Time to declare our winners!

First Place

Pokemon Name: Pincurchin
Role: Electric Terrain Supporter
Stat Changes (If Any): 83 (+35) / 91 (-10) / 95 / 91 / 85 / 40 (+25) (485 BST)
Movepool Changes (If Any): Spiky Shield, Taunt
What sets this Pokemon apart from ones with similar roles?: Pincurchin has no competition for its role, so all I had to do was actually make it good at that role rather than just being terrain fodder. The HP boost alone should allow it to actually be able to soak up a hit here and there with Spiky Shield being useful for scouting. The extra speed may seem redundant, but if you run Taunt you can actually outpace and 1v1 Ferropex, which is huge for companion sweepers like Hawlucha and Shift Gear Toxtricity who appreciate at least one of those mons being out of their way. With all the hype out of the way, make no mistake: Pincurchin's bulk still leaves a lot to be desired, oftentimes struggling a lot with offensive teams and especially against playstyles like Sand. But if you need something that can support your sweepers throughout the game or even just set up hazards and terrain and die, Pincurchin is your man more than ever before.
Second Place

Pokemon Name: Rotom
Role: Dynamax Abuser, Fast Special Attacker, Hazard Removal
Stat Changes: +8 Def, +4 SpA, +8 Spd, +30 Spe. 50/50/85/101/85/121
Ability Changes: Levitate/Motor Drive/Reckless
Movepool Changes:
Aura Sphere, Sludge Bomb, Rapid Spin. Note: Rotom-Wash, Rotom-Mow, Rotom-Heat, Rotom-Fan, and Rotom-Frost do not get these new moves.
What sets this Pokemon apart from ones with similar roles?: Rotom is the name, Abusing Dynamax is it's game. able to abuse the Max Lightning's side effect of recoil to boost its moves with Reckless, it still suffers from lack of reliable recovery, as well as poor-to-mediocre defensive stats. on the high side, it still has a pretty banging Special Attack, and the 9th highest speed in the tier, outspeeding most top threats, such as Gyarados, and Hawlucha. While it shares the exact same speed tier with Boltund, Boltund is able to hit things on the physical side, while Rotom covers things on the Special. Rotom also carries an additional typing in ghost, allowing it to carry dual stab allowing it to hit Ground types for neutral damage, unlike Boltund. Overall, they play very similar roles, but can be used on different teams depending on what is needed.
Pokemon Name: Seaking
Role: Water Physical Attacker who can block electric moves.
Stat Changes: 80/102/65/65/80/108 (500)
Movepool Changes: Drill Peck, Aqua Jet, Fishious Rend (JUST KIDDING)
What sets this Pokemon apart from ones with similar roles?: Seaking hits what was once a very magical speed tier known as 108 base speed. With SD and Drill Run/Peck for excellent coverage, this thing really can say Fuck yea! You can go for Lightningrod if you think you'll need an electric check say for Dracozolt or Rotom-W, or Swift Swim if you really wanna go even faster. Most water types don't have the option to go water/Flying combo. Even Gyarados has to rely on bounce. And none of the physical water sweepers can check electric types, most of whom don't have grass coverage.

Though these Pokemon I compare it to don't do the exact same roles, they all mainly hit hard with water STAB.

Compared to Dracovish, Seaking lacks hyper compounded immediate power, but is faster and can boost. Compared to Gyarados, this thing is faster, at least before Gyara has a DDance or two, but can use reliable flying coverage and can abuse rain where the serpent monster cannot abuse as well.

Compared to Barraskewda, this thing may seem weaker... at least up front, Barra is faster and has Higher attack and still has Drill Run coverage,. but Barra cannot sword dance and cannot resist electric moves and is forced to use bounce for Flying moves.

Crawdaunt has terrifying upfront power and can use Knock Off terrifyingly well. Sure Seaking can learn Knock Off, but doesn't have Crawdaunt's power with it. Both can SD, but Craw is much slower without getting DDs under its belt.

As such, Seaking is a water physical Attacker who, unlike all of these mons, can resist BoltBeam combos.

