I quite disagree, at least for my scum play style, but it applies to most beginner scum. To appeal to other players and to apologize for their actions, to say “I’ll do better in the future” and to agree with other players, is very beginner-scum play and so my vote shall remain on mewtwo.
 
Another thing: if Mewtwo is town this game, then why isn’t he playing a similar game to last game? This is entirely different and it does not feel like he’s trying something new out. It feels like he’s nervous about playing from a different position. At this point last game he was baisically universally townread- now he’s mixed and two players minimum think he’s scum? If you’re town, what happened, Mewtwo? Did you hit your head?

Well I am playing from a different position, just not in the way you are trying to insinuate. In eimm and role madness I got cleared early and faced no significant pressure the entire game (aside from a scuffle with DS and I responded poorly to that as well). In this game I came under attack early on, and I don't respond well to that.

How did you get cleared? I don’t recall any inspectors

I think you are still probably scum, but I don't want you to just get piled on here either so I'm going to warn you not to get too over defensive (which you already seem to be doing and isn't a good sign). If you are town, don't prove it by making excuses for your play, do it by acting towny going forward.

That being said mewtwo, where is your head at rn with regards to reads?

Right now I really want to hear more from bluedoom. He came in the thread and left. He lurks as both alignments but atp that's where my gut goes. Same thing goes for zest and whydon to a lesser extent.

I don't like how Samo is playing but atp I don't feel confident that he's scum. He's prob a neutral or a slight lean rn.

I don't like clarinets post here, but everything else from him feels decent.

Everything I've seen from caffeine has been over the top and not sure what to think about it. I also think he might be opposing my lynch for town cred in case I am the lynch today, but we did mindmeld on how Samo attacked Hannah for defending me but not caffeine.

From what I've seen of town vs scum bomb moss, town bomb moss has a lot messier thoughts if that makes sense. Meta could be outdated but his opening felt miles closer to town!moss

I want to have my vote somewhere when I leave thread for a while. I'd been questioning you but never found a dramatic moment to plonk down a vote :psysad:

I like the aggressiveness in samo's entrance, clarinet is like, I like what he's saying but does his entrance have to be a readslist and hannah vote is weak

Problem is the style you do it in. You're not asking him, you're proclaiming to the thread you want him to answer which to me reads like you're not pressuring him but want us to see you pressuring him

Pro town but wrong/unfair strategy is still pro-town, this whole line is like ehhh since the only thing I really care about is whether mewtwo was genuine, not the whole psychology analysis
 
That said, Mewtwo sort of digging themselves in and giving rationale for what was quite clearly an RVS vote feels super weird to me. Will check but I feel like they even said at some point all their early votes were random? Kind of weird to hop into defensive and act as if it was made with a pro-town reason in retrospect

When he doesn't answer and explain why he attacked Hannah, that's when I feel the need to point out that he's dodging the question.

RVS is not an excuse for horrible vote reasons and the second part doesn't evenactually make sense in regard to what you quoted
