excited to use some of the winners here!

mighty yvel + absoko = darkspam becoming a thing????? the world may never know

Urgh, I missed the voting. Oh well.

Eiter way, now that we're on the discussion phase, i might ask: How do abilities like Aerilate (And variants) interact with Dialcatty? Do the moves just not get turned into Flying? Do they turn into Flying but back into Normal (And thus getting a boost)? Do they end in an infinite cicle of turning between Normal and Flying, then back to Normal, which goes to Flying and so on?

It all comes down to the order in which the affects happen. I think the attacker ability is calculated first, then the defender's. So an Atemon attacking Dialcatty with, say, Boomburst would get Boomburst boosted by the Ate then converted back to Normal-type.

that was a bit too fast, revi wyd

wow I won two fusions in one slate, i approve

im also really excited about absoko because dark is the one true type and no one can tell me otherwise.

the other dark type to win this slate, Mighty Yvel, is also pretty cool and takes the spot of first ever mono Dark type fusion.

slurpuff/togedemaru is cute

mimitto is a really cool idea but it's probably underpowered, poor thing.

overall, i rate this slate 8/10

Casdon 2.0; but this time, he sets up TERAINS AND WEATHER!
Parents: Castform, Tapu Koko
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Forecastu
New type: Normal / Fairy
New base stats:
70 / 92 / 77 / 102 (+20) / 72 / 120 (+20)
New ability and desc: Anything Surge (Forecast + Electric Surge; Depending on the held item (Heat Rock, Damp Rock, Icy Rock, Smooth Rock, Electric Seed, Psychic Seed, Grassy Seed, Misty Seed), Forecastu will summon the appropriate Weather or Terrain and it's normal typing will change accordingly (will not consume the 4 terrain seeds). This Pokémon has a 1.5× power boost to moves of the current weather type, and the Pokémon cannot fall asleep)
Notable moves: Weather Ball, Nature Power, Hurricane, U-Turn, Shadow Ball, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Scald, Hydro Pump, Energy Ball, Solar Beam, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Volt Switch, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Dazzling Gleam, Natures Madness, Light Screen, Reflect, Tailwind
Role identification: Summon any one of these 8 field effects just with one Pokémon! Good speed and some support like Screens and Tailwind along with Momentum in U-Turn and Volt Switch only further boost its capabilities.
So Forecast is an ability that activates on each weather. Electric Surge is related to a terrain, and I took that and got access to every weather and terrain. Electric Surge Also summons that terrain, and Forecast changes typing according to the weather. So now I had summon every weather and terrain and change type accordingly. For what item activated what, the weather rocks were what summoned the weathers, and the seeds are what summoned the terrains (in the case of both, they are the only items related to a specific instance of weather/terrain). And the final bits come from Electric Terrain itself.

Not sure what to say about this...
Parents: Salazzle, Hydreigon
Shared egg group: Dragon
Offspring name: Saladreizon
New type: Fire / Dragon
New base stats:
80 / 84 / 75 / 118 / 75 / 107
New ability and desc: Corroded Levitator (Levitate + Corrosion; Immune to moves of the Ground or Poison type. If hit by one, the opponent gets badly poisoned (ignoring immunities))
Notable moves: Hyper Voice, Focus Blast, Sludge Wave, Earth Power, U-Turn, Flash Cannon, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Surf, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Dark Pulse, Nasty Plot
Role identification:

A trio idea I think is genie-us.
Parents: Simisage, Landorus
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Simorus-Sage
New type: Grass / Ground
New base stats:
82 / 111 / 76 / 126 (+20) / 71 / 121 (+20)
New ability and desc: Grassy Sand Force (Overgrow + Sand Force; Boosts the power of Grass-Type, Ground-Type, Rock-Type, and Steel-Type moves by 1.5×. These boosts have an additional 1.3× multiplier in sandstorms, and the Pokémon is immune to moves of the Grass-Type. Stops working at 1/3 of HP)
Notable moves: Focus Blast, Sludge Wave, Earth Power, Hidden Power Rock, Energy Ball, Leaf Storm, Psychic, Return, Low Kick, Superpower, Gunk Shot, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, U-Turn, Shadow Claw, Seed Bomb, Bullet Seed, Outrage, Knock Off, Crunch, Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Rock Polish, Stealth Rock, Leech Seed
Role identification: an offensive sweeper which can work on both sides of the spectrum. On the physical side, it can use Seed Bomb and Earthquake as STABs, and uses Stone Edge as amazing coverage. On the special side, the Ground STAB is marginally lower, but Energy Ball and Leaf Storm make up for it. Though it has no special Rock move, nothing like a good old Rock-Type Hidden Power to fix that up, and it still hits decently hard. If you aren't satisfied with its output, it can boost with one of Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, or Rock Polish, or maybe some utility like Leech Seed or Stealth Rock. It even has two immunities to switch into as well, and if you can get it into sandstorm, then watch it snowball everything.

