After looking 23 pages into this thread, I found our lovely little snail, and it's creator Tetraplex !
And according to them, it's name is supposed to be Magastro. I prefer Macaroon, but if Tetra responds wants to keep the name he submitted, that is cool too. But he hasn't been active since last year, so i don't know what we should do.

Hey-ho, as mentioned previously, I haven't used Tetraplex since last year because I lost access to the account and it was a bad name anyway! I'd forgotten all about that fusion, too.
But yeah, Magcaroon/Macaroon is a way better name than Magastro. Thanks colourcodedchaos!

Small question since irrc there's only one Smeargle fusion, but can Sketch learn Fusion Moves? Because that'd be really relevant.
