And the items that won:
Old Moss: Restores 1/16th HP if held by a Grass-type, hurts 1/16 otherwise.
Big Root: Boosts the power of Draining moves by 50% and the amount they drain by 25%
Mental Herb: Makes holder immune to Attract, Disable, Encore, Heal Block, Taunt, Torment.

A new slate will most likely be up tomorrow. Feel free to discuss the new additions until then!

You know we had to do it to em

cargolure-gif.185877

One of my very own fusions, Cargolure is a seemingly mediocre Pokemon, but that is until you realise it has the potent set up move Shell Smash, allowing it to sweep unprepared teams. Its signature moves allow it to have powerful dual STAB to bust up walls after setting up. Prior to setting up, it is very suceptable to being hit with priority, and despises Pursuit trappers, but Cargolure is ready to unleash an onslaught.

Cargolure @ Ghostium Z
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Ability: Flame Body
Modest / Timid Nature
- Shell Smash
- Evil Blast
- Fire Blast
- Energy Ball

After a Shell Smash it can bust through the competition, with its powerful attacks and its ground shaking 195 Never Ending Nightmare. Modest gives you even more power, but at the cost of missing several speed tiers.

smw1-png.185861

Scarlix is a fearsome wallbreaker, with a solid 110 speed stat. Equipped with a Choice Band allows it to wreck teams. It can also opt for its Mega Evolution to obtain a much higher speed tier and gain the upper hand against Pokemon like Mega Absol and and Mega Gengar Alola, with a BU set.

Scarlix @ Choice Band
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Ability: No Guard
Jolly Nature
- Stone Edge
- Close Combat
- Earthquake / Mach Punch
- Accelerock / Mach Punch

Priority dual STAB with excellent coverage allows Scarlix to feel pretty free with locking itself into an attack

smw1-png.185865

Sand. The meta. The weather wars have officially begun, and Bastiodon plans to clear the way as the far and ahead leader of the pack, with its great 135 SpA and 105 speed (before Sand Rush) allowing it to wreck opposing teams with its wide coverage. While having coverage is nice and all, its pure Rock typing leaves something to be desired in the power department (80 BP STAB can only go so far), not to mention its numerous weaknesses to exploit, though this can be somewhat eased with Sand Stream + Shore Up.

Bastiodon @ Life Orb
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Ability: Sand Rush
Modest Nature
- Power Gem
- Stealth Rock
- Fire Blast / Earth Power
- Thunderbolt / Ice Beam

Bastiodon is best used mid game to place heavy offensive pressure onto the opposing team, with its great coverage and STAB coming off its decent SpA. Bastiodon absolutely needs special walls gone before it can attempt to sweep, so try and pair it with strong wallbreakers.

smw1-png.185871

Very strong Fairy type wallbreaker, as 165 Atk is pretty scary. Its Dark type also gives it a huge benefital niche as a Pursuit trapper and as a SD Sweeper with priority Sucker Punch. It also has decent mixed potential with Fire Blast to lure out Steels. It does however face steep competition as a Mega from... all of these damn Mega Evolutions that exist (watch me add more).

Absol @ Absolite
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Ability: Pressure
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Swords Dance
- Play Rough
- Sucker Punch

Simple SD set that can crack open defensive teams if played right.

dragonair.gif

Pokémon: Dragonair-Eternal
Mod of Origin: Eternal Pokemon
Stats: 91 / 114 / 94 / 90 / 109 / 101 (599)
Type:
Dragon.png
/
Normal.png

Abilities: Shed Skin, Marvel Scale
Additional moves: Ardent Strike
Ardent Strike: Physical 90 BP, 15 PP, 100% accurate Dragon move, ignores immunities
Description: A menacing bulky sweeper/Extreme Speed spammer with good stats and powerful moves that can check the almighty Gengar-Alola as well as Goodra. Fairies are the key to taking it down: Mega Lopunny. Mega Absol and Baloon do so nicely. Steel types such as Doublade-Alola are also bothersome for it.