Notable moves: Focus Blast, Sludge Wave, Earth Power, Hidden Power Rock, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Grass Knot, Psychic, Return, Low Kick, Superpower, Gunk Shot, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, U-Turn, Shadow Claw, Fire Punch, Outrage, Knock Off, Crunch, Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Rock Polish, Stealth Rock, Will-O-Wisp
Role identification: an offensive sweeper which can work on both sides of the spectrum. On the physical side, it can use Fire Punch and Earthquake as STABs, and uses Stone Edge as amazing coverage. Offspring name: Simorus-Pour
New type: Water / Ground
New base stats:

New ability and desc: Watery Sand Force (Torent + Sand Force; Boosts the power of Water-Type, Ground-Type, Rock-Type, and Steel-Type moves by 1.5×. These boosts have an additional 1.3× multiplier in sandstorms, and the Pokémon is immune to moves of the Water-Type. Stops working at 1/3 of HP)
Notable moves: Focus Blast, Sludge Wave, Earth Power, Hidden Power Rock, Surf, Hydro Pump, Grass Knot, Ice Beam Psychic, Return, Low Kick, Superpower, Gunk Shot, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, U-Turn, Shadow Claw, Waterfall, Ice Punch Outrage, Knock Off, Crunch, Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Rock Polish, Stealth Rock, Taunt
Role identification: an offensive sweeper which can work on both sides of the spectrum. On the physical side, it can use Waterfall and Earthquake as STABs, and uses Stone Edge as amazing coverage. Anybody still want this interesting wall? It's got some ability changes.
Parents: Parasect, Gliscor
Shared egg group: Bug
Offspring name: Parascor
New type: Grass / Ground
New base stats:
77 / 105 / 112 / 72 / 87 / 72
New ability and desc: Heal Skin (Dry Skin + Poison Heal; This Pokémon is immune to moves of the Fire, Water, and Poison types and instead heal the Pokémon for 1/4 of its HP. This Pokémon is also healed by poisoning, instead of getting hurt.)
Notable moves: Spore, Stealth Rock, Roost, Bullet Seed, Earthquake, U-Turn, Aromatherapy, Leech Seed, Knock Off, Tailwind
Role identification: Inspired by Zyntei, but has use outside of that too, thanks to the ability. It can use it to help it's team against certain Fire, Water and Poison mons. Also has some spectacular support moves like Spore and Stealth Rock on top of recovery in Roost, and hold a Toxic Orb and it can't be statused. Though the power and special bulk is quite lacking, and a double Ice weakness doesn't help it.

Offspring name: Gumatinoos
New type: Normal / Ghost
New base stats:
119 / 115 / 100 (+20) / 77 / 100 (+20) / 67
New ability and desc: Levi Stakes (Stakeout + Levitate; Stakeout, but it also is immune to the first attack from the foe after something on the other side switches out.)
Notable moves: Return, Earthquake, Stone Edge, U-Turn, Shadow Claw, Shadow Force, Shadow Sneak, Iron Head, Aqua Tail, Dragon Claw, Outrage, Crunch, Super Fang, Thunder Wave, Will-O-Wisp, Defog, Destiny Bond, Hone Claws
Role identification: A cool bro you can use to go on stakeouts and the like, and he does it good.

New base stats:

Notable moves: Focus Blast, Sludge Wave, Earth Power, Shadow Ball, Surf, Hydro Pump, Energy Ball, Seed Flare, Leaf Storm, Thunderbolt, Psychic, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Dazzling Gleam
Role identification: Scary sweeper with Serene Grace boosted Seed Flare boosted by Adaptability. Also has STAB Draco Meteor. It will hit hard, but speed is kinda low, and Grass / Dragon is crap for defensive.

