Changer 1 goes to my Unown:

Abilities: P
unk Rock | Sheer Force | Magic Guard
Stat Distribution-P: 70 / 70 / 115 / 140 / 70 / 115 | 580 BST
Stat Distribution-S:

Stat Distribution-M: 70 / 115 / 140 / 70 / 115 / 70 | 580 BST
Movepool Additions: Rapid Spin, Knock Off, Dark Pulse, U-turn, First Impression, Lunge, Bug Buzz, Overdrive, Smart Strike, Substitute, Protect, Rest, Sleep Talk
Justification:
- Dark/Bug type helps prevent spin blocking, so it provides many options for teams with multiple hazards to keep their own side clear
- Three new reasons for Zacian to exist, three checks to Necrozma
- P Forme: Powerful special attacker with Punk Rock boosted Bug Buzz and Overdrive. Pair that with Dark STAB to hit ghosts and you have a good offensive spinner.
- S Forme: Speed Control pivot that can go for Choice Band for powerful U-turns, or run a Life Orb mixed set to nail Stonjourner thanks to Sheer Force. Lunge is a useful boosted STAB either way.
- M Forme: Bulky offensive tank that abuses Magic Guard + Life Orb to put some sting in its First Impression.
Changer 2 is pileosand's Shaymin! Congrats to pileosand on his first Clean Slate 2 victory!

Stat Distribution: 100/60/120/100/120/100 (600 BST)
Movepool Additions: Moonblast, Brave Bird, Wood Hammer, Defog
Movepool Removals: Toxic
Justification: Utility mouse. fast enough to annoy fat with subseed, and fat enough to switch in to resisted and some neutral moves and do utility stuff
Utility:
Shaymin @ Shed Shell
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Synthesis
- Defog / Aromatherapy
- Moonblast / Seed Flare

Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe

IVs: 0 Atk
- Leech Seed

1584781202300.png

Name of the Pokemon: Shaymin-Sky (Shaymin transforms while holding Flying Memory, which cant be knocked off)
Role(s): Physical Wallbreaker, Set Up Sweeper
Type:
1584781308701.png
1584778504795.png

Abilities:
Magic Guard
Stat Distribution: 80/120/80/80/100/140 (600 BST)
(Same move changes)
Justification:
Blistering fast and really strong STAB moves, swords dance and an immunity to hazards and poison. However it has no coverage other than Zen Headbutt, and it cant run an item so its unboosted power isnt amazing. still dunks on offense and can run a bit of team support too in Healing Wish or Defog.
Free Slot goes to Whole Lotta Gang Shit:
:ss/scrafty:
Whole Lotta Gang Shit
Name of the Pokemon: Scrafty
Role(s): Physical Attacker, Hazard Control
Typing:
Fighting.png
Dark.png

Abilities: Mold Breaker / Intimidate | Scrappy
Stats: 115 HP / 140 Atk / 105 Def / 65 SpA / 95 SpD / 80 Spe [600 BST]
Movepool Addition: Sucker Punch, Rapid Spin
Justification: Beats scary Stone Boi. Also beats zappy Stone Boi. Gets folded by dino Stone Boi though. Also is mandated Zacian bait.
And that concludes slate 7!
I am only here to close votes, not to start the next slate.

:skarmory:Slate 8: 1 Physical Wall, 1 Special Wall, 1 Priority, 1 Free Slot:chansey:
Additionally, the council has decided to remove Togekiss' access to Trick. Hopefully this will tone it down, but whenever the first balance slate goes live don't be surprised to see it getting a more substantial nerf. Have fun!

:ss/salamence:
Name of the Pokemon: Salamence
Role(s): Physical Wall
Type: Dragon / Flying
Abilities: Intimidate / Rock Head | Gluttony
Stats: 95 HP / 110 Atk / 135 Def / 100 SpA / 80 SpD / 80 Spe [600 BST]
Movepool Distribution: Brave Bird, Haze, Recycle
Movepool Removal: Dragon Dance
Justification: Salamence eats up physical hits like a champ thanks to its great bulk and ability to check sweepers with Haze. Also provides the tier with a great Ground immunity and a check to the ever present Torkoal.