Pokemon Name - Butterfree
Role - Quiver Dance Sweeper, Utility
Stat Changes - 80 / 35 / 70 / 95 / 80 / 85 (+20 HP, -10 Atk, +20 Def, +5 SpA, +15 Spe)
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Dazzling Gleam, +Moonblast, +Defog
What sets this Pokemon apart from ones with similar roles? - Butterfree sets itself apart Fromm Ribombee and Frosmoth by being able to run only 2 attacks, quiver dance and utility, as well as having a G-Max Form. It can remove hazards with Defog now, too. It heavily suffers from 4MSS though, as it has to either pick between Defog, Roost as reliable recovery or a 3rd coverage option. It’s 80 / 70 / 80 bulk is rather subpar, though, and 85 speed is not very high either.

Also, Ninjask absolutely hates this slate.
In addition to these, seeing as I was aiming for 5 winners, there will be a tiebreaker vote between Cookie Butter's Cherrim, Tmi489's Noctowl and Ticktock's Qwilfish. First one to get an additional vote wins the tiebreaker!

Pincurchin 6

Rotom 4
Seaking 4
Butterfree 4

Cherrim 3
Qwilfish 3
Noctowl 3

Perrserker 2
Liepard 2
Petuh Thievul 2

YD Thievul 1
Morpeko 1

And now...

Slate #2: Crappy Gigantamaxes

This is for Gigantamax forms whose G-Max Moves are barely as good as, if not flat-out worse than their equivalent normal Max Move effects, or otherwise suck on their own. I've already tried to give them custom stat re-adjustments to compensate, but that might not be enough for some of these poor saps. Here's what you can edit for these forms:

-Stat Boosts (+50, remember that! See spreadsheet for what is currently made and whether you wanna change it or not.)
-G-Max Move Effects
-G-Max Move Drawbacks (for some you could keep the effect the same but make the drawback more light for instance)

Charizard (Outclassed by Solar Power + Max Flare)
Pikachu (Too frail to abuse paraspreading, outclassed by Toxtricity)
Meowth (G-Max Move effect useless in Singles)
Machamp (G-Max Chi Strike outlassed by Max Knuckle Attack snowballing)
Kingler (Rain snowballing's probably better, current effect different but prolly too situational overall)
Garbodor (Max Ooze doesn't help it really, but normal poisoning for G-Max Malodor just sucks)
Corviknight (Much prefers Max Airstream speed boosting over G-Max Wind Rage doing the same thing Defog does)
Orbeetle (Too situational)
Flapple (Effect good in theory for Hustle spam but can be circumvented with ease)
Appletun (Effect useless in Singles)
Duraludon (Not really built for PP stall, especially in a form that lasts for only 3 turns)

Is reserving allowed? If so, I’m reserving Charizard, Machamp and Kingler. Ok better get these subs up quickly then.

:Charizard-GMax:
Pokemon Name: Charizard-GMax
Role: Gigantamax Special Attacker that quickly steamrolls out of control.
Stat Changes (If Any): 78 / 84 / 78 / 131 (+25) / 85 / 125 (+25)
Ability Changes (If Any):
Movepool Changes (If Any):
G-Max Move Effects:
Raises Special Attack by 1
G-Max Move Drawbacks: Lowers Defense by 1
What sets this Pokemon apart from ones with similar roles?: There are very few good Special attackers in Gen 8, so a fast speedy Special Attacker is definitely good. Setting it apart from Chandelure, Vikavolt and Hatterene is a blisteringly high Speed stat: setting it apart from Gengar is a lack of weakness to the ever-common Dragapult, as well as barely outspeeding it. Also, G-Max Wildfire now has the added bonus of of raising its Special Attack, quickly making it go out of control. In other words, this is a weaker, Special Kartana that doesn’t need to kill to become deadly! However, a crippling weakness to Stealth Rock, and the lowering of Defense, makes it really weak, and reduces the amount of time is can survive, as after a few defense lowerings it becomes vulnerable to priority, and a single hit can KO it straight, and is not helped by its severe Stealth Rock weakness. However, it’s merits are often enough to overshadow its faults.