Parents: Klefki + Ferrothorn
Shared egg group: Mineral
Offspring name: Ferroki
New type: Steel/Fairy
New base stats: 75/97/121/77/111/57 (538)
New ability and desc: Tricky Barbs (Prankster + Iron Barbs): Status moves have +1 priority. If an opponent makes contact with a Pokemon with Tricky Barbs, they take 1/8th of their max HP in damage. Notable moves: Leech Seed, Spikes, Stealth Rock, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Reflect, Light Screen, Magnet Rise, Play Rough, Knock Off, Foul Play, Nature Power
Role identification: Same old Ferrothorn shenanigans with priority, or maybe same old Klefki shenanigans with more bulk? Smack silly any Dark-types trying to block you using your Fairy STAB!

*Even if they are immune, even if the immunity is to Prankster derivatives a whole. Does not work with field-targeting moves such as weather and hazards.

Ferroki @ Leftovers
Ability: Tricky Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful nature
- Leech Seed
- Spikes / Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave
- Play Rough

Interesting birb that switches from bulky to fast based on its HP! ...and keeps coming back.
Parents: Skarmory + Decidueye
Shared egg group: Flying
Offspring name: Skarmeye
New type: Steel/Ghost
New base stats: 81/103/117/80/95/80 (556)
New ability and desc: Light Armor: (Weak Armor + Overgrow) Boosts defense by 1.5x when over 1/3 HP. Doubles speed when under 1/3 HP.
Notable moves: Roost, Stealth Rock, Defog, Spikes, Spirit Shackle, Iron Head, Swords Dance, U-Turn, Leaf Blade, Drill Peck
Role identification: Well, there are two things doable here. One is use bulk to set up until you're below 1/3 HP and then go on the offense, the other is to just do normal Skarmory things and Roost off damage using your fast.

Sample Set:

Skarmeye @ Leftovers
Ability: Light Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Roost
- Spikes / Defog
- Spirit Shackle
- Defog / U-Turn

Basically a standard Skarmory set, but with additional bulk as well as Spirit Shackle. Even without speed investment you're pretty fast once you're under 1/3 HP.

Skarmeye @ Rocky Helmet / Ghostium Z (or Decidium Z if mon-exclusive Z-moves are made available to fusions)
Ability: Light Armor
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
- Swords Dance
- Spirit Shackle
- Iron Head
- Leaf Blade / Drill Peck

Setup sweeper set. Reaches incredible speeds when under 1/3 HP.

I am asleep, on fire, and in the sun. Your argument is invalid.
Parents: Komala + Heatran
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Komatran
New type: Normal/Fire
New base stats: 98/112/85/112/100/71 (578) (+20 HP, +10 Attack, +10 Special Attack)
New ability and desc: Dreamfire (Comatose + Flash Fire): Treated as burning, asleep, and in sun, but does not suffer burn damage or attack reduction, can act, and does not have the Water-type power drop. Immune to status conditions and unaffected by weather.
Notable moves: Flamethrower, Facade, Uproar, Solar Beam, Fire Fang, Wish, Rapid Spin, Stealth Rock, U-Turn, Will-o-Wisp, Crunch, Dark Pulse, Earthquake, Earth Power, Iron Head, Flash Cannon, Rock Slide, Stone Edge,
Role identification: Has sun-boosted Fire moves and Solar Beam, as well as status boosted Facade, without having to be statused or bother setting up Sun. Also has Pebbles galore if you like that kind of thing. Sadly, its best Normal STAB and its best Fire STAB are different categories, but... well, you know what I'm about to say already, don't you?

dragalge.gif
mantine.gif

Nice STAB you got there. Shame if I absorbed it.
Parents: Dragalge + Mantine
Shared egg group: Water 1
Offspring name: Algantine
New type: Poison/Water
New base stats: 85/67/90/98/141/67 (548)
New ability and desc: Adapting Absorption (Adaptability + Water Absorb): Immune to STAB moves. When hit by one, restores 50% (2 x 25%) of its HP.
Notable moves: Roost, Toxic, Scald, Toxic Spikes, Haze, Defog, Tailwind, Sludge Wave, various other attacking moves
Role identification: An excellent, if ability-dependent, wall. I mean, it's immune to STAB. And heals half its health when hit by STAB. And has otherwise good defensive stats. That's hard to get around even with the insane power you can expect to be thrown around in Fusion Evolution.

