Inteleon is one of the strongest and fastest special attackers in the UU tier allowing it to be extremely threatening to opposing offensive Pokemon. Inteleon’s biggest downfalls are its inability to break to the common bulky water types, lack of defensive utility and it’s shallow movepool. Hydro Pump is Inteleon’s strongest STAB which Inteleon depends on to break through a large portion of UU. This dependence is hindered by the commonality of bulky Water and Grass types such as Milotic, Vaporeon, Celebi and Venusaur, its low PP, and its ability to miss. As a more reliable STAB attack, Surf is used to help pick off weakened Pokemon. Ice beam is great coverage to help pick off opposing Grass and Dragon types that threaten Inteleon such as Celebi and Noivern. Access to U-Turn helps deter Inteleon's weakness by allowing Inteleon to switch out on its counters and bring in team mates that are able to handle them. As another option, Dark Pulse can be used over Surf for its ability to break one of Inteleon's hardest counters, Jellicent but outside of that matchup Surf is the superior option.

When building a team make sure to bring along strong wall breakers that can break through the opposing bulky Water Types and Special walls such as Umbreon with ease. Some great partners that can do this include Rotom-Mow, Machamp and Celebi as all these greatly appreciate the U-Turn support that Inteleon offers. It is also nice to support Inteleon with hazards as Inteleon has the ability to force switches. Entry hazard users such as Gigalith and Roserade make great partners to help wear down foes for Inteleon to revenge kill them or clean late game. Gigalith can also come in on Noivern a potent revenge killer to Inteleon and Roserade appreciates being brought in safely with U-turn against the bulky Water-types to break for Inteleon. Inteleon can also struggle with offensive Grass and Electric types such as opposing Celebi, Roserade, Heliolisk and Choice Scarf Rotom-Mow. To cushion this weakness teammates such as Bronzong, Escavalier, and Flygon can be useful. Inteleon also supports cleaners with its wall breaking capabilities. Pairing it with late game cleaners such as Polteageist and Flygon works well as it can get through Pokemon such as Gigalith, Rhyperior and Bronzong.

Hey, this is my first time trying this so please let me know what I did wrong and right. I also plan on changing my Smog name ASAP but still need a few more post before I hit 100 so I'm not sure what I should put in the written by section yet.

friendly AM check, comments in Blue

(edit: fixed typo Inteleon -> Heliolisk in team options section on Grass/Electric)

move 1: Hydro Pump
move 2: U-Turn
move 3: Ice Beam
move 4: Dark Pulse / Air Slash / Scald sample set currently has Surf as the main option here instead, Air Slash is fairly irrelevant now since Dynamax ban. Imo Dark Pulse is fine to keep slashed because of increased Jellicent usage, but backslash it like move 4: Surf / Dark Pulse, but QC may ask you to remove this.

Inteleon is an excellent offensive water type. With a blistering 125 SpA and 120 Spe, Inteleon is one of the strongest and fastest special attackers in the UU tier. you shouldn't mention specific stat numbers when writing analyses like this, instead I'd just talk about how it can greatly threaten offensive teams lacking bulky water types thanks to its great speed tier and special attack. Specs Hydro Pumps are difficult for opposing teams to switch into especially after their special walls are worn down. Fluff, if you adjust the intro accordingly you can just drop this

There absolutely needs to be mentions of inteleon's downsides here, ie. that it loses to basically every bulky water-type that are super prevalent on nearly all teams, and the total lack of defensive utility it provides due to its frailty compared to other water types such as Jellicent/Mantine.

