Noticed without reading your posts but thanks :)
The rules say that at least a post is required to not be replaced, I could modify this with at least 1 post during the first and last 36 hours though I guess, but that's if majority agrees because I think I've changed rules way too much by now.

DLE you have half the game in null and then you have jalmont as like Super Light Scum based on tone so you can't push but you make the (correct) observation that in a relaxed day like this it's super ez to look townie.
I think your read is true or else distancing because you could've just sheeped me on other comments I made about jalmont. But I find it remarkable that you made the distinction at all that jalmont seemed scummy compared to your nullreads and yet felt none of them was worth pressing and yet observed that the lack of pressure was holding the game back.

1. You said we needed a drama queen to generate real discussion. I don't disagree that the lack of pressure has been making things easier for scum (and personally I think scum are afraid to make the first move). However, you said we needed the drama queen to make us discuss 'real things'. What are these 'real things'?
2. Why can't you prod us into discussing real things? What is holding you back from sparking discussion other than lack of an aggressive playstyle?
3. You said you were trying to scumread, have you found anyone particularly towny, particularly scummy, particularly weird, or particularly hard to read?
4. When asked to give scum you gave 3 users. I felt that the reasons you gave for 2 were as random as you said they were, but the idea that DLE was buddying Blazade ('questioning him to make him look town') wasn't random at all and really interesting. Could you expand on that? what happened to that thought and did any opinions change?
5. You asked why cancerous and ullar were being townread by DLE, why did you ask that? If you found it notable you must have had an opinion on them in particular or found it notable in some way, do you remember your thought process on that at all?
AND FOR EVERYONE: If you had a choice between lynching only these two users, Dullagamur and acidphoenix, ignoring the fact that acidphoenix is getting subbed, who would you pick? I'm not saying vote them, I'm saying if they were your only lynch options who looks worse.

People just keep making posts while I sit here trying to form coherent thoughts and opinions on their previous posts. What a vicious cycle.
That was an interesting exchange of words and ideas between BT and Jumfluff.
Glad that was over quickly. Both sides seem very genuine and passionate. I'm a sucker for passion.
I have a few reads, now.
BT, Jumpluff, and Blazade, Dle: These people take up the majority of the posts so far, and they all seem pro-town to me. Town reads.
Jalmont, Ullar: These are not as pro-town nor active as the previous, have some icky posts that could pass as joke/troll. I also know them well enough to say that it is more likely to be troll. Leaning scum.
King_: I'm not a fan of the whole randomly call people scum as business. And then they said it was to start discussion. Bad. Could be noobtown but from other people's posts I gather they are not new to NOCs. Slight scum read.
dulargarmur, acidphoenix: idling scrubs, their names are not capitalized as punishment.
Walrein: his games suck, let him in so he can witness what good games are like.

So after a day and a bit offline i finally return. Having had the luxury of reading the wonderful posts here I would like to state that most of my Mafia games on the internet do my qualify as NOC. I am sorry about being afk and will be back to my usual self day 2
jumpluff You misattributed the Drama Queen quote to King_ when I'm the one that said it. Let me explain further.
We're now in the point where people are discussing, and there's a lot of about posting style and meta and whatever that's certainly good content, but everyone's too timid to push for a lynch. By now, some well meaning (or maybe not so well meaning) belligerent voice would have pushed for a lynch for some stupid reason, and that would have been an Event that everyone would have reacted to. I can't be the guy that seriously gets up and says "vote BT because he disagrees about gamespec" even if I'm capable of WoTifying it to look serious because that kind of play would look pretty illegitimate coming from me and probably not give me the results I wanted. (People going to DBZ and finding where I say I'd never do this for instance)
As of this morning I think I can start making serious arguments and pushing something, so I'll do that after a quick reread.

gamespec is bad because it forces us to spend time that would be better spent scumhunting; i'd rather figure out who the scum is than whether they have a blackmailer(which is unless i'm missing a role the only scum role that the target would know about that doesn't have village overlap)
although if you are ghosted, blackmailed, redirected claim it
so far i think dle / bt are likely town, cancerous still likely town but not as likely, slight scum read on blazade/dullagamur from both of their most recent posts, moderate scum on king_ mostly for the random reads post and lack of other contribution

jumpluff has been incredibly even handed and legitimate, misread information instead of misinterpreted it, and asked questions over making pushes. I have to believe they're good enough to emulate this to a good extent as scum as well, but where is the agenda?
DLE's right on gamespec (just never got to say this earlier, NAL) but more importantly he's kept a good flow throughout. I thought his question to me very early on was a good example of something natural, most of his reads of posts have been observant and legitimate, and the way he's been interacting with jumpluff in wanting to stay up and talk game is a plus.
Town leaning:
Buttered Toast: If he makes a push like that again in a different context it's going to be real obvious so I'm not really too concerned about his possible scumgame here. I don't think he's rolled scum on a NOC here before so he might be learning and I'll of course be watching but I feel comfortable with his style (emulates past meta), passion (felt like gut over accusations), and most of his opinions.
Dullagamur: I've been there in my first NOC at MafiaScum. I know what it's like to be town and be slow to post opinions because while you may not have anything to hide, you may still be incorrect. I'll say to Dulla that you should just try to get over the hump at some point and post something so we can talk about it, but I won't press you for it anymore.
Jalmont: This is the read that could change most easily, but for now I like his contributions and points.
That's what: acidphoenix, Cancerous, King_, Ullar for scumpool? Intution says that on a slower day like this I think the scum are more often less active, but there's no way this list is exhaustive covering the scumpool and more likely there's a systemic bias in the way I read people. Cancerous got a good post in today, I don't want to D1 acid again after DBZ proved there is no difference in town and scum acid, Ullar acts like this as an innocent child lol. I just can't deal with people that have this kind of towngame, so like players that are too good I'm going to have to try to read their lynches.
King_ is going to be hard for me to divorce from his scumgame in DBZ but I think there are definitely elements of it here, poking in with reads and backing off when questioned, treating his vote as if it's a final lynch, making excuses not to post content. Other people have expressed interest without voting, but right now I think it makes a lot of sense to