archeops.gif

Pokémon: Archeops
Mod of Origin: Metamons
Stats: 99 / 121 / 71 / 133 / 123 / 113 (660)
Type:
Ground.png
/
Flying.png

Abilities: Defeatist
Additional moves: Air Slash, Flamethrower, Superpower
Removed moves: Head Smash
Description: At a glance, Archeops seems like the perfect mixed attacker. An assortment of coverage, amazing mixed attacking stats and good speed all help it out. It also has great defensive utility with above-average special bulk and a Ground/Flying type. However, like its vanilla incarnation, Defeatist clips its wings if it takes too much damage, reducing its options a bit and balancing it for the standard of the Smash meta.

emboar.gif

Pokémon: Emboar
Mod of Origin: Revving Up
Stats: 110 / 123 / 65 / 65 / 65 / 100 (528)
Type:
Fire.png
/
Fighting.png

Abilities: Blaze, Reckless
Additional moves: -
Description: Another Fighting type, this time with a bit more bulk, more power and a Fire type.

Item: Lucky Punch
Mod of Origin: GSC Neo
Effect: Usable by all Pokemon. Increases the power of punching moves by 1.4x and makes them ignore opponents' stat changes.

necroltres.png

Pokémon: Necroltres
Mod of Origin: Fusion Evolution
Stats: 113 HP, 103 Atk, 100 Def, 126 SpA, 95 SpD, 91 Spe (628 BST)
Type:
Psychic.png
Fire.png

Ability: Diamond Armor - Super-effective moves deal only 3/4 of their normal damage. Negates any PP-depleting Ability.
Additional moves: Necrozma's movepool, Moltres' movepool, Distortion Funnel*, Photon Burn**
*Psychic, Other, 5 PP | Sets up a 5-turn field effect that works like Gravity and keeps hazards off the field. | Z-Move: Special Attack +1
**Fire, Special, 100 BP, 100 Acc, 10 PP | Ignores Abilities, and removes the Abilities of hit targets if applicable. Category matches user's best attacking stat. | Z-Move: 180 BP Inferno Overdrive

A bulky Psychic-type, as well as a Fire-type attacker. Two things the meta needs right now.

chingling.gif

Pokémon: Chingling-Eternal
Mod of Origin: Eternal Pokémon
Stats: 100 HP, 28 Atk, 85 Def, 66 SpA, 90 SpD, 85 Spe (454 BST)
Type:
Psychic.png
Steel.png

Ability: Levitate
Additional moves: Good Tidings - Psychic, Other, 10 PP | The user switches out, healing the switch-in for half of Chingling's max HP. | Z-Move: Fully heals switch-in

An S-ranked wall in the Eternal metagame. Brings WishPass in one move.

nidoking.gif

Why is our best Ground type Trapinch?????
Pokemon: Nidoking
Mod of Origin: OptiMons
Typing: Poison / Ground
Stats: 81 HP / 112 Atk / 77 Def / 100 SpA / 75 SpD / 105 Spe
Abilities: Poison Point / Rivalry / Sheer Force
Notable New Moves: Gunk Shot, Nasty Plot, Bulk Up
Competitive Impact: Nidoking gives the metagame another Ground type worth its sand (sorry Flygon), while also being a great check towards the metagame's numerous Fairy types (it handles Vivillon quite nicely for example). Thanks to Sheer Force and its highly buffed offenses, Nidoking will be a hard pill to swallow attacks from, and will probably be able to give Stall headaches. It can also opt for a Bulk Up set, which lacks the fantastic coverage, makes up for it with its nuke in Sheer Force Gunk Shot.

