Fusion Evolution V3 (Voting Phase)

Status
Not open for further replies.
updated format with a new picture and a vote, if you want it removed I can do im just experimenting

anyway, just randomly gonna ask yall what your favourite fusion is. idk what mine is so I have no right asking this question but oh well.

Ok fuck it. I know I haven't talked to the other members about it but I'm putting my foot down. No more fancy formatting. Change it. You guys have people like Yahooboo to thank for that. Exploudit can keep it since he made it, but everyone else knock it off. It's annoying to look at and doesn't make two shits of a difference in the end. Sorry if I reigned on your parade, but this thread is getting out of control.

thanks for putting the blame on me for a joke
that's like really cool, i love being made to feel shameful because i tried to be funny. happens to me basically every single time I make a joke in real life, should be used to it by now. why do I even bother talking?
also it's rained on your parade, not reigned :P

Sheesh calm down dude I'm not trying to attack you as a human being I'm just saying you fucked up this once. I'm not even mad at you on a personal level

Hocham
DNA Donors: Ho-oh & Medicham
flying.gif
fighting.gif
Ability: Category 3 (Pure Power & Regenerator) - The user's moves are increased in power by 1.33x and heal the user by 33% max HP when using it, even if it fails. The user also gains 33% max HP when it switches out.
Stats: 83 HP (±0) / 115 Atk (+20) / 82 Def (±0) / 85 SpA (±0) / 114 SpD (±0) / 105 Spe (+20) - 584 BST

Notable Moves:
physical.png
: High Jump Kick, Drain Punch, Brave Bird, Earthquake, Sacred Fire, Bullet Punch, Fake Out, Rock Slide, Ice Punch, Poison Jab, Iron Head
other.png
: Bulk Up, Roost, Recover, Baton Pass, Defog, Tailwind,
Role Identification: An powerful wallbreaker with the ability to gain large amounts of HP back (Drain Punch has a 83% HP regain!), powerful coverage, and useful tools and coverage, it's basically Hawlucha 2.0. But even Hawlucha will have a problem here, since the typing, while powerful offensively and quite decent defensively with the neutrality to Stealth Rock, has common weaknesses in Ice and Electric. It also has the problem with HJK missing, causing to lose a chunk of HP. It also doesn't truly gain the same amounts of power as some other fusions and the physical bulk is too frail to be a Bulk Up user, though the Special Defense is above average. It does have the mega with the even more monstorous 155 Attack with Huge Power and 145 Speed tier, but the Mega Stone is banned (for now).

mimikyu.gif

Yukari
Parents (Amorphus): Mimikyu & Eelektross
electric.gif
fairy.gif

Ability: Danmaku Barrier (Disguise & Levitate) - When the user is sent out, it sets up a decoy that blocks one attack. When the opponent hits this decoy, it disappears and reveals the true Pokemon, taking no damage in the process. Using any Ground-type moves against this will make it take no damage and sets back up the decoy.
Stats: 80 HP (±0) / 112 Atk (±0) / 90 Def (±0) / 87 SpA (±0) / 102 SpD (±0) / 83 Spe (±0) - 554 BST
Notable Moves:
physical.png
: Wild Charge, Play Rough, Knock Off, Drain Punch, Superpower, U-Turn, Wood Hammer
other.png
: Swords Dance
Role Identification: A more powerful Mimikyu with more useful and more powerful moves, as well as a improved Disguise. However, it's slower and does not have the power like other fusions.

dragonite.gif
pyukumuku.gif

Raiko (not the Pokemon, that Touhou character who is an drum set.)
Parents (Water 1): Dragonite & Pyukumuku

water.gif
dragon.gif

Ability: Babylon's Sector (Innards Out & Regenerator) - Whenever the user is at full HP, it takes half damage from attacks. In addition, it deals the amount of damage that the attack would have done back to the opponent.
Stats: 83 HP (±0) / 107 Atk (±0) / 122 Def (±0) / 75 SpA (±0) / 125 SpD (±0) / 52 Spe (±0) - 564 BST
Notable Moves:
physical.png
: Waterfall, Dragon Tail, Dragon Claw, Outrage, Extreme Speed, Earthquake, Superpower, Stone Edge, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Iron Head
other.png
: Dragon Dance, Roost, Recover, Curse, Baton Pass, Memento, Counter, Thunder Wave, Taunt
Role Identification: An sea cucumber and a European Dragon make an Electric youkai. It's a pretty bulky one as well! Sporting nice 83/122/125 bulk, a good support movepool, the impressive Water/Dragon type, and even a decent Attack to use Dragon Dance with. However, Babylon's Sector is the icing on the take. Taking the power of Multiscale and Innards Out, it basically acts like a less powerful Metal Burst, dealing full damage to it from the the attack it took for half damage. Do note, however, with the existence of multiple Mold Breaker clones will bypass this wonderful ability and don't risk anything. It also has Recover, meaning it can abuse it as much. The 52 Speed tier, however, is horrible for sweeping, even after a Dragon Dance boost. The Attack is not much better, with enough to deal decent damage with Dragon Tail, but not enough to sweep with.

seviper.gif
zangoose.gif

ZE GOOSE
Parents (Field): Zangoose & Seviper
normal.gif
poison.gif

Ability: ZE NINJA (Infiltrator & Immunity) - As long as it's still alive in the party, the party's protections are enhanced and becomes immune to Infiltraitor. In addition, it's immune to status conditions and bypasses the enemy's Substitute, Reflect, Light Screen, Aurora Veil, and Safeguard.

