Has a repeatable doubles-battle been found yet?
I'm thinking of raising a Smeargle for in-game purposes. However, I can't seem to find a good way to get Smeargle to Sketch in this game. Usually, there's some double-battle (X and Y had Restaurant Le Nah) that could be repeated for Sketching purposes.
No repeatable double battles, but you can use wild smeargles. Have a wild smeargle sketch a move, and it now will be able to use it again for you to sketch (It didn't work previously because Sketch did not restore a move's PP prior to this gen).
I've been planning to get a Smeargle too. I haven't bred it yet, since I need a Destiny Bond before I can, but once I have it, I plan to have a friend help me via an online double battle. If that's an option for you, I think it's the easiest way. If you don't have someone available, I'm sure there's a Smogonite willing to help you out.
I thought Sketch failed in multiplayer battles?
If it works, I got friends :-) So I can just run it in a doubles battle. But it was under my impression that the move "Sketch" couldn't be used in multiplayer.
They pass their respective stat down from the parent holding them still, but the Destiny Knot is far superior. As of gen 6, the Destiny Knot passes down 5 IV's from both parents chosen at random, leaving the final stat up to chance.Do the Power Items still pass down 1 IV when breeding haven't done this for years so thought I would ask before I try.

Given that you can chain Ditto up to 4 guaranteed IV's in Sun and Moon quite easily, there's not much point in bothering with the Power items for breeding.
Oh snap, it doesn't? That's a problem if true. Can someone confirm?
Sketch might work but your team will be reset regardless after the battle, so you won't keep your move. Just like you don't lose the berries or theft items

Got a question regarding S.O.S Chaining for Shinies. Does the increased Shiny rate reset when you hit over 255 allys called like IVs do? I have been pretty lucky with a lot of shinies since I have gotten them as low as 14 chains and on average have found 8-9 on chains of 25-45. However I'm currently in a chain of 130 and no Shiny yet.
How do I "heal" the Pokerus in SuMo?!? I've been leaving the infected Pokemon on my team overnight and they still haven't gotten the smiley face. I don't want this plague to keep spreading throughout my team!
Not really, as the Destiny Knot may still call upon the stat the Power item is to pass down. If you don't have the right nature yet, it's better to either look for a male in the same egg group or Ditto with the desired nature and breed it first along with desired egg moves. There is a use of power items when breeding, as if you don't have the right nature yet and have two mons to breed, you can give one said power item and one a destiny knot to breed for IV's faster/go for all 6 IV's. Also good if you want to breed a pokemon solely for breeding, and want to breed it with another one with the nature you want (Ex: A male 6IV smeargle can pass any egg moves to field group, other egg move mons.)
Otherwise, destiny knot/everstone is the best option.
Pokérus is nothing but beneficial. It's not a bad thing so you don't need to worry about getting rid of it.How do I "heal" the Pokerus in SuMo?!? PokeRus is at worst...nothing and at best absolutely amazing. Why would you want it gone?
(It should wear off after a few days)
I know, guys. It's just that I'm one of those OCD people that see the Pokerus icon / smiley face on the summary screen as something bad aesthetically. I can live with having it in 1-2 Pokemon just in case I ever need it (likely never), but I want it away from any serious breed I come up with.
And yes, I've had that Pokerus Talonflame (the one who contracted it) for about a week and no smiley face yet. Now the Pokerus has spread to all my in-game team, leaving me unable to level up Pokes without them getting infected.
There are different Pokerus strains, some get cured after one day, some after up to four days. So you should just have it in your team for a few more days and everything should be fine^^ (Tho that talonflame looks a bit suspicious. I guess "about a week" might be less than 4 days?)
Hydration becomes Drizzle when Wingull evolves. At least Ability Capsules are considerably cheaper this generation... (100 BP is still a lot, but better than 200 BP)Having bred a Wingull with Keen Eye (both parents were Wingull), is it a 50/50 chance that it gets Drizzle on evolving? Or does Keen Eye always become Keen Eye, and Hydration becomes Drizzle?
