Uses: I'm still not sure what was the final decision on Sketch and Smeargle Fusions, so it's hard to tell if Smelly even will be able to be as useful as I intended, but having a stronger Extreme Speed with variable type is always good, even if your attack is garbage. The flavor also gives an origin to the name of the fusion.