:machamp-gmax:
Pokemon Name: Machamp-GMax
Role: Strong, Bulky Physical attacker, yet isn’t too fast.
Stat Changes (If Any):
Ability Changes (If Any):
Movepool Changes (If Any):
G-Max Move Effects:
Raises Speed by 1
G-Max Move Drawbacks: Reduces Pokemon’s HP by 1/10th (Life Orb Effect)
What sets this Pokemon apart from ones with similar roles?: Machamp is different, with higher base attack and access to the coveted Guts ability. Fun fact: Machamp G-Max, with Guts activated, has a higher Attack than Double Band Darmanitan-Galar! However, a low Speed makes Machamp outsped easily, something that Darmanitan-Galar does not have an issue with. The speed increasing of G-Max Chi Strike partially solves this issue, however this comes at the price of decreasing your health. Overall, Machamp-GMax is outclassed by Darmanitan-Galar in OU (although Machamp’s higher Attack could potentially make it a niche wallbreaker!), but it could serve a purpose in Ubers where it’s Attack stat is nearly on par with Zacian-Crowned, it could function as a second Physical Sweeper.

Guts Wallbreaker
Machamp-Gmax @ Flame Orb
Ability: Guts
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly / Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Facade / Darkest Lariat / Poison Jab / Bullet Punch

:kingler-gmax:
Pokemon Name: Kingler-GMax
Role: Strong Physical Attacker that can outspeed opponents.
Stat Changes (If Any): 55 / 150 (+20) / 115 / 50 / 50 / 105 (+30)
Ability Changes (If Any):
Movepool Changes (If Any):
+ Close Combat, Earthquake, Stone Edge
G-Max Move Effects: Lowers opponent’s Speed by 2
G-Max Move Drawbacks: Removes All entry Hazards from opponents side of the field (Rapid Spin against you.)
What sets this Pokemon apart from ones with similar roles?: With higher base attack and Speed makes Kingler-GMax far stronger than it ever was. However, it’s Speed is still an issue, leaving outsped by multiple foes. It’s type also makes it weak to Thunderbolts from common Dragapult. The speed decreasing of G-Max Foam Burst partially solves this issue, however this comes at the price of removing entry hazards from the opponent’s side of the field, something that is not helpful to Kingler. Despite this, Kingler serves a brilliant role as a strong Physical sweeper that is still fast and is hard to deal with.

I'm not allowing reserving. Didn't allow it last slate, and I won't allow it now for one with the pool of options for modifications being much smaller.

EDIT: If you give your G-Max Move an effect that raises Special Attack, Attack or Speed, I'm automatically applying the Max Ooze/Knuckle/Airstream BP cap, no ifs, ands or buts about it.

Work!
Pokemon Name: Orbeetle-GMax
Role: Bulky Special Attacker that tries to build stat boosts
Stat Changes (If Any): 60 / 45 / 140 (+30) / 85 (+5) / 135 (+15) / 90 | 555 Total
Ability Changes (If Any): Filter (swap with Telepathy)
Movepool Changes (If Any):
G-Max Move Effects:
Before dealing damage, applies a Whirlwind effect. Does not change attack priority.
G-Max Move Drawbacks: The effect is a double-edged sword as you don't get to choose who you target (especially with it being a Psychic move, which has several resists/immunities)
What sets this Pokemon apart from ones with similar roles?: Being able to prevent snowballs after a Dynamax is useful, and Orbeetle pairs well with hazard stacking. Chances are your opponent will switch in their Orbeetle check, so you can blow it away and prevent them from manually bringing it in. Phasers aren't normally able to damage the incoming Pokemon - this one can.

There's a couple of things you didn't do right
-No changing the name of the G-Max Move
-Gigantamax forms get a +50 BST boost after transforming. I assume the stat changes you posted are for the base form, so specify the stats for the Gigantamax form and ur good

Pokemon Name: Corviknight-GMax
Role: Bulky physical sweeper
Stat Changes (if any): 98, 97 (+10), 115 (+10), 53, 115 (+30), 67
Ability Changes (if any): None
Movepool changes (if any): None
G-Max Move Effects: Summons strong winds that protect Flying type Pokemon (Delta Stream). Lasts for 5 turns
G Max move drawbacks: Deals 50% recoil damage (and of course you can't use Roost while Gigantamaxed)
What sets this Pokemon apart from ones with similar roles: Once it's grabbed a Bulk Up or 2, Corviknight can then set up G Max Windrage to remove its Electric weakness, and give it Rock and Ice resistances, making it extremely difficult to take down in conjunction with its natural Poison immunity.