:ss/keldeo:
Name of the Pokemon: Keldeo
Role(s): Priority, Special Attacker
Type: Water / Fighting
Abilities: Technician | Justified
Stats: 91 HP / 92 Atk / 78 Def / 133 SpA / 97 SpD / 109 Spe [600 BST]
Movepool Distribution: Frost Breath, Vacuum Wave, Water Shuriken* (CS Version)
Justification: A strong priority attacker, Keldeo uses its Technician boosted STABs to revenge kill a vast assortment of threats in the meta. It strangely is a water type that does well versus Rain teams, thanks to rain threats being neutral to Water type moves themselves.

:ss/dewgong:
Name of the Pokemon: Dewgong
Role(s): Special Wall, Spikes setter
Type: Ice / Water
Abilities: Ice Scales / Pressure | Ice Body
Stats: 90 HP / 75 Atk / 90 Def / 120 SpA / 105 SpD / 70 Spe [550 BST]
Movepool Distribution: Spikes, Scald, Wish, Thunderbolt, Mirror Coat
Justification: Dewgong is a nasty Special wall with access to Ice Scales augmenting its excellent bulk. Volt Switch means it has a greater means of pivoting around, and it can set Spikes comfortably well. Wish also gives it solid recovery and support options.

:ss/deoxys:
Name of the Pokemon: Deoxys
Role(s): Mixed Attacker, Hazard Setter, Suicide Lead
Type: Psychic / Steel
Abilities: Tough Claws / Sheer Force | Prankster
Stats: 80 HP / 110 Atk / 90 Def / 110 SpA / 90 SpD / 135 Spe [610 BST]
Movepool Distribution: Psychic Fangs, U-turn
Movepool Removal: Nasty Plot, Shadow Ball

Master of Combat
Name of the Pokemon: Bisharp
Role(s): Stallbreaker, Physical Attacker
Type: Fighting/Steel
Abilities: Adaptability
Stat Distribution: 75 HP/145 Atk/120 Def/55 SpA/80 SpD/110 Spe (585 BST)
Movepool Additions: Close Combat
Movepool Removals: Swords Dance, Sucker Punch, Knock Off
Custom Elements:
Justification:

+ Fighting/Steel is a pretty adept offensive STAB combo, as it pretty much beats the crap out of Dunsparce and Runerigus. Also completely destroys Aerodactyl and Walrein as well, so that's neat.
+ Adaptability is Adaptability, you already know what the fuck it does
- Its typing doesn't allow Bisharp to resist Flying-types and Psychic-types, which can be preyed on by threats like Togekiss.
- Gets obliterated by Torkoal and Cherrim due to the former's super-effective STAB combo in Fire/Water, and the latter due to its high special attack and Fire STAB enabling it to seriously harm Bisharp.

:xy/darkrai:
Name of the Pokemon: Darkrai
Role(s): Setup Sweeper (Nasty Plot), Choice Specs
Type: Dark/Fire
Abilities: Void Aura
Stat Distribution: 80 HP/60 Atk/80 Def/145 SpA/110 SpD/125 Spe (600 BST)
Movepool Additions: Fire Blast, Flamethrower
Movepool Removals: Hypnosis, Focus Blast
Custom Elements: Void Aura - As long as this pokemon is active, the opponent cannot add new stat boosts.
Justification:
+ We really do not have any offensive Dark-types that take advantage of their special attack stat, so Darkrai doesn't face too much competition there.
+ Despite facing competition from Cherrim, Darkrai is bulkier, meaning that it doesn't fold over to a strong hit easily.
+ Void Aura also completely dismantles opposing setup sweepers like Dubwool (not really one in my definition) and offensive Necrozma.
- Darkrai's defenses are decent at best, so strong attacks from the likes of Stonjourner and Torkoal can heavily damage it, or in the case of Stonjourner, flat out OHKO it.
- Dark/Fire is really not a good defensive typing, as it is extremely weak to commonplace threats like Torkoal, Stonjourner (although it OHKOes the latter unboosted), and Seismitoad, on top of it being weak to Stealth Rock.
Nasty Plot:
Darkrai @ Heavy-Duty Boots / Life Orb
Ability: Void Aura
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Dark Pulse
- Fire Blast
- Ice Beam