heliolisk.gif
kommoo.gif

Weather abuser. No specific one, just of weather.
Parents: Heliolisk + Kommo-o
Shared egg group: Dragon
Offspring name: Helio-o
New type: Electric/Fighting
New base stats: 78/92/98/114/109/107 (598)
New ability and desc: All-Weather (Dry Skin + Overcoat): Heals 12.5% of max HP each turn in any weather. Immune to Fire, Water, Ice and Rock moves, heals 25% of its max HP when hit by one.
Notable moves: Thunderbolt, Thunder, Volt Switch, Focus Blast, Surf, Flamethrower, Flash Cannon, U-Turn, Glare
Role identification: Helio-o heals in any weather, and can easily fit in weather teams. Four immunities and VoltTurn make it a pretty good pivot, and its stats aren't too shabby, especially given that it's going to be healing a lot.

talonflame.gif
thundurus-therian.gif

Because more special priority is always good.
Parents: Talonflame + Thundurus-Therian
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Talonus
New type: Electric/Flying
New base stats: 98/93/70/129/73/114 (+20 HP, +20 Special Attack)
New ability and desc: Volt Wings (Gale Wings + Volt Absorb): While at or above 25% HP, Electric and Flying moves have +1 priority. While below 25% HP, only Flying moves have priority. Immune to Electric and Flying, and can absorb Electric or Flying moves to restore 25% of its health.
Notable moves: Thunderbolt, Roost, Nasty Plot, Flamethrower, Flash Cannon, Sludge Wave, Thunder, Fire Blast, Focus Blast, Thunder Wave, Volt Switch, Tailwind
Role identification: Priority abuser. Between acceptable bulk, priority Roost, and absorbing two types, it has the longevity to set up, and then it can wreck with its priority Thunderbolt. Alternatively, it can be used as a revenge killer, which it is also effective at. While it lacks a good special Flying STAB, it's more than able to compensate with its options.

What if a Pokeball could catch nightmares?
Parents: Electrode and Darkrai
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Dark Electrode
New type: Electric/Dark
New base stats: 65/70/80/127/85/157 (+20 Special Attack, +20 Speed) (BST: 584)
New ability and desc: Last Nightmare (Aftermath + Bad Dreams) - When this Pokemon faints, the opponent is damaged for 25% of their max HP and falls asleep.
Notable moves: Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Dark Pulse, Taunt, Nasty Plot, Ice Beam, Sludge Bomb, Will-O-Wisp, Focus Blast, Trick
Role identification: This Pokemon is a blindingly fast special attacker, able to outspeed even Mega Axatree, and while 127 base Special Attack isn't huge for a fusion it's certainly all it needs to be a threat. However, this Pokemon is actually more of a supporter: Its ability to put the opponent to sleep when fainting allows a set up sweeper of your choice a free boost, while also chipping away at the opponent's health. Not much else to say really :P
clefable.gif
deoxys-defense.gif

Slow, painful death from outer space. My favourite.
Parents: Clefable and Deoxys-Defense
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Dabble
New type: Psychic/Fairy
New base stats: 92/70/126/82/135/75 (+20 Health, +10 Defense, +10 Sp.Def) (BST: 580)
New ability and desc: Astral Channeling (Magic Guard + Pressure) - This Pokemon is immune to indirect damage and cannot lose PP. The opponent takes doubled indirect damage and uses double the PP.
Notable moves: Moonblast, Psychic, Psycho Boost, Spikes, Taunt, Knock Off, Stealth Rock, Soft-Boiled, Toxic, Swagger, Calm Mind, Stored Power, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Fire Blast, Healing Wish, Cosmic Power
Role identification: Toxic annihilates everything it can hit, hazards deal double damage while this Pokemon's on the field and this Pokemon has the bulk to use both very effectively. It can also use Cosmic Power and Stored Power together for a surprise sweeping set which isn't even vulnerable to Toxic. Disgusting.