Effects of ZE NINJA:
Substitute: Immune to all forms of damage except for sound-based moves. This still removes a quarter of max HP.
Reflect: Immune to Physical damage for 5 turns.
Light Screen: Immune to Special damage for 5 turns.
Aurora Veil: Immune to all damage for 5 turns. Still only usable in Hail
Protect/Detect/King's Shield/Spiky Shield/Baneful Bunker: Gain a extra turn of protection.
Stats: 83 HP (±0) / 117 Atk (±0) / 70 Def (±0) / 90 SpA (±0) / 70 SpD (±0) / 87 Spe (±0) - 517 BST
Notable Moves:
physical.png
: Return, Quick Attack, Poison Jab, Close Combat, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Knock Off, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Dragon Tail
special.png
: Sludge Wave, Giga Drain, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Focus Blast, Final Gambit
other.png
: Substitute, Swords Dance, Detect, Protect, Coil, Haze
Role Identification: ZE GOOSE IS ZE NINJA! In all reality, ZE GOOSE was mostly a joke, with lackluster stats, but the monstrosity that is ZE NINJA really shows it's potential as a team supported. Helping the team become immune to moves is a godsend for some, especially for Pokemon more vulnerable to certain types of moves, in which this important with many monstrosities running around. In addition, this also makes the team immune to Infiltrator, meaning they won't get destroyed behind the barriers. That's not all it got. ZE NINJA also makes it immune to status moves, meaning it won't get burned. Swords Dance and Coil can also make it have some hope of breaking barriers, as it has a decent attack movepool, including Fire-coverage. However, its frailty makes it unable to sustain a solid spot on the battlefield. As long as you keep it away from attackers, you'll become king of the battle.

If only you hadn't asked for the template, lol! But yeah, I gotta agree some people went way too far. All I did on mine was make the Fusion name bigger and use different type icons the rest is pretty much identical to my submission last slate. If anyone is to be blamed for this derailing it is for sure not me!

Btw, another point I was trying to cover for a while. Tagging G-Luke to hear his thoughts on it, can you allow for DNA Fusions for Pokemon in different egg groups in the next slate? If the Fusion evolution scientists have the technology to fuse any genderless and mythical Pokemon together I'm pretty sure they can fuse a Feraligatr and a Krookodile. I understand that DNA Fusion is to make it so Pokemon in the undiscovered egg group can fuse, but I still think restricting a bunch of potentially cool fusions for Pokemon in different egg groups is not the best idea.

tl;dr - can you allow for DNA Fusions for Pokemon not in the undiscovered egg group but still in different egg groups?

Don't really have anything I can resub, but here's 4 new ones.

heliolisk.gif
garchomp-f.gif

Coolest Utility Attacker known to man.
Parents: Heliolisk + Garchomp
Shared egg group: Monster and Dragon
Offspring name: Heliomp
New type: Electric / Ground
New base stats: 95/102/83/104/99/115 - 598
New ability and desc: Scorched Skin (Dry Skin + Rough Skin). A Pokémon with Scored Skin generates energy by lying out in the sun and absorbing extreme amounts of heat. The user of this ability becomes so hot that it is capable of vaporising water and damaging attackers.
Scorched Skin grants immunity to Water type moves and damages Pokémon who attack the user with a contact move for 1/8 of their maximum HP. This damage is doubled to 1/4 during harsh sunlight, and halved to 1/16 during rain.
Notable moves: Glare, U-Turn, Volt Switch, Electrify, Stealth Rock, Parabolic Charge, Earthquake, Earth Power, Thunderbolt, Wild Charge, Thunder Punch, Stone Edge, Poison Jab, Fire Punch, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Swords Dance.
Role identification: An unrivalled utility attacker, capable of setting rocks and spreading Paralysis or Toxic, with multiple other pivot and utility options backed by its usable bulk and high speed. Electrify + Ground typing is basically a Spammable Protect to rack up Leftovers healing or Toxic damage, or Parabolic Charge is an alternative recovery option. It also has utility through typing, being immune to Paralysis and Volt Switch, while punishing U-Turn and Rapid Spin users with its ability. Not bad as an offensive mon too if you give it Swords Dance and coverage to hit Grass types.
Stats: 95/142/103/144/109/105
Ability: Sand Force
Role: Very niche Mega, but could potentially serve a role on Sand teams as a powerful SD breaker or Mixed attacker.
vanilluxe.gif
volcanion.gif