Pokemon Name: Appletun-GMax
Role: Leech Seed staller and Special tank
Stat changes (if any): 110, 85, 110 (+30), 120 (+20), 80, 30
Ability changes (if any): None
Movepool changes (if any): Gains Calm Mind
G-Max Move Effects: After dealing damage, hits the foe with Leech Seed. The Leech seed effect doesn't work on Grass types
G-Max move drawbacks: -1 Special Defence.
What sets this Pokemon apart from ones with similar roles: Most users of Leech Seed tend to be weak offensively, while Appletun has a respectable Special Attack and Calm Mind, and it can also set the Leech Seed through Taunt. With Ripen it can be very difficult to take down after a Calm Mind or 2.

Subs look good, but the drawbacks need to be improved a bit. It can't be an indirect fault/counterplay to the move itself, it has to be something that causes problems for the Pokemon using the move (Like stat drops, recoil, etc.) Your Corviknight sub in particular looks kinda OP and I'm expecting a pretty severe drawback for the move.

Fixed, it's now basically Head Smash that summons Strong Winds.

i vote for Qwilfish

:Flapple: :Flapple-Gmax:
Pokemon Name: Flapple
Role: DDancer that's strong, but limited coverage and slow
Normal Stat Changes: 80 / 110 / 85 / 95 / 65 / 70 (505 BST, +10 HP, +5 Def, +5 SpD, )
G-Max Stat Changes: 100 / 115 / 85 / 95 / 65 / 75 (550 BST, +20 HP, +5 Atk, +10 Def, +10 SpD, +5 Spe)
Movepool Changes (If Any): Crunch, Refresh
G-Max Move Effects: Lowers opponents Defense by 1, increases your accuracy by 1.
G Max move drawbacks: BP = Max Knuckle BP + 10
What sets this Pokemon apart from ones with similar roles?:
Unlike Klinklang, Flapple can threaten its resists with Grav Apple and G-Max Tartness, threatening cores that rely on resisting STABs. Flapple can't boost its speed by +2, however. Flapple seperates itself from other DDancers with its absurd Hustle Outrages, relying on Grav Apple to break through steels. Flapple also can't threaten too much without dancing first and can be revenged easily.
Dynamax Flapple can set up Grassy Terrain for itself, providing immediately stronger Grass moves out of the bat - and buffing Flapple outside of Dynamax. However Max-Wyrmwind is strong neough especially after Tart Apple.

:pikachu: :pikachu-gmax:
Pokemon Name: Pikachu
Role: Offensive Pivot
Stat Changes (If Any): 25 / 65 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 135 (360 BST, -10 HP, +10 Atk, -5 SpA, +45 Spe)
G-Max Stat Changes: 55 / 75 / 50 / 65 / 60 / 105 (410 BST, +30 HP, +10 Atk, +10 Def, +20 SpA, +10 SpD, -30 Spe)
Movepool Changes (If Any): No incompatabilities, -Extreme Speed, -Nasty Plot
G-Max Move Effects: Ignores all abilities. Pokemon immune to Electric due to type are now 1* effective.
G Max move drawbacks: 33% Recoil
What sets this Pokemon apart from ones with similar roles?: Normal Pikachu is now usable as a frail, powerful Volt Switcher. Jolteon is stronger, able to use (Choice) Items, and is bulkier. Pikachu also likes being able to use physical attacks, but Volt Switch is special. Pikachu's coverage options are also mostly special - while it has coverage (over Jolteon), it doesn't like the limited power. Volt Tackle and G-Max Volt Crash cause recoil, limiting Pikachu's longetivity.
G-Max Pikachu is bulky enough not to get picked on by Priority and can smash through a Pikachu check. But even with the buffs, Pikachu is prone to being revenged by faster threats (especially after Recoil). Its still fast enough that it can clean bulkier teams, after revengers are removed.
Dynamax PIkachu is much faster than G-Max, allowing Pikachu to (potentially) survive a stray priority hit. Setting up E-Terrain is also stronger than G-Max's attack buffs.