RESUBS

staraptor.gif
decidueye.gif

Back with a tweaked ability to make it work like I wanted it to!
Parents: Staraptor / Decidueye
Shared egg group: Flying
Offspring name: Staridueye
New type: Normal / Ghost
New base stats: 91 / 123 / 82 / 85 / 90 / 95
New ability and desc: Bad Touch (Intimidate + Long Reach) - Contact moves no longer make contact. Non-contact moves lower the foe's attack by one stage.
Notable moves: Spirit Shackle, Return, Brave Bird, Leaf Blade, Sucker Punch, U-Turn, Close Combat, Swords Dance, Synthesis, Agility
Role Identification: Staridueye is a very interesting fusion. Its ability makes it a very unique Pokemon as it can simultaneously cripple foes and attack, providing some neat role compression on teams. Spirit Shackle in paticular is amazing now, as it traps the foe and lowers their attack, which lets it go hog wild with them. It also has decent bulk and setup moves in Swords Dance and Agility. It also can pivot and has reliable recovery. Finally, it even has Close Combat to handle Dark-types. A set that has Assault Vest or Choice Scarf is something that can set this fusion over the top. Staridueye might not seem impressive, but do not underestimate it or you will pay dearly.
lunala.gif
hitmonchan.gif

*anime gasp*
DNA Donors: Lunala / Hitmonchan
Offspring name: Luna-Chan
New Type: Psychic / Fighting
Base Stats: 93 / 109 / 104 / 106 / 108 / 86 (+20 Def, +20 SpA)
New ability and desc: Magical Girl (Shadow Shield + Iron Fist) - Attacks against this Pokemon are halved, unless they are punching moves or Sucker Punch. Said moves do double the damage against this Pokémon.
Notable Moves: Psychic, Focus Blast, High Jump Kick, Moongeist Beam, Shadow Claw, Calm Mind, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Blizzard, Thunder, Moonblast, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Psyshock, Air Slash, Close Combat, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Drain Punch, Cosmic Power, (Z-)Hypnosis, Light Screen, Roost, Z-SPLASH, Substitute, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Trick Room, Will-O-Wisp, Agility, Bulk Up
Role Identification: Luna-Chan is deceptively bulky thanks to its ability. This gives it a whole lot of options from being a status spreader to setting up with various coverage options. It also has the legendary Z-Splash, letting it get to +3 in the blink of an eye! The only major downside is the somewhat poor defensive typing and offensive sets being very weak to Sucker Punch.
tapufini.gif
metagross.gif

A Tapu fusion WITHOUT the Terrain ability?!
DNA Donors:Tapu Fini / Metagross
Offspring name: Finioss
New Type: Water / Steel
Base Stats: 95 / 105 / 122 / 102 / 110 / 90 (+20 HP, +7 SpA, +13 Spe)
New ability and desc: Spirituality (Telepathy + Clear Body) - This Pokemon is immune to moves that could lower its stats.
Notable Moves: Hydro Pump, Scald, Waterfall, Defog, Flash Cannon, Meteor Mash, Moonblast, Calm Mind, Haze, Light Screen, Reflect, Soak, Taunt, Toxic, Agility, Iron Defense, Hone Claws, Nature's Madness, Grass Knot, Blizzard, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, Psychic, Psyshock, Signal Beam, Earthquake, Zen Headbutt, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Stealth Rock
Role Identification: Powerful and versatile on pretty much every aspect. The ability is very good, letting it be immune to both Earth Power as well as Focus Blast. It also has both physical and special strength and bulk. It has amazing tech as well. It has Calm Mind, Iron Defense, Hone Claws, Defog, screens, Haze, and what might be the most amazing thing in existence- Soak + Thunder Punch! It can very easily run a variety of items from Assault Vest to Specs or Band. It can even run....
tapufini.gif
metagross-mega.gif
DNA Donors:Tapu Fini / Metagross-Mega
Offspring name: Finioss-Mega
New Type: Water / Steel
Base Stats: 95 / 115 / 142 / 112 / 130 / 130
New ability and desc: Tough Claws
Notable Moves: Same as base
Role Identification: This! Soak + Thunder Punch becomes even better, better bulk, a crap ton of speed, and the same batshit crazy movepool. Physical's likely better, but this does get Grass Knot, so a Special or Mixed set isn't impossible. It also can just be a tank or my personal favorite (after Soak and Thunder Punch)- Fast bulky support! I don't really think there's a fusion or Pokemon that can be both fast and bulky, so here it is!
NEW SUBMISSIONS:

