I can help you I am right now preparing a Pokemon with those characteristics as I don't have one that has 82 speed that can learn thunder wave I will attempt to give you one that doesn't get OTK from Cress. :3

Edit: Its done! Added you I will probably be around a little while longer and if I am not on I will be online by 1-2 PM EST again. Unless you want to do this the GTS way? As for the second trade I will take your Modest Deino from your giveaway trade with Earth Power as an egg move since I was going to ask you for it eventually. :3

A quick legality question involving injected wondercards. I want to SR the HA Sinnoh trio for the new VGC season, and according to Bulbapedia the Japan events' region is "all." Does that mean I can inject the wondercard and trade the Pokemon here because my system would have been able to accept it if I was at the distribution location?

The events were distributed in Japan. Unless someone can confirm you could 100% you could receive it on a non Japan system you could not trade them. For the injected wondercards they are accepted as long as you state that the even is from an injected wondercard.

So I just reset a flawless impish arceus...the only set that seems to use it is poison, to counter xerneas. It also generally runs defog...do I toss this thing?

if it's flawless I would keep. Impish is also different and your I guess helping everyone out by providing more variety. I'm gonna start soft resetting my arceus to and I'll keep anything that's flawless with a good nature (that's my goal at least). Just my thoughts....
 
Is hidden power electric a thing for cresselia? I'm thinking of keeping a 31/31/31/26-27/31/1-3 (relaxed/heal ball) I know it's barely worth a giveaway (if only atk stats were reversed!) but I hate soft resetting!! Lol
 
Looking for someone who can clone some pokemon for me for a giveaway. I need four pokemon cloned. Also if possible would the kind cloner be able to rare candy 3 of my pokemon. Thank you very much.

Cress has access to Energy Ball and Charge Beam, so HP Electric makes no sense. Those IVs are still pretty good w/ a Relaxed Nature, and the imperfect SpA is not a huge issue since Cress doesn't do much attacking and doesn't typically invest anyways.
