Assuming it's actually an investigative. So far the only metric to go on is it's capable of failure. I don't want to think further than that there, but I do want to gauge how far Laurel has thought ahead.

I'm a reloader, so I target someone and they get another use of their limited shot abilities. What this means, is that there are people on town with limited shot abilities. So far, 3 people like that have been revealed
1. Texas (stupid one shot interactions though)
2. Asek (similarly, plus mafia)
3. CB
CB is weird because as a JOAT, he is applicable for my role. But also clearly there are mafia with x shots.
But uh, yeah. My role is guaranteed to be town. A mafia reloader is broken af and never exists in this set up (as they could just continually reload their partners)