grovyle.gif
yveltal.gif

That's right! Combarde is part of a trio now.
DNA Donors: Grovyle / Yveltal
Offspring name: Grovyltal
New Type: Grass / Dark
Base Stats: 88 / 113 / 70 / 113 / 81 / 117 (+15 Atk, +5 SpA, +20 Spe)
New ability and desc: Jailbreak (Unburden + Dark Aura) - If this Pokemon is holding an item, its speed and the power of its Dark-type moves are 1.33x. If it is not holding an item, its speed and the power of its Dark-type moves are doubled.
Notable Moves: Leaf Blade, Oblivion Wing, Grass Knot, Energy Ball, Crunch, X-Scissor, Giga Drain, Rock Slide, Drain Punch, Thunder Punch, Hurricane, Dragon Rush, Heat Wave, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Dragon Claw, Oblivion Wing, Shadow Claw, Sucker Punch, U-Turn, Knock Off, Roost, Taunt, Grass Whistle, Hone Claws, Grassy Terrain, Leech Seed, Swords Dance, Worry Seed
Role Identification: With the speed only rivaled by Ninxys and Deoxys-Speed itself, and super powerful Dark-type STAB on both sides AND coverage for its quad weakness to Bug, this is one fusion you do NOT want to mess with. It also has a boatload of other coverage as well as some slight utility. Also don't even get me started on if you manage to remove your item...
marshtomp.gif
xerneas.gif

Isn't that lovely?
DNA Donors: Marshtomp / Xerneas
Offspring name: Marshern
New Type: Ground / Fairy
Base Stats: 98 / 108 / 100 / 106 / 95 / 80 (+12 Def, +11 SpA, +11 SpD, +6 Spe)
New ability and desc: Soaking Aura (Damp + Fairy Aura) - Moves of this Pokémon that have a type which is immune to its attacks (For example, Electric moves) as well as Fairy moves have 1.33x power.
Notable Moves: Geomancy, Moonblast, Waterfall, Earthquake, Ingrain, Mirror Coat, Hydro Pump, Blizzard, Sludge Wave, Earth Power, Surf, Muddy Water, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Scald, Rock Slide, Megahorn, Close Combat, Outrage, Grass Knot, Focus Blast, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Psychic, Psyshock, Zen Headbutt, Flash Cannon, Horn Leech, Night Slash, Barrier, Curse, Stealth Rock, Substitute, Toxic, Calm Mind, Reflect, Light Screen, Thunder Wave
Role Identification: Extra power on half of the types in the whole game with THAT much coverage AND an amazing type AND incredible bulk?! This thing is absolutely crazy.
heatran.gif
altaria.gif

The final member of a trio that consists of the three most fused Pokemon right now.
DNA Donors: Heatran / Altaria
Offspring name: Heataria
New Type: Dragon / Steel
Base Stats: 103 / 100 / 98 / 100 / 105 / 78 (+20 HP, +20 Atk)
New ability and desc: Firefighter (Flash Fire + Natural Cure) - Immune to moves that may inflict status conditions and Fire-type moves. If targeted with such a move, moves that can inflict a status condition and fire-type moves get a 1.5x power boost on this Pokemon. These boosts stack. These boosts last until this Pokemon switches out. This Pokemon cannot be inflicted with status conditions.
Notable Moves: Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Iron Head, Dragon Claw, Flash Cannon, Dragon Pulse, Roost, Stealth Rock, Magma Storm, Earthquake, Earth Power, Overheat, Stone Edge, Crunch, Dark Pulse, Draco Meteor, Moonblast, Ice Beam, Cotton Guard, Metal Sound, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp, Agility, Dragon Dance, Feather Dance, Haze, (Z-)Mirror Move, Roost, Perish Song, Tailwind, Roar
Role Identification: An ability with great support and defensive applications with coverage on every side, and even PerishTrap! You also have amazing moves like Cotton Guard and Mirror Move and RELIABLE RECOVERY! It also quite easily can gain enormous power on its Fire-type moves, and has really good stats other than its speed. Finally, it can even phaze or haze stat boosters. However, that's not all that this fusion has up its sleeve...
heatran.gif
altaria-mega.gif
DNA Donors: Heatran / Altaria-Mega
Offspring name: Heataria-Mega
New Type: Dragon / Fairy
Base Stats: 103 / 140 / 118 / 140 / 105 / 78
New ability and desc: Pixilate
Notable Moves: See above + Return, Hyper Voice
Role Identification: While not able to really be as defensive, it's super great offensively, even moreso than the base form. It can run Mega Altaria's physical set with improvements, but now it can run a Special set WITHOUT EARTHQUAKE! It means that Heataria doesn't have to be mixed anymore. Heatran also brings a lot of extra options including Flash Cannon, which means it has perfect coverage for all of its weaknesses, so there's that too. Either way, do not mess with Heataria.