latios.gif

Can't have Latias without the Blue Boy Scout
Pokemon: Latios
Mod of Origin: G-Luke's Ideal World
Typing: Dragon / Psychic
Stats: 80 HP / 90 Atk / 80 Def / 130 SpA / 110 SpD / 110 Spe
Mega Stats: 80 HP / 130 Atk / 100 Def / 160 SpA / 120 SpD / 110 Spe
Ability: Mega Launcher [Same as Mega]*
Boosts the power of Pulse, Ball and Bomb moves by 1.5
Notable New Moves: Dragon Rage (Dragon type Vacuum Wave), Hidden Force (Physical Hidden Power)
Shadow Ball - 90 BP
Dragon Pulse - 90 BP
Water Pulse - 75 BP
Competitive Impact: Latios is a fearsome wallbreaker from a forgotten time period, and in a Magearna free metagame it has come back to reign! Even though the tier is crawling with Fairy types, only the megas can actually outpace it, allowing Latios to be able to smack the rest with a powerful Psychic STAB, and it can go for Choice Scarf to flex on them regardless. If it wants to go mixed (or physical!) Latios can whip out its bulkier Mega evolution, but I think Smash will be the metagame where Latios can flex on its mega again.

jumpluff.gif

Imagine relying on Unfezant to check Grass types
Pokemon: Jumpluff
Mod of Origin: Type Optimization
Typing:
grass.gif
steel.gif

Stats: 85 / 95 / 85 / 65 / 105 / 135 | BST: 570
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Steelworker / Infiltrator (HA)
New Notable Moves: Light Screen, Earthquake, Meteor Mash
Competitive Impact: Pure utility. All of our Grass types are walls. All of our Steel types are walls. In a meta where no Pokémon dedicated to being utility exists, Jumpliff is here. Need a better time sweeping? Bruh got that covered with Memento or that hot Dual Screens. Need a Water check that can keep up momentum? Jumpluff got that Bick Dick U-Turn Energy. Want a sweeper yourself? SWORDS DANCE STEELWORKER BOYS. (Nailsage does it better lol). Just vote for the pluff.

Item: Lagging Tail
Mod of Origin: Noble Items
Effect: Allows Onix and its evolutions to hit twice, with a second hit being 30% of the first
Item: Goodranium Z
Mod of Origin: G-Luke's Ideal World
Effect: Allows Goodra to turn the attack Dragon Pulse into the Z move, Slimy Swamp Sauna.
Slimy Swamp Sauna is a 190 BP special Dragon type attack that traps foes.

Pokemon: Voltecta
Mod of Origin: Roulettemons
Type: Ghost/Electric
Abilities: Water Veil / Rock Head / Slush Rush
Stats: 149/40/131/100/80/100
Moves: Shadow Bone, Shadow Ball, Fusion Bolt, Thunderbolt, Air Slash, Acrobatics, Rapid Spin, Psychic Fangs, Volt Switch, Gear Grind, Reflect, Night Shade, Wild Charge, Gunk Shot, Psyshock, Night Slash, Focus Blast, Petal Blizzard, Thousand Arrows, Super Fang, Attract, Captivate, Confide, Endure, Facade, Frustration, Hidden Power, Protect, Natural Gift, Rest, Return, Round, Secret Power, Sleep Talk, Substitute, Toxic, Toxic Thread, Razor Leaf, Smokescreen, Hold Back, Mega Punch, Water Gun, Miracle Eye, False Swipe, Sparkling Aria, Pound, Misty Terrain, Twister, Reversal, Stockpile, Bone Rush, Sweet Scent, Giga Impact, Karate Chop, Lick, Bullet Seed
Overview: A defensive Ghost with just the right amount of support moves to function as one. While it has no reliable recovery to speak of, it isn't a slouch when attacking, and thanks to moves such as Volt Switch, Super Fang, and Night Shade, it can run an AV set to great effect. Alternatively, it can act as fast support for Hail teams with Slush Rush and Hot Chocolate. STAB Shadow Ball with Focus Blast provides solid offensive coverage, especially when paired with Electric STAB. You can even run Sparkling Aria to hurt Ground types, or to remove opposing burns and replace them with Poison via Toxic Thread. Many different sets for this interesting mon.

