Unfortunately not, their ninetales was shiny, and I have horrible luck masuda hunting(in all my games almost 11000 eggs and not a single shiny)

Lure, heavy, beast and premier ball can work for samurott
Premier, dive and quick work for gallade
Dusk and nest ball for chesnaught
Empoleon can only have poke, so work with what you got :P
I think there was a Dream World event which gave out Piplup, which UW said awhile back he had.
