NOC Hope+1 Game Thread

if hammer is not achieved during a cycle, the user with the most votes at the conclusion of that cycle will be lynched.

hammer isn't necessary jalmont
 
i don't want to self pres onto caffeineboost because i don't think we hit if we lynch the slot

but i don't really know what i can do with 4 hours if jay and texas both want that lynch.

when you make a post like this it sets up suspicion for any pr claim that comes out of ms. could be scum setting up to descredit if ms claimed a pr. if this is what you really think then you shouldn't share this observation until after ms' claim because this post informs the claim instead of letting the claim inform the read.

this reads list bothers me for two reasons. the second reason i'll make a new post explaining, but this is kind of the reads list i make when i'm scum, with my target day 1 lynch as my scummiest, my target day 2 lynch as my second scummiest, and then i make no effort to sort anyone else. i don't think there is a lot of thought put into the town reads here especially this moody thing is just really ????

he has fh town which i did too day 1 and i don't think many other people did so that's interesting maybe?

It read to me like he was adding dusk in there to balance out bussing hal and it read as extemely "though protest to much" and wordy without really saying anything.

i think this because he is being very awkward in starting out with a scumread on metal sonic, putting me in lean scum, and then not making an effort to follow through with the game! go read the last game we played in, greek mythology. go look at how cb questions and is hesitant about things and feels like a fish out of water because he is uninformed. He does not have this quality this game, and therefore I believe that he is in fact informed! His tone is compeltely different form what he sounded like last game. I can't even remember when he gave readlists. I scumread CB because I think his posting is fabricated

The read on MS is genuine as he has provided next to nothing for the game and has flip flopped his vote so much despite having a tone of certainty in his decisions. He's a walking contradiction.

I applaud the fact you have found that I am playing this game differently. The reasons behind this however have already been mentioned in my response (and in a response to FH's reads on me).

day 1 fh and i both called out fh for being tonally and strategically (as in with his vote) different from last game. his explanation is that he wants to be more forceful in this game and push his reads more.

Here is his day 2 vote.

This doesn't fit into the agenda he described his own play as on day 1. This vote is accompanied by a disclaimer. This isn't trying to get me lynched, this is just putting down a vote and slipping into the background.

So on day 1 fh and i call out cb for playing differently. he ascribes this to trying out a different playstyle. on day 2 it is clear that he is not following the playstyle he described on day 1

See that first post I made on Day 1? That was a random vote accompanied by what should be an obvious joke. MS and I bounce off each other for a bit after that and we were fine until MS SR'd Texas for what appeared to me to be questionable reasons. His voting pattern after that was... fucking horrible. Now idk if the useless pressure was referring to the Day 1 random vote on Jayflush or the fact that I was adamant that we lynch MS. If it was the former, I want you to seriously consider exactly how somebody gets a scumread from somebody posting "confirming". If it's about MS, fair enough but the reasons I had for lynching him were very solid.
