive), your odd of getting a 6IV are
2/25*(1/31)^3 so the odds aren't great

It would be OK to trade, yes (even though I don't always agree with injected Wondercards being allowed to be traded). As long as you state it.

No it isn't ok to trade.
I think the reasoning is that you are basically hacking as you are claiming a pokemon that is region locked and incompatible with your game. By injecting it you are forcing the game to produce data that it should not legally have. That's why some people here have japanese games and 3ds, and others ask here for help from someone with a japanese 3ds and game to claim and SR events for them.
Edit: Apparently local wireless distributions like tanabata jirachi aren't region locked, so now I don't know if it is ok to inject them.

As vzxt said, it depends on the event. If it is not region locked (like the events he referred to) then they are ok to be traded provided you disclose all information (based on precedence anyway). I.e. there have been Tanabata Jirachi GA's around here. If the event is region locked, such as requiring codes, then you cannot inject them and then trade them.

I hatched just over... 800 or 900 eggs I think, and I got 6 shiny Swablu, none of them is perfect :(, but I would like to move on and thinking about settling with either:

If you want an Eon Ticket, your best try is to go to McDonald's and hope you Streetpass someone with the data.