If Inteleon, itself, gets worn down to torrent range, there are few switch-ins to these Hydro Pumps. For example, even the most specially defensive Umbreon is guaranteed 2HKO'd after Leftovers. Move any comment of Torrent to the end, its' the only available ability right now but you make a brief mention about how when in Torrent range Hydro Pump becomes more spammable and can 2hko Umbreon/Roserade/Rotom-Mow from full. Access to U-Turn is great for Inteleon when paired with it's ability to force switches, gaining momentum for the team. Talk specifically about how it can pivot out of Bulky waters like Milotic/Mantine/Jellicent/Vaporeon that counter you when talking about gaining momentum. Ice beam is great coverage to pick off opposing grass and dragon types that threaten Inteleon such as Roserade and Noivern. Unfortunately, Inteleon's movepool is relatively shallow making it's last move a toss up between 3 coverage/safe to use moves. Dark Pulse allows Inteleon to take on Psychic and Ghost types more efficiently, move this to after Surf, and just talk about how specifically its mainly for Jellicent, although it can be a safer option versus Ghost/Psychic types such as Chandelure/Necrozma too due to accuracy Air Slash is there for Bug and Fighting types, I would remove mention of Air Slash now Dynamax is banned or Scald can be used as a safer water type STAB that also allows to fish for burns. Change this to talk about Surf accordingly as the safe 100% accurate move, and move the mention to before Dark pulse.

Bulky water types such as Milotic and Vaporeon are the hardest counters to Inteleon. When building a team make sure to bring along strong wall breakers that can break through these threats with ease. Some great partners that can do this include Toxtricity, Machamp and Haxorus. I would like to see mention of Roserade here, imo would replace the haxorus mention for Rose, and talk about how all three of these greatly appreciate the u-turn support from Inteleon bringing them in on bulky water types for free. Also mention how Roserade can set Spikes to punish switches into these bulky waters against inteleon more readily. It is also nice to support Inteleon with hazards as Inteleon has the ability to force switches. Hazards stacking allows the opposing team to be worn down for a late game Inteleon sweep. Some examples would be ideal here. As an offensive water type, it doesn't really offer any defensive utility that bulky waters would, and so Gigalith is an excellent option for a Stealth Rocker here, helping to check Chandelure/Noivern that Inteleon can only offensively check unlike bulky waters.

Another issue Inteleon has is with offensive grass and electric types types such as Celebi, Roserade, Heliolisk, and (especially Scarf) Rotom-Mow. Teammates that can help to check these are really important, as they can heavily punish Inteleon for clicking its Water type moves. Bronzong and Escavalier are great options here to mention as checks to Celebi and Roserade, with Bronzong also being a nice Stealth Rock user option, Escavalier checking Sleep Powder Roserade, and both checking offensive Psychic types like Gardevoir. Roserade is also a nice check to Scarf Rotom-Mow, as well as Heliolisk (another big punisher of Water type moves), so you could mention this in with the Roserade stuff earlier.

As you were planning on adding before, you should be able to fit a bit about Pokemon that can form momentum cores with Inteleon here. Choice Scarf Flygon can provide a nice check to Heliolisk, and help to check Haxorus, while bringing Inteleon in on Weezing-Galar. Incineroar is another fantastic option that can help the team to check Pokemon such as Chandelure and Doublade that can be problematic due to using Inteleon instead of a bulkier water type, and bring Inteleon in on Pokemon such as Rhyperior and Gigalith.

Pairing Inteleon with other U-Turners/Volt Switchers allows for nice switch-ins to Inteleon as well. The given EV spread allows Inteleon to out speed everything in the tier while under speeding opposing max speed Inteleons. This is so that a slower U-Turn can be used in favor of momentum. Remove this bit, fluff as Inteleon should be running a max max spread (in future this also goes in the first paragraph not second).

move 3: Ice Beam
move 4: Surf / Dark Pulse unslash Dark Pulse

Personally I would reorder the moves to be:
- Hydro Pump
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- U-turn

Reorder your sentences to match, Surf is pretty integral for it unlike how you make it out to be in some of this

