If you don't follow all of these steps, your recommendation won't be taken seriously.
Alternatively, wait until it drops out of OU with the monthly tier shifts (June's drops were delayed due to a logging issue), it will have viability once it drops enough (RU, NU).

Araquanid, Empoleon, and Infernape are up for reservation.
Like Mega Camerupt QC will be looking at these very closely - which means please PM a QC member with a rough skeleton first. Doesnt have to be too detailed, just an understanding of its niche.

These are all low priority for now.
With the massive influx in Aurora Veil Offense with Waterium Z Manaphy, it's definitely time for it to get a set again. Keep in mind that this will only be available for Badgeholders only. Make sure you PM a QC member with the set first so we can look over it.
Conkeldurr and Chandelure were just recently ranked on the Viability Rankings, so they are now in need of an OU analysis. Anyone can reserve them, but please PM a QC member with your proposed set and rough description of its niche so we can make sure you know enough to write about them.