“Water freezes, water boils. Either way you’re just as dead.”- Isaac McDougal.
Parents: Volcanion + Vanilluxe
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Volcanuxe
New type: Water / Ice
New base stats: 75/102/102/132(+12)/102(+10)/92(+18) - 605
New ability and desc: Slip’n’Slide (Water Absorb + Weak Armor). When a Pokémon with Slip’n’Slide is hit by a Water-type move, instead of taking damage, its Defence is decreased by one stage and its Speed is increased by two stages.
Notable moves: Steam Eruption, Freeze Dry, Automise, Taunt, Ice Beam, Fire Blast, Sludge Wave, Focus Blast, Will-O-Wisp,
Role identification: Awesome balance breaker with Perfect Neutral STAB coverage between Steam Eruption and Freeze Dry, alongside decent bulk and multiple ways to boost it's speed to high levels. Has room to run some set up, coverage or utility and can fish for Steam Eruption burns on would be counters. Careful of the Defence drops of your ability making you vulnerable to priority though.
rhyperior.gif
tyranitar.gif

ASSURANCE
Parents: Tyranitar + Rhyperior
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Tyranior
New type: Dark / Ground
New base stats: 117/147/130/85/87/60 - 626 BST
New ability and desc: Black Blizzard (Sand Stream + Reckless). This Pokémon possesses a dark aura that unleashes a relentless sandstorm when opposing Pokémon get too close.
When a Pokémon with Black Blizzard is damaged by a move that makes contact, the attacker takes 1/3 of the damage dealt as Recoil damage, unless it is Rock, Steel or Ground type.
Notable moves: Assurance, Stealth Rock, Counter, Curse, Dragon Dance, Pursuit, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Hammer Arm, Superpower, Gunk Shot, Crunch, Elemental what not, mile and miles of coverage, etc, etc.
Role identification: The whole idea of this was to make something to abuse Assurance. Being able to nuke with 120 bp Dark STAB every time an opponent switches into hazards, takes recoil from your ability, or attacks with a Life Orb, is pretty neat really. This pokemon is a monster Tank, with outstanding Physical bulk, as well as sky high attack and a limitless stream of high powered attacks. Can also set it's own Stealth Rock, and run Counter to be an almighty thorn in the side of all physical attackers.
Stats: 117/177/170/85/107/70
Ability: Sand Stream
Role: With 117/170/107 Bulk and 177 Atk this thing is an absolute behemoth. Enough bulk to near on guarantee a Dragon Dance or even two and decimate teams, or be a super reliable Hazard setter and hefty wall. Doesn't get too much mileage out of Sand Stream but I can't see that holding this beast back.
bonsly.gif
jellicent.gif

This thing. Is beautiful.
Parents: Bonsly + Jellicent
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Bonicent
New type: Rock / Ghost
New base stats: 92(+17)/70/90(+8)/47/90(+15)/35 - 422
New ability and desc: Anxious Evasion (Rattled + Water Absorb). Past trauma leaves this Pokémon very afraid of certain move types, causing it to avoid them at all costs.
Grants immunity to Bug, Dark, Ghost and Water type moves.
Notable moves: Rock Tomb, Stealth Rock, Counter, Toxic, Foul Play, Night Shade, Recover, Will-O-Wisp, Trick Room,
Role identification: Combining typing and ability to have a total of 6 immunities makes for a really cool defensive pivot. It also actually has surprising nice bulk when invested, trumping the likes of Zapdos. Night Shade and Rock Tomb give it consistent damage or utility as "STAB" options. Recover keeps it healthy while it can set Stealth Rocks or Trick Room for the team, as well as having a couple Status spreading options.

if literally every pokemon combo can fuse, what is the point of even having the different fusion types?

if literally every pokemon combo can fuse, what is the point of even having the different fusion types?
The same as their point is right now, to encourage Fusions of Pokemon that can naturally breed. It would go like this:

Regular Fusion +60 - for Pokemon that can breed naturally
DNA +40 - for Pokemon that can't breed naturally

I don't get how allowing for more Fusion possibilities would change the point of having different Fusion types.

We should be allowed custom templates if:
  1. It isn't a bloody eyesore like Yahooboo's was.
  2. It is still readable.
  3. It is mainly to improve presentation, not chuck a bunch of random shit into a template.
On another note, an actual template for Exploudit's layout:

To be honest, I'd rather have the DNA fusion's stat boosts in most cases because it allows you to optimize something way better.

maybe DNA evolutions that aren't in Undiscovered or genderless have +5 to each stat? So basically a worse version of the +10 of regular

It would still keep the customizable boosts though, at least in my suggestion, specially cuz 40 isn't even divisible by 6 :P

I assume Pokemon sprites, hide tags, and bolding text doesn't count as "fancy"?

resub slots:

lilligant.gif
xurkitree.gif

A ridiculously strong Quiver Dance abuser.
Parents: Lilligant + Xurkitree
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Xurkililli
New type: Grass/Electric
New base stats: 76/74/73/161(+20)/73/106(+20) (563)
New ability and desc: Beast's Tempo (Own Tempo + Beast Boost. Immune to Confusion. When it would normally be confused, boosts its highest stat by 1)
Notable moves: Quiver Dance, Tail Glow, Petal Dance, Thunderbolt, Dazzling Gleam, Energy Ball, Giga Drain, Signal Beam
Role identification: An insanely powerful Quiver Dance abuser, with some decent coverage. Has big trouble with other Grass types, especially of the Grass/Steel or Grass/Poison varieties, though.

