Oak might be getting the ladies now!

So what I'm getting from this is that even past NPCs can have Alolan forms?

Also Wicke is nice, let's show some appreciation for the Thickness in her design and the floppy uniform.
Yes.
Japan just got a new add for Sun & Moon. It's pretty fantastic! Confirms Wishiwashi is a totem Pokemon

1) The more I see of Alola, the more I love it. It is completely beautiful and filled with amazing locations.
2) Exeggutor-A's evolution screen is hilarious.
3) The music is fantastic.

Yep
Alolan Oak confirmed!!

Wow, what happened to you, Sam? How long have you been here to get that deep a tan? And that hair.

Hey guys, I'm curious about this screenshot. This is some building with a Machamp in front of it and a Machamp figure to the left; can you guys discern what the figure on the right is? Or is it something new?

Saw something interesting in the new JAP Trailer for SuMo. The Z Move Button is quite huge.

edit' not sure if we have seen the bottom screen when using a z-move
I thought we did at Gamescom, but am not really sure. Not surprised about it taking up most of the space people kept pointing out in the e3 video as "suspiciously left blank"

also: is it me, or are the Trial Captains doing the Z-move poses for their respective types?

I don't think I've ever been more hyped for a pokemon game. Sun and Moon looks like it's gonna be the change of pace pokemon needed. Maybe I shouldn't set my expectations too high, but I have a good feeling about this.

I don't really have much to say about this new trailer, other than it looks gorgeous. And of course, there's the music, which is great.

Alolan Exeggutor's evolution screen is hilarious, I'm glad GF is being tongue-in-cheek about this.

Wishiwashi actually looks pretty intimidating in that trailer ngl.

I never really cared that much about Oak. It's interesting to see such a drastic change in design though. The only other pokemon character who I think went through that off the top of my head is Elesa, and she didn't even change skin color.

So, Here's our report from our TV Tropes translator:

"The Ride Pokemon all have names for what they do. The ones shown are Lapras Swim, Sharpedo Jet, and Charizard Flight.

The part after it talks about Totem Pokemon maybe confirms that School Form Wishwashi is the Totem Pokemon for Lana's trial.

And of course really tan Oak. He says he's researching Regional Forms.

Fat guy in the starting town who talks about how amazing science is confirmed.

The Japanese names for the Z Moves that Mimikyu and Bewear use are 'Invitation to Eternal Dark Night' and 'Full Power Unparalleled Furious Fist'."

Sooooooo guys, I noticed something weird about the "Z-move" at the end of the trailer.

So of the Z-moves we seen, they all generally follow the same formula. Generally, Z-moves have the trainer do an adorable little pose corresponding to the type of Z-move and then this yellow aura appears around the trainer and then transfers to the Pokemon. The Pokemon gains a yellow aura and then the Z-move symbol appears. The only exception to this formula prior to this trailer was Snorlax. The only thing that differed though was instead of the Z-move symbol it cut to scene with Snorlax's srs bnss face and we didn't see the transfer of yellow aura, I am assuming because the trainer is standing on Snorlax. So while different it follows the same /general/ formula.

You can see the process I described in the trailer

and You can Snorlax Z-move here

Alright, so we great, having said that let's take a look at the last "Z-Move" the trailer shows. Here

(It is pretty quick, so if you can somewhat slow it down, it may be beneficial.)

Not only is this "Z-move" suspiciously set apart from the others, it doesn't follow the general trend. There is no yellow aura until the end of the animation and the Z-symbol appears on the TRAINER instead of the POKEMON as per usual. So I stopped to look at for a while and then noticed something even stranger. That ending pose was super familiar.

Now watch this and focus on the trainer

now compare it to the "Z-move" at the end of the trailer.

The last "Z-move" shares the same pose as Mega Evolution in XY.

While the starting animations are definitely different, the end pose is the pretty much exactly the same.

Now, I'm not saying this proves Megas or Z-forms or any of that crap. I'm just pointing out this is pretty suspicious!

EDIT: Editted to specific time stamps

Absolutly yes, they are making his respective type moves! Fire, Electric, Water and Grass right?

Litten Dark or Litten Fight? Physical attacker for sure.

Or mixed, remember Blaziken and Emboar aren't terrible ingame for both spectrum.

Only typhlosion sucked from one side, and only because of its movepool and lack of secondary stab.