Choice Specs:
Darkrai @ Choice Specs
Ability: Void Aura
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Fire Blast
- Ice Beam
- Sludge Bomb

Roles
Special Wall, Cleric, Electric Terrain
fairy.png
electric.png

Abilities
Natural Cure / Regenerator / Electric Surge
Stats
90 / 85 / 100 / 90 / 175 / 80 (620)
New Moves
Thunder Wave, Discharge
Removed Moves
Wish
Justification:
Florges-Y is an amazing cleric that potentially outclasses Orbeetle in a defensive Electric-type. Florges' ability to utilize cleric moves such as Defog and Aromatherapy to aid Teammates goes well with it's ability Regenerator. Utilizing it's Fairy and Electric typing in order to wall Pokemon such as Unown, Necrozma, Runerigus, Aerodactyl, and Scrafty is to die for. Literally. Using a combination of Toxic/Synthesis/Moonblast/Aromatherapy makes the best Florges it can be.

Roles

Team Glue
dragon.png
normal.png

Abilities
Trace / Technician
Stats
90 / 100 / 90 / 100 / 90 / 90 (BST: 560)
New Moves
Draco Meteor, Dragon Claw, Outrage, Dragon Pulse, Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Agility, Double-Edge, Hyper Voice, Rapid Spin, Dragon Darts, Extreme Speed, Quick Attack, Fake Out, Breaking Swipe, Dragon Tail
Removed Moves
Sketch*, Spore
Sketch - Now learned as an Egg Move, meaning Smeargle learns Sketch ONCE, and only ONE move can be sketched.
Justification:
Ahhhhh Shit. Here comes Smeargle.
This time around, things are different. Sure, Sketch is still one hell of a niche, but now, Smeargle relies less on having 4 moves Sketched and now can only have 1. Smeargle still is able to fill any role a team needs to fill, such as an Eviolite wall with Recovery, or a set-up sweeper with one of it's STABs with some coverage. Smeargle also gets some interesting item play, meaning it can use move combinations like V-Create with Eject Pack and Choice Item + Trick or some shenanigans like that.

vivillon.gif
vivillon-marine.gif
vivillon-sun.gif
vivillon-polar.gif
vivillon-sandstorm.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Vivillon
Role(s): Set-up Sweeper, Rain Abuser, Sun Abuser, Hail Abuser, Sand Abuser
Type: Flying, Flying/Water, Flying/Fire, Flying/Ice, Flying/Rock
Abilities: Migration / Compound Eyes / Weak Armor
Stat Distribution: 60/60/120/125/90/115 (570)
Movepool Additions: Weather Ball, Aeroblast, Blizzard, Mystical Fire, Stored Power
Movepool Removals: Sleep Powder
Custom Elements: Migration is a clone of Forecast that works for Vivillon, and also works during Sandstorm.
Justification:
  • We still have a surprising lack of Special Set-up Sweepers (only options being Calm Mind/Nasty Plot Necrozma and Growth Cherrim/Victreebel)
  • Adds another Ground immunity
  • Beats Victreebel, Gmax-Snorlax, Shaymins, Unowns, Scrafty, Scolipede
  • Walled by Orbeetle, Runerigus, Walrein and non-Drizzle Dhelmise
  • Wide movepool allows it to run sets to check opposing weather teams. Rain abusers are neutral to Water, Aero is weak to Rock, Grass-type Sun abusers are weak to Flying, etc.
jirachi.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Jirachi
Role(s): Physical Wall, Cleric, Defensive Pivot
Type: Steel/Flying
Abilities: Unaware / Miracle / Simple
Stat Distribution: 50/50/150/100/100/123 (573)
Movepool Additions: Strength Sap, Teleport, Tailwind, Air Slash
Movepool Removals: Calm Mind
Custom Elements: Miracle - Download clone for the user's defenses, based on foe's higher attack.
Justification: Switch into physical move with Miracle. Take little damage. Heal back to full with Strength Sap. Repeat. Fun.
Outspeeds Togekiss with no investment.