skarmory.gif
decidueye.gif

Is it a bulky birb, or a fast birb? Depends on the HP!
Parents: Skarmory + Decidueye
Shared egg group
: Flying
Offspring name: Skarmeye
New type: Steel/Ghost
New base stats: 81/103/117/80/95/80
New ability and desc: Light Armor: (Weak Armor + Overgrow) Boosts defense by 1.5x when over 1/3 HP. Doubles speed when under 1/3 HP.
Notable moves: Roost, Stealth Rock, Defog, Spikes, Spirit Shackle, Iron Head, Swords Dance
Role identification: Well, there are two things doable here. One is use bulk to set up until you're below 1/3 HP and then go on the offense, the other is to just do normal Skarmory things and Roost off damage using your fast.

Not like it matters, but does it count as a resub if you changed the ability since the last time you submitted that fusion?

Other Stuff:

raichu.gif
florges.gif

Apparently all my winning fusions use a PU 'mon and most of them make an ability that used to be bad into something good. Let's do more of that.
Parents: Raichu + Florges
Shared egg group: Fairy
Offspring name: Florai
New type: Electric/Fairy
New base stats: 79/87/71/111/127/102 (577)
New ability and desc: Lightning Veil (Lightning Rod + Flower Veil) All Electric or Grass types on the user's side of the field, including the user if they have one of those types, have 1.5x Special Attack and are immune to Electric moves.
Notable moves: Thunderbolt, Thunder, Moonblast, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Volt Switch, Surf, Energy Ball, Wish, Synthesis, Aromatherapy
Role identification: Florai has a very versatile stat spread and a good ability. It could, in theory, be all of a special tank, a sweeper, or a wallbreaker, depending on what your team needs. It would probably fit best on more balanced teams, where what role it's doing will be more difficult to predict.

And in doubles, just pair it with one of the stupidly strong Xurkitree or Vikavolt fusions, or really any other Electric or Grass or Electric/Grass Special Attacker.

swampert.gif
tyranitar.gif

Setting a weather and then mega evolving into an abuser of said weather is always a fun time.
Parents: Swampert + Tyranitar
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Tyrampert
New type: Water/Dark
New base stats: 110/132/110/100/105/70 (627)
New ability and desc: Torrent Stream (Torrent + Sand Stream): Summons Rain (Water-type weather) upon switchin for 5 turns, 8 with Damp Rock
Notable moves: Waterfall, Aqua Tail, Crunch, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Avalanche, Hammer Arm, Thunder Punch, Iron Head, Dragon Claw, Brick Break, Stealth Rock, Dragon Dance
Role identification: A powerful Rain setter that can do a massive amount of damage with its Water attacks, tank a good amount of hits, and doesn't have shabby power for other moves... But if you wanna see something REALLY stupid, scroll down.

swampert-mega.gif
tyranitar.gif

Parents: Swampert-Mega + Tyranitar
Offspring name: Mega Tyrampert S
New type: Water/Dark
New base stats: 110/172/130/110/125/80 (727)
New ability and desc: Swift Swim
Notable moves: Waterfall, Aqua Tail, Crunch, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Iron Head, Dragon Claw, Brick Break
Role identification: There we go. A self-sufficient, and incredibly powerful, Swift Swim abuser. Very little can resist all of its onslaught. However, it can only use its base form to set rain once - after that, it's just a powerful tank rather than a hugely destructive sweeper.

tyranitar-mega.gif
swampert.gif

Parents: Swampert + Tyranitar-Mega
Offspring name: Mega Tyrampert T
New type: Water/Dark
New base stats: 110/162/150/100/125/80
New ability and desc: Sand Stream
Notable moves: no
Role identification: NOT THIS FAR DOWN SCROLL BACK UP

crabominable.gif
crawdaunt.gif

Parents: Crabominable + Crawdaunt
Shared egg group: Water 3
Offspring name: Crabodaunt
New type: Fighting/Water
New base stats: 90/136/91/76/71/59 (523)
New ability and desc: Adaptable Fist (Adaptability + Iron Fist): STAB bonus is 2x instead of 1.5x. Punching moves power 1.2x. All Punching moves are treated as STAB regardless of typing.
Notable moves: Ice Hammer, Swords Dance, Aqua Jet, Crabhammer, Drain Punch, Knock Off,
Role identification: A strong wallbreaker with psuedo-STAB on Ice Hammer, as well as Adaptability and Iron Fist's effects to boost it even further. It also has other good moves, including Aqua Jet and Drain Punch, to benefit from its ability with.