:kingler-gmax:
Pokemon Name: Kingler-GMax
...
G-Max Move Effects: Lowers opponent’s Speed by 2
wouldn't it be better to use Max Geyser to set up rain (doubling your speed), and provide the power boost?

Charizard Sprite

Pokemon Name: Charizard
Role: Fire Type Mixed Attacker
Gigantamax Stat Changes: 78 / 114 (+30) / 78 / 119 (+10) / 85 / 110 (+10) (584 BST)
G-Max Move Changes (If Any): Destroys foe's consumable items
G-Max Move Drawback: 33% recoil
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Close Combat, Fly
Fly: Charge turn nullified when used by a Flying type Pokemon
What sets this Pokemon apart from ones with similar roles?: Offensive Fire types exist, but none that can hit on both sides of the offensive spectrum quite like Gigantamax Charizard. The closest thing to one is Arcanine, who doesn't have the useful Flying dual STAB, nor as much Speed and power overall. However, Charizard also doesn't have the defensive utility of Arcanine with lesser bulk and no Intimidate, as well as no priority and slightly worse coverage overall. Still a threat though, so watch out

Garbodor Sprite

Pokemon Name: Garbodor
Role: Wearing down the foe via hazards and Poison spreading
Gigantamax Stat Changes: 80 / 105 (+10) / 107 (+25) / 60 / 107 (+25) / 65 (-10) (524 BST)
G-Max Move Changes (If Any): Sets Toxic Spikes on the foe's side of the field. Toxic Spikes set this way cannot be nullified by Poison types.
G-Max Move Drawback: Lowers Speed by 1
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Earthquake, Iron Tail, Knock Off, Stealth Rock
What sets this Pokemon apart from ones with similar roles?: Garbodor is the only available Pokemon aside from Mew with access to both Spikes variants and Stealth Rock. In comparison to other suicide leads, Garbodor specializes in getting off as much passive damage as possible via hazards, G-Max Malodor setting Toxic Spikes and techniques like Aftermath and Explosion. That said, it can't do much against common Defoggers like Corviknight, and its ever-decreasing speed can cause issues.

Pokemon Name: Kingler
Role: Shell Smash sweeper, hazard setter
Stat Changes: 55 / 135 (+5) / 115 / 50 / 80 (+30) / 70 (-5)
G-Max Move Changes (If Any): Sets Water hazard on enemy field.
G Max Move Drawbacks: Removes all weather effects.
Movepool Changes: +Shell Smash Loses Physical Ground moves.
What sets this Pokemon apart from ones with similar roles?: Compared to other shell smash waters, which in this case is just Cloyster, Kingler lacks strong Ice coverage, which Cloyster has by the dozen. Cloyster's special Attack is higher meaning it can go Special or mixed with legitimate damage from Scald. Then again, Cloyster isn't very OU atm. Cloyster can also set up Spikes and Toxic Spikes and can set momentum with explosion if absolutely needed.

Kingler however has a unique water hazard that no other Water type physical setup sweeper can use, which like Copperajah, gives it a niche that cannot be matched. And Kingler patches up its biggest hurdle to the highest tiers: It needs to agili+dance to be effective. With Smash, it can double dance and still have room for a 3rd attack. This is huge, which it compresses the hazard role as well.

In case it’s too strong, I’ve removed it’s ground coverage.

Edit: Nerfed Speed, removed Ground attack moves.

If this thing gets off a free Shell Smash its game over. Not really my cup of tea.

Not entirely sure what makes kinglet specifically a Borked smasher. If it’s access to max Knuckle, I could remove Fight moves. I already removed Ground coverage and lowered its base speed by 5 to 70.

Other issue could be that I raised its SpDef? Not entirely sure. I can’t see Kingler specifically as a broken mon because of Smash otherwise faster mons would already be top tier with Shell Smash.

Mainly the attack and access to Shell Smash. The speed was also a problem.