unfezant.gif

You wanted more FAST mons! (A meta where Unfezant can shine?) [Resubbing G-Luke's pure moment of genius]
Pokemon: Unfezant
Mod of Origin: Type Optimisation
Typing: Flying
Stats: 80 HP / 115 Atk / 80 Def / 82 SpA / 80 SpD / 133 Spe
Ability: Big Pecks / Technician / Aerialate
Notable New Moves: Swords Dance, Brick Break (lol), Defog
Competitive Impact: Unfezant is a very fast Pokémon. If it is voted in, it would be ranked as the second fastest mon in the tier, and that is plenty helpful when you are droppinh heavy Ate boosted attacks. Its not without flaws however, as Unfezant's only means of damaging Steel types cone from Brick Break of all things, its hardwalled by plenty of common mons in Smash, but in spite of that expect Unfezant to keep reminding you of why its the best offensive bird in the tier.
lumineon-f.gif
Pokemon: Enticineon (Lumineon evolution)
Mod of Origin: Eevee'd
Typing: Water / Dragon
Stats: 105 / 70 / 80 / 125 / 80 / 110
Ability: Swift Swim / Lightning Rod / Sharkbait (HA)
Sharkbait: Traps in Water-Type foes
Notable New Moves: Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Outrage, Dragon Breath, Dragon Claw, Dragon Rush, U-Turn, Fire Blast and Flamethrower
Competitive Impact:
linoone.gif
Pokémon: Linoone
Mod of Origin: AbNormal
Stats: 90 / 70 / 70 / 110 / 70 / 110 (520)
Type:
Ground.png
Fire.png

Abilities: Gluttony / Pickup / Quick Feet
Additional moves: Flame Charge, Earthquake, Flare Blitz
Changed moves: Extreme Speed (Fire), Body Slam (Ground), Double-Edge (Steel), Facade (Dark), Frustration (Dark), Return (Fairy), Strenght (Rock), Secret Power (Psychic), Take Down (Rock)
Bag_Iron_Ball_Sprite.png
Item: Iron Ball
Mod of Origin: Noble Items
Effect: Boosts a Pokemon's accuracy by 75%, but lowers Speed and Evasion by 50%. Holder resists Ghost and Dark type attacks.
Competitive Use: Great on bulky utility mons that don't care about speed and want to be less passive. Delta Latias with two extra resists and perfect accuracy STAB Thunder. 88% Accuracy Inferno (for Steve) or Zap Cannon (for Porygon2) both with new Dark resist. Cargolure loses two weaknesses and gets 88% Accuracy STAB Inferno.
Something that could run this item but I doubt will is Deoxys, losing two weaknesses and getting perfect Acc Focus Blast/Thunder, 88% Acc Dynamic Punch/Zap Cannon... but Speed is also important for Deoxys.
Bag_Nugget_Sprite.png
Item: Nugget
Mod of Origin: Noble Items
Effect: Boosts a Pokemon's Special Defense by 30%. Being hit by a Fire-type attack consumes it.
Competitive Use: A Life Orb for Special Defense. You might look at this and think it's overpowered on Goodra but consider this. A Dragon-type with Thick Fat would usually be your Fire-type switch-in, but with this item, you're actively making it avoid Fire-type moves.
Bag_Hard_Stone_Sprite.png
Item: Hard Rock
Mod of Origin: Noble Items
Effect: On switch-in, the user hurls the Hard Stone at the opponent. This is a 50 BP, 100 Accuracy Rock type move (It can get STAB) with a 100% Flinch rate, and consumes the Hard Stone.
Competitive Use: Basically an item for leads to safely set up hazards, or for a Pokemon to switch in safely once. Is especially good on Steve, seeing as he has Recycle, gets most hazards and can even get STAB on it with Miner. You're still sacrificing an item slot for it, and in Steve's case a move slot as well, so it's still balanced.