Parents: Aggron / Avalugg (Monster)
Offspring name: Aggralugg
New Type: Steel / Ice
Base Stats: 97/128/197/67/68/54 | BST 611
New ability and description: Sturdy (Sturdy + Sturdy).
Notable Moves: Offensive: Avalanche, Earthquake, Heavy Slam, Ice Punch, Metal Burst, Stone Edge, Superpower
Utility: Rapid Spin, Recover, Roar, Stealth Rock, Thunder Wave
Set Up: Curse
Role Identification: Aggralugg is a physical wall thanks to a great 97/197/68 bulk. It brings utility to its team thanks to access to Stealth Rock and Rapid Spin. It has access to Recover which allows it to come several times on the field. However Aggralugg has a double weakness to fire and fighting and a simple weakness to ground which are common offensive typing.
aggron-mega.gif
avalugg.gif

Stone: Aggralite
New Type: Steel
Base Stats: 97/158/247/67/88/54 | BST 711
New ability and description: Filter
Notable Moves: See Above
Role Identification: Mega-Aggralugg has still the same role than regular form but it performs it better thanks to better typing, ability and bulk which allows it to take more powerful hits.
+2 252 Atk Adaptability Lucario-Mega Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Filter Aggron-Mega: 309-366 (77.6 - 91.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

delibird.gif
regigigas.gif

DNA Donors: Delibird / Regigigas
Offspring name: Deligigigas
New Type: Ice / Normal
Base Stats: 80 / 120 / 80 / 75 / 80 / 100 | BST535(+3 HP / +13 Atk / +3 Def / +3 SpA / +3 SpD / +13 Spe)
New ability and description: Energetic Start (Hustle + Slow Start). Attack and Speed are multiplied by 1,5 for 5 turns.
Notable Moves: Offensive: Double Edge, Drain Punch, Drill Peck, Earthquake, Fake Out, Fire Punch, Gunk Shot, Ice Punch, Ice Shard, Knock Off, Quick Attack, Seed Bomb, Stone Edge, Thunder Punch, Zen Headbutt
Utility: Destiny Bond, Rapid Spin, Spikes
Role Identification: Deligigas typing and stats don’t look so good compared to other Fusions but thanks to Energetic Start its stats are 80/205/80/75/80/175 with 252 EV in Attack and Speed. Deligigas has a wide movepool allowing it to hit a hit a lot of different Pokémon. Moreover Deligigigas can be a good spinner because it forces switches due to its offensive presence and it can punish Ghost-type trying to spinblock its with Knock Off. Despite its amazing offensive potential, Deligigas has an awful defensive typing in Ice / Normal and a terrible 80/80/80 bulk.
diggersby.gif
magearna.gif

DNA Donors: Diggersby / Magearna
Offspring name: Diggearna
New Type: Fairy / Ground
Base Stats: 100 / 75 / 105 / 90 / 105 / 75 | BST550(+18 HP / +9 Def / +9 SpD / +4 Spe)

Notable Moves: Offensive: Aura Sphere, Dazzling Gleam, Earth Power, Energy Ball, Flash Canon, Fleur Canon, Focus Blast, Ice Beam, Surf, Thunderbolt
Utility: Heart Swap, Pain Split, Spikes, U-Turn, Volt-Switch
Set Up: Agility, Calm Mind
Role Identification: One of the best Wallbreaker, Ground/Fairy has a great neutral coverage (only naturally resisted by Steel/Flying, Fire/Flying and Poison/Flying) and a perfect neutral coverage under Gravity. It has also access to Agility to threaten offense.

DNA Donors: Kadabra / Mewtwo
Offspring name: Kadatwo
New Type: Psychic
Base Stats: 86 / 100 / 60 / 154 / 80 / 130 | BST 610 (+5 HP, +3 Atk, +17 SpA, +13 Spe)
New ability and description: Self-Control (Inner Focus + Pressure) – This Pokémon PP aren't lowered.
Notable Moves: Offensive: Psystrike, Focus Blast, Aurasphere, Ice Beam, Fire Blast, Energy Ball, Hurricane, Thunderbolt, Dazzling Gleam, Shadow Ball
Utility: Will-O-Wisp, Taunt, Thunder Wave, Encore, Recover
Set Up: Calm Mind
Role Identification: Kadatwo is basically a lower tier Mewtwo with same special offensive stats, a few less physical attack and a far worst bulk. Kadatwo's ability prevents it from losing against Protect users or against wall which could PP stall it. Kadatwo amazing coverage allows it to hit everything it wants and it can run Taunt or Calm Mind to improve its match-up against defensive build or Thunder Wave against offensive one. However Kadatwo has a bad bulk and typing which make it easily revenge kill by priorities or faster attacker (which can also carry Pursuit) and which make it hard to switch on the field.

Stone: Kadatwite-X
New Type: Psychic-Fighting
Base Stats: 86 / 180 / 70 / 154 / 90 / 130 | BST 710
New ability and description: Steadfast
Notable Moves: Offensive: Drain Punch, Zen Headbutt, Earthquake, Low Kick, Elemental Punches, Knock Off, Focus Punch
Set Up: Bulk Up
Role Identification: Mega Kadatwo-X gets a big boost in attack, a small boost in both defenses and Fighting-typing. 180/154/130 offense isn't kidding and Kadatwo-X's coverage allows it to hit everything with at least neutral coverage. Kadatwo-X isn't anymore weak to Pursuit and is bulkier which allows it to come on more hits and harder to revenge kill. However Kadatwo-X's ability is often useless, it has only access to rather weak moves and STAB and can't hold a boosting item.

