Question about the IVs of my Lotad

For my wi-fi team, I want to use this set for Ludicolo:

Ludicolo @ Life Orb
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs : 252 Atk / 108 Spd / 150 SAtk
Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
-Waterfall
-Energy ball
-Ice Beam
-Rain Dance

A nice mixed (late-game) sweeper and my second favourite Pokemon. Because I have enough tanks now, I use this set on him. Waterfall is for Blissey. thanks to blasphemy1.

I have bred many Lotads up today and from all of them, this is the best:

Lotad, Lonely Nature 15 Atk IV, 31 SAtk IV, 31 Spd IV

My question is if you would train this?
The move Waterfall and the Atk EVs are mostly for Blissey and in Rain, it OHKOs Blissey with the 15 IV in Attack. Would you try to get a better Attack IV or not?

Were your answers in realtion to the question 'If you would train this...?' or to the question 'Would you try to get a better Attack IV ...?' ?

I use Ludicolo because it belongs to my favourite Pokemon and I rather use Pokemon that I like than some top-OU Pokemon that I don't like...

This Lotad is a male one. Could it work too when I breed it with a female Lotad (Lonely too) that holds an Ever Stone or does it only work in combination with Ditto?

Ditto Only, i suggest find a Lonely ditto with 31 Iv's in Attack, attack everstone, and breed with it, or if you find an Adamant female Lotad with 31 ivs in attack.
 
I mean if it could work if I breed this male Lotad (Lonely, 31 SAtk, 31 Spd) with a female Lotad, Lonely too, that has 31 Atk IV's? Can the following Lotad get an 31 IV in Attack, Special Attack and Speed?
 
Hell, if the only reason you use Waterfall is for blissey and Waterfall OHKOs with the 15 atk, keep it. You have Lonely to pump the attack anyway- nature trumps IV's. Keep it, keep it, keep it.

Yes. But put a everrstone on the Female. I think that Should work.
