wow raziel is sad. he has been posting since dunno how long ago and nobody has replied.

so i shall be a good soul and try to give him a good reply. since infernape gets walled by cresellia and gliscor, why not use porygonZ with DarkPulse/IceBeam. Dark Pulse should score a 2HKO against cress while IceBeam's a 1HKO against gliscor iirc.
 
you know those footnotes that tell you what your best Iv is

like (likes to run) and (very finicky)

I was wondering what the footnote says if you have a 30 Iv, for speed, and what it says if you have a 30 Iv for sp.attack, and what is says if you have a 30 Iv for spdef.

Can victreebell outspeed A max speed, CScarf kyogre in the sun? If it can,surely it needs max speed evs and ivs and positive nature (even though my kyogre had +nature)

Thanks for the answer. I could have just tested it, but the person I test most of my Pokemon with is the person I am making my weather changing Pokemon to battle against, so that would not be a surprise then he-he.

I'd say no. Even though Speed and HP being perfect is nice, the crappy Attack, Defense, and Special Attack really, really ruins it, and the decent Special Defense is nulled by the Rash nature. A good Hidden Power might change things, though.
 
Ok I'm going to go back and try for a better one now. But I was going to use it in a Specs set so should I still get rid of it?
 
I need help making a team and I only have about four pokemon, so I can't post an incomplete RMT...