Spr 5b 295.png
Name of the Pokemon:
Exploud
Roles: Mixed Wall, Special Attacker, Phazer
Typing: Dark/Fairy
Abilities: Dead Zone
Stats: 125/50/125/115/90/75 (BST 580)
Movepool Additions: Psychic, Moonblast, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Evil Sound, Slack Off
Movepool Removals: N/A
Custom Elements: Dead Zone: Disables other Pokemon's sound and dance moves (as defined by the Dancer ability).
Evil Sound: Dark-type sound move, 80 BP, 50% chance to lower Attack
Justification: Exploud is all about role compression. While denying some of the most potent setup moves (SD and DD), it can also tank hits from unboosted powerful physical attackers like Zacian and Victreebel fairly well. With a way to shut down SD and a special Dark move, it serves as a reliable Stonjourner answer to boot. It has little or no answer, however, to Drizzle Dhelmise, Dunsparce (whose special variants can kill it in return) and especially Cursola.

Spr 5b 484.png
Name of the Pokemon:
Palkia
Roles: Special Wall, Spinblocker
Typing: Ghost/Dragon
Abilities: Marvel Scale/Force of Attraction/Shadow Shield
Stats: 100/100/90/120/130/80 (BST 620)
Movepool Additions: Phantom Force, Night Shade, Moongeist Beam, Shadow Ball, Life Dew
Movepool Removals: Hydro Pump, Liquidation, Outrage, Dragon Tail
Custom Elements: Marvel Scale affects SpDef instead.
Justification: Palkia is a strong wall that uses its great defensive abilities, Marvel Scale and Shadow Shield, to take attacks like a champ. Marvel Scale is best run with a Flame Orb and Life Dew to give Palkia 50% more Special Defense after a turn, though Shadow Shield is nice as well if you want to go the diet Lunala route. It also spinblocks, handy with our lack of Defoggers, and with SpA investment Moongeist Beam and Spacial Rend hit like a truck. Its weaknesses include a lack of good recovery and a significant weakness to Knock Off for the Marvel Scale set and a general inability to reliably regain Shadow Shield, leaving it floundering somewhat. Victreebel is also a nightmare to deal with.

Spr 5b 556.png
Name of the Pokemon: Maractus
Roles: Physical Wallbreaker, Speed Control (free slot)
Typing: Grass/Dark
Abilities: Skill Link/Rough Skin/Water Absorb
Stats: 75/130/95/65/80/120 (BST 565)
Movepool Additions: Cactus Attack (CS1), Swords Dance
Movepool Removals: Drain Punch, Spikes, Leech Seed, Cotton Guard
Justification: Two different types of Sucker Punch is really strong. So is Skill Link Bullet Seed and Pin Missile. Maractus has both. However, it suffers from poor coverage- its only viable attacking moves are Grass-, Dark-, and Poison-type, with Bug if using Skill Link, which lessens the number of Pokemon it checks.

Spr 5b 503.png
Name of the Pokemon: Samurott
Roles: Priority, Defensive Pivot, Setup Sweeper
Typing: Water/Steel
Abilities: Battle Armor/Steadfast/Honor Code
Stats: 95/115/100/115/90/105 (BST 620)
Movepool Additions: Mach Punch, Vacuum Wave, Flash Cannon, Iron Head, Close Combat, Breaking Swipe, Focus Blast
Movepool Removals: N/A
Custom Elements: Honor Code: Steelworker clone, grants STAB to Samurott's Fighting moves.
Justification: Samurott is a big fat chunk with a surplus of useful resistances and 3 STABs. Honor Code took precedence over Steelworker to defend against Togekiss. Worth noting that it has passable SpAtk and outspeeds Stonjourner with the same investment. It also folds Gumshoos, Octillery and Aerodactyl.