Hydro Pump is Inteleon’s strongest STAB which allows it to break through a large portion of UU but is hindered by the commonality of bulky Water and Grass types such as Milotic, Vaporeon, Roserade and Venusaur. I would rephrase this to say how Inteleon is dependent on Hydro Pump to break through a large majority of the tier and then I would move the biggest downfalls line after this to say the drawbacks of being so dependant on using it to break. Also Roserade is 2HKO'd by Hydro. Access to U-Turn helps deter this weakness by allowing Inteleon to switch out on its counters and bring in team mates that are able to handle them. Ice beam is great coverage to help pick off opposing Grass and Dragon types that threaten Inteleon such as Roserade Use Celebi instead and Noivern. Unfortunately, with Inteleon's shallow movepool its best last move options are surf, as a more reliable Water STAB, or Dark Pulse which allows it to hit Ghost and Psychic types safely and hit one of its greatest counters, Jellicent. Surf is pretty important for Inteleon because of its over-reliance on Hydro Pump, not to mention it having low PP. So say how Surf provides it with a more reliable Water move strong enough to OHKO foes like Lucario, Sirftech'd after rocks, etc.

With the Dark Pulse comment, it is just for Jellicent. You hit Psychic-types like Reuni and Necro harder with Pump than Dark Pulse. You even hit Poltea harder with Pump than Dpulse. Sure it's more reliable to hit them but you detriment a lot of other matchups to warrant using it over Surf for these reasons. Surf still 2HKO's all of them like Dpulse anyways. So at the end just say how it is an option over Surf that prevents it from being walled by Jellicent but it is fairly useless outside of this matchup.

When building a team make sure to bring along strong wall breakers that can break through these threats with ease. ?? This is a new section so at least mention that you are talking about the water-types Some great partners that can do this include Toxtricity, Use Rotom-C here instead of Tox, frankly it's difficult to fit Specs Tox with Specs Intel and seeing as Shift Gear isn't getting a set yet its best to remove this. Machamp and Celebi as all these greatly appreciate the U-Turn support that Inteleon offers. It is also nice to support Inteleon with hazards as Inteleon has the ability to force switches. Hazards stacking allows the opposing team to be worn down for a late game Inteleon sweep. Some examples of good hazards partners include Gigalith and Roserade. You can easily compress these 3 sentences into one "Entry hazard users such as <...> make great partners to help wear down foes in range for Inteleon to revenge kill them or clean late game". Stealth Rocks Gigalith being able to can also come in on Noivern a potent revenge killer to Inteleon and Spikes/Toxic Spikes Roserade appreciates being brought in safely with U-turn against the bulky Water-types to break for Inteleon. I want the U-turn bit mentioned so reworded. being able to come in on bulky waters set up nicely for Inteleon. Inteleon can also struggle with offensive Grass and Electric types such as opposing Celebi, Roserade, Heliolisk and (Scarf)Choice Scarf Rotom-Mow. To cushion this weakness teammates such as Bronzong, Escavalier, Flygon and Vikavolt can be useful. I'm not a big fan of the Vikavolt mention because it's only beating Rotom-C out of all of these reliably so remove. The last two mentioned can be especially useful creating a Volt-Turn core that can disrupt the opposing team’s momentum. As one last side note if Inteleon gets worn down to Torrent range, there are few switch-ins to these Hydro Pumps. For example, Umbreon, Roserade and Rotom-Mow are guaranteed 2HKO'd from full after Leftovers/Black Sludge recovery. This point shouldn't be mentioned here and isn't something you need to bring up.

Mention some cleaners that appreciate it wallbreaking stuff like Giga, rhyp, bronzong etc.

I would mention some partners that can break Umbreon or integrate it in with the breaker point somewhere

Given this changed so drastically for Esta's check to now be stamp worthy I'm going to make this be 1/2

We’re rejecting this analysis because you have still failed to fully implement the changes made in the first QC check despite claiming to and being asked to more than once, such as the Surf point not mentioning how it provides a more reliable STAB move and what it can OHKO without relying on Hydro Pump. The changes that you did apply also aren’t fully implemented and explained, such as the first line of the second paragraph not clearly showing what Pokemon wallbreakers are needed for by only slightly changing the phrasing of some points and lacking meta-relevant examples for them.