Item: Deep Sea Scale
Mod of Origin: Noble Items
Effect: If the holder is in the Water 1 Egg Group, raises their Special Defense by 50%. It they aren't already Water-type, makes their secondary type Water.

the crossover chaos community collectively agreed that steve would be in the water 1 egg group so you can use this on him

spiritomb.gif

Pokémon: Spiritomb
Mod of Origin: Optimons
Stats: 70/112/108/112/108/35
Type:
Ghost.png
Dark.png

Abilities: Pressure / Infiltrator / Sheer Force
Added Moves: Night Daze, Strength Sap, Phantom Force, Swords Dance

Beats Easy: Banette(-Megas), Deoxys, Decidueye, Cargolure
Hard Loses to: Baloon, Lopunny(-Mega), Vivillon, Absol-Mega

Seemingly neutral against most things, depends on the set (Ex: Strength Sap + Calm Mind can power through Flygon, but Status from Nihilego bodies it. On the other hand, Pursuit trapper Tomb can bust through Nihilego but Flygon dents it badly)
Komodith.png

Pokémon: Komodith
Mod of Origin: Roulettemons
Stats: 70/134/101/123/103/69
Type:
Steel.png
Dragon.png

Abilities: Liquid Voice / Beast Boost / Dancer
Notable Moves:
Iron Head, Flash Cannon, Dragon Claw, Dragon Pulse, Earthquake, Gunk Shot, Healing Wish, Night Slash, Overheat, Aurora Veil, Horn Leech, Earth Power, Ice Shard, Zen Headbutt, Draco Meteor, Psycho Boost, Bulk Up, Boomburst, Relic Song, Brave Bird, Trump Card, Secret Power, Land's Wrath, Sunny Day, Spike Cannon, Work Up, Bestow, Constrict, Freeze Shock, Bullet Seed, Razor Leaf, Floral Healing, Crush Grip, Shock Wave, Helping Hand, Lock-On, Disarming Voice, Razor Wind, Fling, Tickle

WIP - Bulky Attacker with a great defensive typing, set up in Bulk Up, Aurora Veil to support Hail teams (and keep Veil balanced cuz it can't set up without a teammate and it's slow), and numerous attacking options on both sides of the coin.

Beats Easy: Baloon, Nihilego, Steve, Porygon2, Florges, Goodra, Kirby, Abomasnow, Deciudeye, Bastiodon, Vivillon
Hard Loses to: Flygon, Lopunny-Mega, Trapinch, Camerupt, Latias (unless you run something cheeky like Z-Overheat), Scarix

Does really well against most walls but struggles against offense, the definition of a wallbreaking specialist
flygon.gif

Pokémon: Flygon-Delta-ex
Mod of Origin: All the Aces V1
Stats: 80/120/80/100/80/110
Type:
Poison.png
Psychic.png

Abilities: Clear Body / Magic Guard / Toxin Trickery (Uses Toxic on switch-in)
Added Moves: Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Poison Jab, Venoshock, Poison Tail, Toxic Spikes, Purify, Synchronoise, Psychic, Zen Headbutt, Extrasensory, Psybeam, Stored Power, Calm Mind, Psychic Neurotoxicity (Physical Poison Psyshock clone, targets Special Defense)

Beats Easy: Baloon, Nihilego, Lileep, Florges, Goodra, Abomasnow, Scarix, Vivillon, Absol
Hard Loses to: Gengar-Mega, Flygon, Banette, Trapinch, Camerupt, Silly Putty (if you're running EQ), Decidueye, Bastiodon, Dragon

Toxin Trickery really messes with bulky things, but this thing is really just a fast attacker that can scare all these Fairies running around. Also, it loses to the other Flygon, which needs some love.
