i have seen nobody argue with me that he lurks like this as both alignments a bunch. policying useless and lurker slots like him / Jalmont is not something I'm against on principle, but this is the "invitational" so it isn't my first choice. is naked voting right after someone really scummy? i could see that as (very) mildly townie, simply cause it shows he isn't hiding that he was lurking, though obviously this standard of play doesn't last past the first half of d1
I still like a nuxl lynch when we get closer to EoD
D1 is when scum can out themselves most so it's probably best to lurk at that point as far as i can see? It's a lot easier to come out of hiding later when some people have been rated as acting scummy from most of the playerlist and you can just make up a reason as to why you can lynch scummy town players etc.
Scum behaviour should be hardest at the beginning of a game when everyone is trying to create reads from scratch and what you say will probably be put under a magnifying glass by a lot of players.
Though maybe you are right and he does just lurk anyway, while I agree that it is annoying for an invitational, we have no cop or anything to check him so we will pretty much have to lynch him at some point later down the line anyway if he continued to lurk. I'd rather mislynch now then later when it might mater more, but I'm gonna admit my game strategy is not gonna be as good as other players.

He's all I feel super strong about. I'm seeing his plays as this: he doubled down on the read because y'all were enabling it. He's essentially coasting this game, calling some people out as scum and posting mainly NAI stuff that haven't helped the game much. You may see it as something else. The posts objective scumminess doesn't and won't change my read on him because the arguments against him being scum are meh at best.
The "you're shading" part feels to me like "don't say that", that is all.

Also in regard to Josh saying moody wasn't afraid of showing he was lurking, I want to add:
Lurking is objectively scummy to me and I don't think an argument that someone is not afraid to look scummy is town indicative. If he's doing scummy things then I'm always going to scumread someone because you could make the argument they aren't afraid to look scummy in any situation for any person.

but while we wait: what is your DLE and OM read? Nuxl is a good lynch, and I don't really town read MS enough yet to call it bad, but I would like you to comment on my two top scum reads.
I mean, long term lurking is objectively anti-town and bad play with few exceptions. It is not objectively scummy though.

Dle is null, om is slightly scummy for me but not as bad as everyone else thinks and I could definitely see him just being frustrated town. So I'm not really sure on either for now I guess.