Stone: Kadatwite-Y
New Type: Psychic
Base Stats: 86 / 140 / 40 / 194 / 110 / 140 | BST 710
New ability and description: Insomnia
Role Identification: Imo, Kadatwo-Y isn't worthy as a mega slot: its ability is useless, regular Kadatwo hit has hard with a Life Orb and its bulk is even worst on the physical side. However Kadatwo-Y has a better speed tier, has a better special bulk and doesn't take Life Orb recoil.

Offspring name: Hipporein
New Type: Ground – Water
Base Stats: 109 / 106 / 114 / 91 / 91 / 66 | BST 577
New ability and description: Ice Stream (Ice Body + Sand Stream) – Summons hail. Immunity to hail damages.
Notable Moves: Offensive: Earthquake, Blizzard, Waterfall, Super Fang
Utility: Stealth Rock, Slack Off, Whirlwind, Toxic
Role Identification: With one of the best defensive typing, a good 109/114/71 bulk, a reliable recovery in Slack Off and utility in Ice Stream and Stealth Rock, Hipporein is made for being a good support for hail stall/offense. It has only one weakness in Grass but Grass-types don't have a good match-up against Hipporein because Hipporein can run perfect accuracy Blizzard and Hipporein team partners are often Ice-types which take advantage of the Hail.

Notable Moves: Physical: Fire Punch, Precipice Blades, Stone Edge, Iron Head
Special: Fire Blast, Ice Beam, Earth Power, Thunderbolt, Solar Beam, Focus Blast
Set Up: Swords Dance, Rock Polish

Orb: Scarlet Orb
New Type: Ground-Fire
Base Stats: 85 / 140 / 125 / 155 / 80 / 100 | BST 685
New ability and description: Desolate Land
Role Identification: Grouform has access to strong STAB in sun boosted Fire Blast and Precipice Blades (4 EV attack Precipice Blades deals more damage than 252 EV SpA Earth Power), and has strong mixed offensive stats. It can be used for wallbreaking, for setting hazards, for being a water immunity (be ware of Primordial See, Delta Stream and Cloud Nine users) or for being a win condition.

Base Stats: 75 / 120 / 65 / 140 / 105 / 99 | BST 604 (+8 Atk, +5 Def, +10 SpA, +3 SpD, +14 Spe)
New ability and description: Illusionist (Magician + Tinted Lens) – If this Pokemon is not holding an item, this Pokémon’s attacks aren’t resisted.
Notable Moves: Special: Dark Pulse, Sludge Bomb, Focus Blast, Energy Ball, Shadow Ball, Bug Buzz
Physical: Hyper Space Fury, Gunk Shot, Ice Punch, Leech Life, Drain Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Acrobatics
Set Up: Quiver Dance, Agility
Utility: Roost, Toxic Spikes, Sleep Powder, Defog, Trick, U-Turn
Role Identification: Venoopa-Unbound is a strong win condition. Thanks to its ability Venoopa-Unbound just needs one move to naturally touch all the tier. It has access to one of the best stat boosting move in Quiver Dance and can use a free one thanks to Sleep Powder. It can also run a special or even special All-Out-Attacker set.

DNA: Mew / Cresselia
Offspring name: Cressew
New Type: Psychic
Base Stats: 120 / 85 / 120 / 85 / 120 / 100 | BST 630 (+10 HP, +10 Def, +10 SpD, +8 Spe)
New ability and description: Celestial Medicine (Levitate + Synchronize). This Pokémon can’t be poisoned, paralyzed or burned. Immunity to Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Sticky Web, Arena Trap and Arena Trap likes.
Notable Moves: Offensive: Psychic, Aurasphere, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Moonblast, Earth Power, Shadow Ball, Flash Canon, Sludge Wave
Utility: Softboiled, Thunder Wave, Will-O-Wisp, Toxic, Taunt, Defog, Volt-Switch, U-Turn, Trick Room, Lunar Dance
Role Identification: Cressew is one of the best support, it has a Arceus-like bulk of 120/120/120, access to reliable recovery and immunity to usualer status. It can support its team with Status, Stealth Rock, Weather Inducing moves, Trick Room, Taunt, U-Turn or Lunar Dance. Its immunity to all hazards bar Stealth Rock makes it one of the best deffoger in the game. Its wide offensive coverage can target a specific threat to your team. However Cressew typing isn't that good and 85/85 offense is weak.

quick question. would it's ability just be the pokemon using the move Explosion, or another form of getting the damage?

zweilous.gif

Fünfhundertsiebenunddreißiggon
Parents: Milotic + Zweilous
Shared egg group: Dragon
Offspring Name: Zweilotic
New Type: Dragon/Water
New Base Stats: 93/82/84/92/107/79 (+10 All) BST: 537
New Ability: Marvelous Movement (Marvel Scale + Hustle): Increases defense by 1.5x, but lowers the accuracy of this pokemon's physical moves by .8x. If this pokemon is status, it's defense goes from 1.5x to 2x, and the accuracy reduction is removed.
Notable Moves:
Physical: Dragon Tail, Outrage, Waterfall, Crunch, Fire Fang, Iron Head, Thunder Fang, Ice Fang, Bulldoze, Zen Headbutt
Special: Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Hydro Pump, Surf, Scald, Ice Beam, Earth Power, Dark Pulse, Incinerate, Shock Wave
Status: Taunt, Coil, Light Screen, Recover
Role Identification: w i p
Just saying but the ability doesn't specifically say it so it currently is effected by status meaning Flame Orb halves Zweilotic's attack :(

Hmm, I think I'll go half and half with resubmissions and new ideas.

