If you have a choice band or scarf on a pokemon (tyranitar for example) and you use stone edge 5 times and you have 5 PP (you're PP runs out), do you struggle, or can you choose another move?
 
Most people can't afford a 100$ system and a 50$ game. and people who do don't want to waste their raikou =P Gladly i can... but if you want GTS raikous then give away cloned palkias or dialgas, and ask for raikous. or milotics or other legends.
 
Maybe, but that's rare especially for a legendary Pokémon, not the most realiable site, but GTS site shows many Raikou for offer.

Edit: Above post suggestion may work btw =P
 
Everytime i look for suicune/raikou/entei i find almost nothing. I think it has to do with the $150 thing and the fact making it compatiable with r/s/e LG/FR is another $10. and for some people another $30 for a 3rd gen game...
 
According to the time in the home page, it shows less than/near 12 hours (depending the GMT)
I'll look for Ho-oh to see if something appears

EDIT:
I get results with every legend I have in my dex excluding Raikou... must be what Fenikkusu said... or a specific problem with this Pokémon.
 
Can Phione breed? Everywhere I see they say Phione is the result of Manaphy breeding, but never said Phione is breedable.
I don't know, I think I got interested in using one O.o
 
Is it legal to use the IV checking code. To those that dont know you go to the pokemon hold Start+Select and go into summary, then go into your bag and the first 6 tms will show your ivs.
 
oh, then i guess it would be a waste of time for me to search for it in the great marsh then, especially with the low encounter rate of croagunks and toxicroaks since it heals the same amount.