kyurem-black.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Kyurem-Black
Roles: Mixed Wallbreaker, Set Up Sweeper, Hazards (Spikes)
Type: Electric/Ice
Ability: Turboblaze / Contrary
Stats: 125/120/100/95/100/75 (BST: 615)
Movepool Additions: Ice Hammer, Earthquake, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Spikes
Movepool Removals: Icicle Spear
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification:
-Uses Contrary Ice Hammer to build up its low speed
-STAB BoltBeam is always good, as seen with Raichu in CS1
-Can also use Draco Meteor on a Special or Mixed Set
-Could also use a Dragon Dance set with Turboblaze
-While it has good defenses, it is weak to many common typings such as Ground, Rock, and Fighting

centiskorch.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Centiskorch
Roles: Special Wall, Defensive Pivot
Type: Fire/Bug
Ability: Rough Skin / Sticky Hold / Flash Fire
Stats: 117/100/75/85/145/113 (BST: 635)
Movepool Additions: Magma Storm, U-Turn, Recover, Glare
Movepool Removals: Coil
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification:
-Defensive typing and Flash Fire allows it to cover Cherrim, Unown-P, Octillery, Victreebel, Shaymin
-156 Speed EVs allows it to creep Non-Timid/Jolly Necrozma
-Flash Fire gives it a slightly better matchup against Torkoal
-Can run a standard set with U-Turn, Glare/Wisp, Recover, and Fire Lash/Knock Off, while Magma Storm trapping is a bit more niche
-4x Rock weakness gives it a huge weakness to Stealth Rock so Heavy Duty Boots is a necessity. Sticky Hold can be used if you fear Knock Off
-Also loses to Stonjourner, Aerodactyl, and Runerigus

starmie.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Starmie
Roles: Physical Wall, Hazard Control, Set Up Sweeper, Priority, Cleric
Type: Water/Electric
Ability: Levitate
Stats: 105/65/151/105/79/105 (BST: 610)
Movepool Additions: Water Shuriken (the CS version), Calm Mind, Heal Bell
Movepool Removals: N/A
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification:
-A great defensive typing + Levitate allows it to wall Torkoal, Stonjourner, and Gumshoos
-High Defense allows it to wall most other wallbreakers like Scrafty, Dhelmise, and Unown
-Can use Rapid Spin for hazard control, or can use Calm Mind + Water Shuriken in an attempt to sweep
-Can use Teleport to pivot despite being fast
-Only weak to Grass, which gives it a bad matchup against Shaymin-Sky and Cherrim
-Below Average Special Defense allows Special Wallbreakers to beat it

crabominable.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Crabominable
Roles: Priority, Physical Wallbreaker, Physical Wall, Choice Band, Trick Room Abuser
Type: Ice/Fighting
Abilities: Fur Coat
Stats: 135/145/68/55/120/35 (BST: 558)
Movepool Additions: Mach Punch, Ice Shard, Knock Off
Movepool Removals: Rest
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification:
-2nd Slowest pokemon, only Cursola is slower
-Uses Priority STABs to circumvent its low Speed
-Suprisingly bulky thanks to Fur Coat and its already High Special Defense, allowing it to tank a hit from Stonjourner
-Ice Shard smashes Shaymin-Sky and Togekiss, while Mach Punch hits Dubwool, Gumshoos, and Walrein, among other things
-Struggles against Dhelmise and Weezing-Galar

:ss/luvdisc:
Name of the Pokemon: Luvdisc
Role(s): Physical Wall, Cleric, Hazard Control
Type:
Water.png
Fairy.png

Abilities: Wonder Skin, Marvel Scale | Cute Charm
Stat Distribution: 80/50/160/105/110/115 | 620
Movepool Additions: Bouncy Bubble, Milk Drink, Sparkly Swirl, Defog, Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam
Justification: A necessary check to Torkoal under Rain and the Dark-types. Luvdisc brings a lot of utility with Defog and Sparkly Swirl. It also has reliable recovery in Milk Drink and great defensive abilities in Marvel Scale and Wonder Skin. Luvdisc is fast enough to outspeed Adamant Gumshoos and take a hit from hit, making it a great check. However Luvdisc is very susceptible to setup. Additionally, its Special bulk is low, and most Special attackers can take advantage of it.
What it counters: Scrafty, Physical Necrozma, Unown-M, Zacian, Torkoal, Unown-S
What it checks: Stonjourner, Gumshoos
What beats it: Skymin, Scolipede, Shaymin, Cherrim, Unown-P, Octillery, Seismitoad
Luvdisc @ Leftovers
Ability: Wonder Skin / Marvel Scale
EVs: 248 HP / 244 Def / 16 Spe
Bold Nature
- Sparkly Swirl
- Scald / Bouncy Bubble
- Milk Drink
- Defog