milotic.gif

She's beauty, she's grace...
Parents: Goodra / Milotic
Shared egg group: Dragon
Offspring name: Goodrotic
New type: Dragon / Water
New base stats: 102 / 90 / 84 / 115 / 147 / 90
New ability and desc: Gracious Goo (Marvel Scale + Gooey) - If this Pokemon is statused, its Defense and Speed is 1.5x. If hit with a contact move, the foe's speed is lowered by one stage. If hit with a contact move while statused, the foe's speed is lowered by two stages.
Notable moves: Mirror Coat, Blizzard, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Surf, Dragon Pulse, Scald, Draco Meteor, Focus Blast, Thunder, Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Sludge Wave, Flamethrower, Muddy Water, Aqua Ring, Haze, (Z-)Hypnosis, Recover, Toxic, Light Screen, Substitute, Acid Armor
Role Identification: Fast and bulky with coverage for Fairies and decent support options. The ability makes it stand out more than anything else. It also is a bulky Pokemon with reliable recovery and Acid Armor, so it can be very helpful on stall, balance and bulky offense.

Parents: Bewear / Samurott
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Breast
New type: Fighting / Water
New base stats: 117 / 122 / 92 / 91 / 75 / 75
New ability and desc: Proper Support (Fluffy + Torrent) - This Pokemon takes 1/3 of the damage from contact moves, and contact moves from this Pokemon do 1.5x damage. However, this ability loses its effects when this Pokemon is at or under 1/3 of its maximum HP. Even when deactivated, this Pokemon takes 1.5x the damage from Fire-type moves.
Notable moves: Return, Earthquake, Dragon Claw, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Rock Slide, Shadow Claw, Megahorn, Aqua Tail, Waterfall, X-Scissor, Razor Shell, Night Slash, Smart Strike, Knock Off, Dragon Tail, Bulk Up, Swords Dance, Taunt, Aqua Jet, Hammer Arm
Role Identification: With something like an Assault Vest or leftovers, this thing can easily become the face of Bulky Offense. Alright defensive typing, amazing ability, and pretty good power and coverage.

Offspring name: Slowmarina
New type: Water / Fairy
New base stats: 97 / 84 / 102 / 123 / 108 / 55 (BST: 569)
New ability and desc: Magical Voice (Liquid Voice + Regenerator) – All sound-based moves become Water-type moves. When this Pokemon uses a sound-based move, it recovers up to 16.6% of its max hitpoints. When it switches out, it recovers up to 33.3% of its max hitpoints.
Notable moves: Hyper Voice, Energy Ball, Hydro Pump, Calm Mind, Ice Beam, Moonblast, Psychic/Psyshock, Scald, Shadow Ball, Flamethrower/Fire Blast, Focus Blast, Slack Off
Role identification: Bulky but slow special attacker with reliable recovery and a good variety of coverage moves. Its ability allows it to stay alive, as it recovers health every time it uses its Water-type Hyper Voice as well as when switching out. It can set up with Calm Mind to be a bulky wincon.

New type: Electric / Fairy
New base stats: 87 / 85 / 67 / 112 / 117 / 95 (BST: 563)
New ability and desc: Pixie Surfer (Surge Surfer + Pixilate) – Increases the power of Normal-type moves by 1.4x and changes them to Fairy-type. When Electric Terrain is active, the power multiplier changes to 2x and the Pokemon’s Speed stat is doubled.
Notable moves: Thunderbolt, Hyper Voice, Extreme Speed, Fake Out, Focus Blast, Grass Knot, Nuzzle, Psychic/Psyshock, Surf, Volt Switch, Wish, Heal Bell, Moonblast, Shadow Ball
Role identification: Special attacker that really excels in Electric Terrain. While it has only base 85 Attack, it gets 80 BP STAB Fake Out and 160 BP STAB Extreme Speed which could potentially serve as a unique niche. Otherwise, a 180 BP STAB Hyper Voice can be terrifying. While it also becomes blazing fast under Electric Terrain, it has low physical bulk and has only average speed and power outside of Electric Terrain, leaving it quite dependent on the terrain being active.