EDIT: Post complete, yo. Shoutouts to the post deleters (you know who you are) for knocking me off the top of the 30th page

EDIT 2: Actually changed up Daydream's detailed effect a bit.

slowking.gif

Parents: Lapras / Slowking
Shared egg group: Water 1
Offspring name: Lapking
New type: Ice / Psychic
New base stats: 122 / 90 / 90 / 102 / 112 / 55 | 571 BST
New ability and desc: Pisces' Gift (Water Absorb + Regenerator) - Water immunity. Restores 25% of the user's HP if the user switches out or is targeted by a Water-type attack.
Notable moves: Freeze-Dry, Ice Beam, Psyshock, Psychic, Thunderbolt, Scald, Focus Blast, Fire Blast, Icy Wind, Foul Play, Dragon Tail, Ice Shard, Zen Headbutt, Ice Punch, Earthquake, Drain Punch, Slack Off, Heal Bell, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Dragon Dance, Thunder Wave, Yawn, Trick Room
Role Identification: Versatile tank with everything going for it but its Speed...and even then, that's what Trick Room is for. (And it gets Dragon Dance too, I guess.) Great coverage on both sides of the spectrum, keeps itself alive with Slack Off and Pisces' Gift, can keep the team status-free with Heal Bell, has plenty of options for spreading status, and plenty of setup options as well. Simply put, a more defensive take on Jynx.

Parents: Masquerain / Shuckle
Shared egg group: Bug
Offspring name: Maskle
New type: Bug / Rock
New base stats: 55 / 45 / 156 / 65 / 166 / 52 | 539 BST
New ability and desc: Bad Influence (Intimidate + Contrary) - When the user switches in, all opponents on the field have their stat changes inverted.
Notable moves: U-turn, Knock Off, Struggle Bug, Infestation, Icy Wind, Stealth Rock, Sticky Web, Roost, Defog, Whirlwind, Baton Pass, Gastro Acid
Role Identification: Ultimate stat boost stopper, take two. This has poor offenses, but its typing is not too bad, and its bulk is not to be underestimated. The combined movepool of Masquerain and Shuckle is really nice too, consisting of Knock Off, hazards, Defog, reliable recovery, two different pivot moves, and other neat tools of sabotage.

unown-question.gif

DNA Donors: Rayquaza / Unown
Offspring name: Quanown
New Type: Flying / Psychic
Base Stats: 76 / 121 / 69 / 121 / 69 / 91 (+10 Atk, +10 SpA, +20 Spe) | 547 BST
New ability and desc: Weather Guru (Air Lock + Levitate) - User is immune to Weather-related types (i.e., Fire, Water, Rock, Ice).
Notable Moves: Dragon Ascent, Earthquake, V-create, Extreme Speed, Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Air Slash, Focus Blast, Surf, (Z-)Celebrate
Role Identification: Although it has five immunities—two of which are normally weaknesses, and one of which is its natural immunity to Ground—and the bountiful movepool of Rayquaza, Quanown is quite frail, not so fast, and not the strongest thing in existence, not to mention its Psychic typing does more harm than good. Still, Flying typing is nice, especially with base 120 physical STAB.

kyurem-black.gif

DNA Donors: Piloswine / Kyurem-Black
Offspring name: Piloblack
New Type: Ground / Ice
Base Stats: 112 / 142 / 90 / 90 / 90 / 90 (+7 Atk, +15 SpD, +18 Spe)
New ability and desc: Thick Voltage (Thick Fat + Teravolt) - User takes half damage from Fire- and Ice-type moves. This cannot be bypassed by opposing Abilities.
Notable Moves: Earthquake, Icicle Crash, Icicle Spear, Ice Shard, Fusion Bolt, Superpower, Freeze-Dry, Stealth Rock, Roost, Curse
Role Identification: Piloswine provides physical Ice STAB to Kyurem-Black, and Kyurem-Black provides reliable recovery to Piloswine. Plain and simple. The two combined end up becoming some combination of strong and tanky, reinforced by the resulting BoltBeam resistance and strong dual STAB combo.

