ASB Day Care
Welcome to the Day Care! Drop off your Pokemon here, and see them grow under our watchful care.
How does the Day Care work?
Simply drop off your Pokemon and let us take care of the rest! Post the profile in this thread in its entirety, and that's it! For every day your Pokemon is in our care, it'll gain a KOC. You can use the KOC for MC, EC, or AC, but not CC. Payment will be collected on the day you retrieve your Pokemon. Every KOC your Pokemon earns in the Day Care will cost you 1 CC.
When you come to retrieve your Pokemon from the Day Care, post the following information.
- The profile of the Pokemon deposited;
- How many days the Pokemon was in care, and the KOC rewarded;
- The CC you're using as payment.
Once approved by me, you can go right to the PCT and claim your reward.
What else do I need to know?
Pokemon deposited in the Day Care cannot be used anywhere else in ASB. The only exception to this is if the Pokemon need to be rented for tutoring or other purposes.
A Pokemon will only gain a maximum of 7 KOC in the Day Care before it needs to be retrieved. However, you can immediately put it back in the Day Care for more KOC if you wish.
If you plan on leaving a Pokemon in the Day Care for an extended period of time, and cannot come and post every week, you can add this information to your post when you deposit a Pokemon.
If you do not have the CC to pay the fee, you can retrieve your Pokemon, but with no counters gained. To do this, just post saying you're abandoning your counters.
For Day Care purposes, a day is 24 hours starting from the moment you post. If you post a minute before a "day" passes, you can't claim a counter for that day.
Day Care doesn't count towards evolving a Pokemon; it still needs to participate in one battle in order to evolve.
You can only put one Pokemon in our care at a time.
If you call upon a Pokemon being used in the Day Care, either on accident or on purpose, you forfeit the rewards that Pokemon would receive in the battle, in addition to any rewards from the Day Care (and the CC fee associated with it). Referees should check here to make sure that this doesn't happen.
