So recently it was discovered that Deoxys in fact cannot be legally obtained in a Japanese Emerald game. So in that case, anyone who has received Deoxys from me in the past, let me know what Deoxys I gave you (with some kind of proof preferrably) and I will get you an English copy of the same one :)

Welp drat, I couldn't remember if the limit was 5 or 6 characters. Tsh! Ah well, no problem, the regular Japanese name is perfectly fine for me as well.

Finally Colosseum update! Colosseum Pokemon don't come with special moves, but they can be shiny :) I only caught Pokemon that are limited in terms of Pokeball choice, and the Legendary dogs. For example, Beldum can only be gotten from Steven (Pokeball) and Shuckle can only be caught in a Safari Ball (Safari Zone Emerald extension) in Gen 3. Furthermore the roamer glitch means that the Legendary dogs will have terrible IVs if you catch them in FR/LG. However, I can still do capture projects of course! XD : Gale of Darkness update coming soon after :)

Unfortunately there isn't really anything that I saw :( I can answer your questions tho lol.

1. Lugia from XD cannot be shiny, so no, Lugia with those moves is non-shiny only :P
2. As for the nicknames actually I have no idea, I cannot nickname it on that game but if I RNG a file on Sapphire to have the same TID but not SID, can I nickname it? Not sure how that works actually.
3. Haha well, anything from Gamecube is pretty hard as you can probably tell by the lack of them around here. I am pretty sure Jirachi (hardest RNG in existence maybe? Can't think of anything harder) is unique here, and Drake / Dragon have the XD / Colo stuff (although recently I saw a new thread open up with Colosseum stuff). Gen 3 is easy enough (still harder than 4th and 5th gen though), just takes forever. Those are quite common around here and I think there was a Selfdestruct Mewtwo given out for free recently :)

It's not exactly the same question, but someone responded "Yup," and I thought it might suggest that what you thought could work.