yanmega.gif
accelgor.gif

Parents: Yanmega / Accelgor
Shared egg group: Bug
Offspring name: Megacelgor
New type: Flying / Bug
New base stats: 93 / 83 / 73 / 118 / 68 / 130 | 565 BST
New ability and desc: Keep Away (Speed Boost + Sticky Hold) - The user cannot have its held item removed. In a situation where its held item would be removed, its Speed is boosted by 1 stage.
Notable moves: Air Slash, Bug Buzz, Focus Blast, Shadow Ball, Giga Drain, Water Shuriken, Final Gambit, U-turn, Knock Off (ironically), Spikes, Roost, Defog, Yawn
Role Identification: All you can really do is slap Choice Specs or Life Orb on this thing and hope it doesn't die as a result of its poor defensive typing and rather low bulk. It can also serve as an offensive Spiker/Defogger (with Sash, maybe), as Air Slash + Focus Blast is pretty much all the offensive coverage it needs.
torkoal.gif
komala.gif

DNA Donors: Torkoal / Komala
Offspring name: Torkoma
New Type: Fire / Normal
Base Stats: 77 / 110 / 112 / 90 / 92 / 52 | 533 BST
New ability and desc: Daydream (Drought + Comatose) - For 5 turns after switching in (8 when holding Heat Rock), the user, Torkoma, is treated as if it were asleep and in the sun.
In other words, during the 5 turns in question:
  • Fire-type attacks used by and targeting Torkoma are boosted by a factor of 1.5. Water-type attacks used by and targeting Torkoma are halved in power.
  • Solar moves used by and targeting Torkoma are executed instantly.
  • Growth used by Torkoma (hypothetically) has its boosts doubled.
  • Weather Ball used by or targeting Torkoma becomes Fire-type and 100 BP.
  • Moonlight, Synthesis, or Morning Sun used by Torkoma (hypothetically) restores 2/3 of its HP.
  • Thunder or Hurricane used by or targeting Torkoma has 50% accuracy.
  • Torkoma cannot be affected by status conditions.
  • Torkoma can use Snore and Sleep Talk freely.
  • Hex and Wake-Up Slap targeting Torkoma have double BP.
  • Dream Eater, Nightmare, and Bad Dreams affect Torkoma.
Effects cannot be bypassed by Mold Breaker or similar. Sun-related effects override external weather effects (including those of Sunny Day and opposing Daydream) and cannot be negated by Cloud Nine or similar. However, weather-related Abilities and self-targeting moves used by other Pokémon are unaffected by Daydream.
Notable Moves: Return/Frustration, Body Slam, Flame Wheel (sadly its most powerful physical Fire-type attack), Flame Charge (sadly its only other physical Fire-type attack), Wood Hammer, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Superpower, Play Rough, U-turn, Sucker Punch, Rapid Spin, Explosion, Fire Blast, Lava Plume, Solar Beam, Earth Power, Sludge Bomb, Clear Smog, Stealth Rock, Shell Smash, Calm Mind, Bulk Up, Will-O-Wisp, Wish, Yawn
Role Identification: Torkoma is mixed and slow but is immune to status conditions and has pseudo-sun going for it. This pseudo-sun neutralizes its weakness to Water, strengthens its Fire-type attacks, and allows it to use Solar Beam freely (not that that matters much, considering it has Wood Hammer) regardless of outside weather. If nothing else, this makes it less vulnerable to weather abusers. Actually, despite having no stronger physical STAB than freaking Flame Wheel and having no means of recovery other than Wish (granted it can Rest when Daydream wears off, but that's like waiting for Regigigas' Slow Start to kick in, only with less benefit), Torkoma is a swell Pokémon in general with Stealth Rock, Rapid Spin, U-turn, and offensive prowess alongside tanky and offensive setup options alike.

DNA Donors: Palossand / Regice
Offspring name: Paloice (pile o' ice)
New Type: Ghost / Ice
Base Stats: 88 / 65 / 125 / 100 / 140 / 50 (+6 HP, +3 Atk, +20 Def, +3 SpD, +8 Spe) | 568 BST
New ability and desc: Icy Fortress (Water Compaction + Ice Body) - In hail, the user recovers 1/16 HP and gains +1 Defense at the end of every turn.
Notable Moves: Shadow Ball, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Earth Power, Focus Blast, Giga Drain, Shore Up
Role Identification: A simple sort of special tank that works especially well in hail. Nice of the Palossand side to provide reliable recovery and the Regice side to provide the offensive coverage that Palossand normally lacks.
palkia.gif
togetic.gif

DNA Donors: Palkia / Togetic
Offspring name: Palktic
New Type: Dragon / Fairy
Base Stats: 85 / 80 / 95 / 135 / 115 / 71 (+13 HP, +3 Def, +20 SpA, +3 SpD, +1 Spe) | 581 BST
New ability and desc: Linebacker (Pressure + Hustle) - Physical attacks targeting the user consume double PP and deal 2/3 damage but are 20% less likely to miss.
Notable Moves: Spacial Rend, Dazzling Gleam, Earth Power, Aura Sphere, Fire Blast, Dragon Tail, Roost, Wish, Heal Bell, Defog, Nasty Plot, Trick Room, Thunder Wave, Yawn, Baton Pass
Role Identification: A weird sort of special tank with myriad offensive and support options. The typing isn't much, but at least it has no 4* weaknesses.
