I would like to sincerely apologise for disapearing again without any warning. Long story short, I was almost hosptialized due to severe shortness of breath, and I pretty much rested all weekend.

I am so, so sorry if I let anyone who needed Pokemon for the regionals this weekend down. My health will probably be more stable next month, so hopefully we won't have any more problems then! For now, I'll take more of a break, but I'll post again when I'm ready to trade! It will most likely be next weekend.

In the mean time I'll try to find time to trade with people who are helping out with this thread, so some Pokemon will be given out in my absence.

Also Theorymon glad to see you back and I hope your health has improved! Oldman Keith donated this nearly perfect Modest Heatran. I wouldn't use it at this years VGC, but this thing is PERFECT for all the other Battle Spot Metagames. Especially in Battle Spot Doubles, where Heatran was part of the infamous "CHALK" core!

kamikaze17 donated this awesome Hidden Power Ice Bold Thundurus, which was soft reset by user 117jokes . This is untrained, since Bold Thundurus is also viable in multiple meta-games and tends to use different EV spreads in all of them.
