Is it true that the Hidden Power now has a fixed BP of 60? So the IVs just count to know the HP Type and not the power anymore?
 
Is there a smogon chart with all the possible HP combinations for gen 6? I'm trying to get an HP ice on my eletrike. Parents are Ditto 31IV everything Eletrik 31IV everything except Atk.

Spitback = 5/6 with the x in a bad spot
Flawless = 5/6 with the x in the good spot
Perfect = 6/6?

That's about right. Flawless and Perfect are synonymous, I think, though there definitely is a difference between Timid 6IVs and Timid 5IVs and 0 Atk, since you typically want low Atk with an Atk lowering nature. Speaking of lowering natures, that's why I assumed you don't need SpA on your Gible, cause you want Impish. 6IV takes some work, though it isnt that bad. If you want a +Def Gible going mixed... actually, scratch that, you DONT want a +Def Gible going mixed, since that would mean either lower SpA(Fire Blast will then be useless), lower Spe(!), lower SpD(never use Lax or Gentle on your Pokes), or a neutral nature(just no.) I must insist you either forget about Fire Blast, if you still want Impish, use a Naive Nature with max speed, go Naughty nature with a Scarf, or even use Mega Chomp(they like Naughty Nature, too.)

You only ever really want 6 perfect IVs if the stat your nature is lowering is a defense, maybe speed.

Actually, fire blast is commonly used on impish garchomp for stuff like scizor (although it shouldn't be staying in eitherway), skarmory, etc

Impish garchomp isn't supposed to be an offensive monster. It's a tank and fire blast has specific targets where it doesn't make any significant difference whether SpA is lowered or not. And lowering speed is something you don't want either just because tankchomp is often used on offensive teams and those care about speed a lot. Eben if you don't invest, the speed tier is still important

Didn't know that, thanks. Garchomp doesn't seem like a tank to me, though I guess it makes some sense. Simply_Enigmatic, I can get you a 6IV Impish Rough Skin Gible(it'll take some time, if you can offer me something I'm interested in-6IV doesn't come cheap.)

Also, I got this really weird trade on the GTS, it's a Flawless Siny Jolly natured...Carnivine. Would anyone be interested in this? It isn't really any good in battle-Carnivine kind of sucks, but, if you're gonna use it, it shouldn't be Jolly.

As a general rule, if you get something good from the GTS you should assume it's hacked. Don't trade that here.

Well right now all I have for trade is 6IV Adamant Magikarp and Bagon, but I can definitely keep you posted as I breed more things.
(To clarify, which each pokemon I breed, i'm breeding an additional two 6IV parents for quick trading material, so I have a pretty much unlimited supply of Magikarp and Bagon right now, and i'll be working on others soon as well.)

Hoopa, Hasty Nature, 5/31/31/31/31/31. Worth it? Ideally I wanted the 31 in the HP instead of Defense but I doubt Hoopa-Unbound will be taking too many hits.

Flawless shiny anything off Wonder Trade/GTS is almost undoubtedly a hack, and should not be offered here.
