Just follow the rules in that post (most notably writing on his profile instead of posting in the thread) and you should be good to go! The Dittos in the next post down are included as well (same rules), of which there's at least 1 with 0 Speed. :)

Does anyone have pokerus in gen 7 yet? I'm looking to start EV training. I can offer a synchronize Abra of some natures (ask and I'll see if I have it).
 
Offering 1 silver bottle cap on random Pokémon for Jolly Abra with Synchronize. If you have one, go use it to grab a new one from route 2 and earn an easy bottle cap! ;)
 
Does anyone have a spitback Beast Ball HA Sharpedo/Carvanha I can have? I have spitbacks of Pikipeks, Mudbrays, HA Mareanies, Cubones, Turtonators. All in Beast Balls.
 
I'd love a HA Eevee and Gible, i can't seem to find any no matter how long I chain :( I can give some bred stuff i got through wondertrade or UB's/box legendaries :)
 
Oh since I've been seeing a lot of synchronize requests let me just say if people need specific synchronizes, I have all natures on gen 7. Just post on my profile and we can work something out.

Quick question about EV training with SOS calls: Once the first pokémon calls for help, does that make it give 36 EVs, or does the first one still give 18 EVs?

Once it calls for help, and help actually shows up, then yes the first one will also give 36 EVs. If it calls for help and nothing shows (at the very beginning of the battle), it still gives 18 EVs.

Thanks! That's what I understood. Someone tried to correct me saying that it still gave 18 EVs, so I had to ask.
 
alright I got my shiny charm finaly

but now I heard rumors that it is all for nothing because the chainrate is 1 in 512 anyway

and that the shiny charm is relay only usefull for breeding now.

is that true?

I would feel realy abd if all my effort would be for nothing but not knowing is worse

I just need to spread Pokerus to some of my pokes and I can trade one with you. I mean if your serious about the Solgaleo I wouldn't mind that haha
