oooh, interesting. Well when a pokemon is parked the level displayed is the level they are parked over at isnt it. So that doesn't seems suspicious to me...

Is it possible to get a level 50 Latios from "Kanto" by legal means? There's a good Timid Latios at stake.

Technically, yes. Event Pokemon are registered as coming from the region that they were downloaded too. I have a perfectly legit 10ANNIV Suicune that came from Hoenn.

Basically...if it has an event Pokemon OT and ID No. then it can be legit.

If it's OT: Bob or whatever, then you have a hack.

Actually, all "fateful encounter" Pokemon are read as from Hoenn, even if it was sent to FR/LG. If event Pokemon aren't "fateful encounters" then they'd be read as from the game that was giving them out, I believe. Never having an Advance event, I don't know that much about stuff like that. I know I'm right about "fateful encounters" saying Hoenn. Try it. Earn a Ho-oh in Colosseum, send it to FR/LG and migrate it from there. It'll say it was from Hoenn.

if i have permision from my oponent and am willing to risk exposing my team am i alowed to post a warstory (asumeing it is aproved by a mod)?
 
In GSC, and if I remember correctly, Advance, you could use a combination of Transform+Sketch, and using that Ditto, Mew, and everything that could get Metronome would be able to get any move in the game, something like, transform into Smeargle, Sketch a move, and Sketch's permanence would give any move to the thing that transformed. Does this glitch still work in D/P?

No, and a similar glitch existed in the first Japanese versions of DP, but all you had to do is faint a Ditto in a battle and Ditto would have all these moves he Transformed into until the start of the next battle.

I use Life Orb in Lucario and it works extremely well.

and I have a question...
Can direct battles (Not Wi-Fi, DS to DS battles) be set to Lv 100 or are they always free?
 
On my Mixmence, i have the moveset sorted, apart from one bit.

Draco Meteor
Fire Blast
Brick Break
Dragon Claw/Crunch

Whcih one? Crunch offers more coverage, to be sure, but Dragon Claw gets reliable Physical STAB.

Which is the better option?

I'd either run a Modest nature if you use Salac Berry, or a more defensive EV spread with Leftovers to match the slow nature of Calm Mind and potentially beat out random Surfs and such. Consider Dragon Pulse over Shadow Ball, which also receives excellent type coverage in tandem with Aura Sphere, hits a bunch of Pokemon neutrally for more damage, and does more to Garchomp and Salamence.
 
I've been hearing that breeding with dittos from r/s/e is flawed. Is this true? Do these ditto not pass down their nature or IV's? Just curious, been getting different answers.
