Tiksi, secondary effect chance multiplied by 10 is insane, and maybe a little bit too overpowered. Relic Song always sleeps em, Ice Beam always freezes, etc. Also Mawilite is banned, just G-Luke is too lazy to put in the banlist of mega stones.