New ability and desc: Graceful Guard (Serene Grace + Levitate) – This Pokemon is immune to Ground-type moves and secondary effects of opponents’ damaging moves. The Pokemon’s moves have a doubled secondary effect chance.
Notable moves: Aromatherapy/Heal Bell, Calm Mind, Charge Beam, Charm, Counter, Flamethrower/Fire Blast, Focus Blast, Hyper Voice, Ice Beam, Psychic/Psyshock, Seismic Toss, Shadow Ball, Soft-Boiled, Stealth Rock, Thunderbolt, Wish, Energy Ball, Lunar Dance, Magic Coat, Moonblast, Trick
Role identification: Just as disgusting as Blissey normally is, this ‘Mon is a special wall with considerable physical bulk as well. Its base 75 Special Attack is too low to be immediately offensive, but if you really want to use something other than Seismic Toss, Charge Beam is now guaranteed to boost its Special Attack while attacking. It can be a bulky Stealth Rock setter, it can pass Wishes and use Aromatherapy as the team cleric, it has Lunar Dance to fully restore and bring in a weakened teammate, and if the opponent tries giving it an item that isn’t an Assault Vest, it can Trick the item back.

Offspring name: Gardecuno
New type: Ice / Fairy
New base stats: 85 HP / 75 Atk / 90 Def / 120 SpA / 128 SpD / 90 Spe (+6 HP, +8 Def, +10 SpA, +8 SpD, +8 Spe)
New ability and desc: Goddess Trace (Pressure + Trace) – Upon being sent out, the Pokemon copies the opposing Pokemon's ability and halves the PP of their moves.
Notable moves: Hail/Aurora Veil, Reflect/Light Screen, Ice Beam/Blizzard, Defog, Freeze-Dry, Haze, Heal Bell, Hurricane, Roost, Substitute, Tailwind, U-turn, Calm Mind, Encore, Energy Ball, Focus Blast, Memento/Healing Wish, Destiny Bond, Misty Terrain, Moonblast, Psychic/Psyshock, Shadow Ball, Signal Beam, Taunt, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Trick, Will-O-Wisp, Wish
Role identification: Gardecuno is a decently fast, mixed-bulk special attacker with access to Aurora Veil. Ice/Fairy is great offensively but bad defensively. 85/90/128 is decently bulky with reliable recovery, and the ability makes some status users think twice. Base 120 Special Attack hits hard enough, especially with STAB Moonblast and Ice Beam/Blizzard. Gardecuno also has decent other options with Focus Blast to hit Steel-types, Toxic/Thunder Wave/Will-O-Wisp, Taunt, Encore, and setting up with Calm Mind.

Offspring name: Mega Gardecuno @ Gardevoirite
New type: Ice / Fairy
New base stats: 85 HP / 95 Atk / 90 Def / 160 SpA / 148 SpD / 110 Spe
New ability and desc: Pixilate
Notable moves: Same as above, plus Hyper Voice
Role identification: The Mega is arguably better offensively due to STAB Hyper Voice to pierce opponents’ Substitutes and base 160 Special Attack and 110 Speed, while having more special bulk as well.

Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Nine-Hounds
New type: Fire / Dark
New base stats: 84 HP / 93 Atk / 72 Def / 105 SpA / 100 SpD / 107 Spe
New ability and desc: Blazing Drought (Flash Fire + Drought) – (exact combination of the two)
Notable moves: Dark Pulse, Flamethrower/Fire Blast, Foul Play, Nasty Plot, Overheat, Pursuit, Sludge Bomb, Solar Beam, Sucker Punch, Super Fang, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp, Energy Ball, Destiny Bond
Role identification: Nine-hounds sets up Sun on switch-in and enjoys switching into non-Mold Breaker Fire-type attacks. You can keep it in this form to keep setting up Sun, but its stats aren’t anything too amazing, though it does have a usable Special Attack stat and decent speed tier. Nasty Plot can be used to boost its Special Attack, and it has a good STAB combination along with coverage in Solar Beam.

Offspring name: Mega Nine-Hounds @ Houndoomite
New type: Fire / Dark
New base stats: 84 HP / 93 Atk / 112 Def / 135 SpA / 110 SpD / 127 Spe
New ability and desc: Solar Power
Notable moves: Same as above
Role identification: Loses the ability to set up Sun, but Mega Nine-Hounds can now benefit from the Sun it just set up with Solar Power, boosting its already-high Special Attack by 50% at the cost of some health each turn. Base 127 speed is nice along with 84 / 112 / 110 bulk.
