If he were mafia, I think he would be much more serious and assertive and try to lead the town--that's what he's done in live games. I'd say he normally has a scummy town game and a towny mafia game. CS gets pretty stubborn when he isn't comfortable, so I think the way he backed away from his read that Former vs DS. is tvt goes against scum!CS' character. I also don't think he does any of the goofy filler posts if he's mafia like with the fonts, etc.

For the record CS is 18 years old and in college, so I don't know what he's doing at home, but it would make sense that he would be busy studying for finals rather than tryharding in a mafia game.

Do you notice how hard DS. is going to link himself with Hannah and CS? That's because they are easy mislynches.