Name of the Pokemon: Stunfisk-Galar
Role(s): Physical Wall, Stealth Rock, Grassy Terrain setter
Type:
Ground.png
Steel.png

Abilities: Mimicry / Sand Spit | Grassy Surge
Stat Distribution: 130/80/90/100/150/50 | 600
Movepool Additions: Spiky Shield, Toxic, Giga Drain
Custom Elements: Snap Trap is now a Steel-type Magma Storm
Justification: Stunfisk is extremely bulky and can be very annoying with its Snap Trap and Spiky Shield as well as the extra recovery from Grassy Terrain and Leftovers, as well as the SR double resistance and Toxic immunity. However, this is counterbalanced by its lack of recovery outside of Grassy Terrain and Leftovers. It is also weak to very common playstyle in Sun and Rain. Overall Stunfisk is a great wall that needs to be play carefully in order it to be healthy enough to beat what it is supposed to.
What it counters: Runerigus, Aerodactyl, Octillery, Unown-P, Togekiss, Scolipede
What it checks: Special Necrozma, Stonjourner, Special Victreebel
What beats it: Cherrim, Seismitoad, Scrafty, Gumshoos, Torkoal
Stunfisk-Galar @ Leftovers
Ability: Grassy Surge
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Earth Power
- Snap Trap
- Spiky Shield
- Stealth Rock / Toxic

Name of the Pokemon: Purrloin (Eviolite)
Role(s): Priority, Revenge Killer, Utility, Sweeper
Type:
Normal.png
Ghost.png

Abilities: Technician / Tough Claws | Prankster
Stat Distribution: 80/115/80/115/80/115 | 585
Movepool Additions: Shadow Punch, Nature Power, Shadow Sneak, Hex, Double-Edge, Double Hit
Movepool Removals: Nasty Plot, U-turn
Justification: Purrloin is a very powerful revenge killer thanks to very strong priority in Technician Fake Out+Shadow Sneak or Prankster Nature Power (see below for calcs). Purrloin has a very strong offensive and defensive typing, that gives it 3 immunities and 2 resistances for only 1 weakness to the common Dark-types. Offensively it can hit the whole tier for neutral damage (outside of itself). Thanks to Eviolite it is also bulky, even if it lacks any form of recovery. Additionally, Purrloin can make uses of its 3 different abilities. With Technician, Purrloin's priority moves are very strong, making it a very powerful revenge killer. With Prankster, Purrloin can support its team with priority Encore, Taunt or Thunder Wave. While it still has access to a strong priority offensive move in Nature Power, it can't revenge kill Ghost and Dark-types. With Tough Claws, Purrloin gives up on the power of its priority moves and therefore on its revenge killing capacities, for more raw power on its other moves.

Abilities: Technician / Slush Rush | Sand Rush
Stat Distribution: 85/130/135/60/115/105 | 630
Movepool Addition: Bullet Punch
Movepool Removal: Swords Dance
Justification: Sandslash is a great glue for offensive team. Indeed, it brings a lot of utility with Rapid Spin, priority and a lot of resistances. It is the only offensive Steel-types in CS2, and it will eases teambuilding a lot. It hits hard with Technician Icicle Spear and Bullet Punch, but is rather slow.
Offensive Utility

I really like the Zamazentas I posted last slate so here it is again
:ss/ferrothorn:fake zamazenta
Name of the Pokemon: Ferrothorn
Roles: Physical Wall, Mixed Wall
Typing: Grass/Steel
Abilities: Dauntless Shield | Flash Fire (HA)
Stats: 100/110/125/90/105/95 (BST:625)
Movepool Additions: Grav Apple, Apple Acid, Wood Hammer, Horn Leech, Solar Blade
Movepool Removals: Stealth Rock
Justification: Great abilities at its disposal, either be a busted physical wall or mixed wall with only 1 weakness. Annoying but each role has its own weakness. Also doesn't have really reliable recovery outside of Horn Leech and Leech Seed.

:ss/golduck:gardevoir with a mythical presence
Name of the Pokemon: Golduck
Roles: Special Wall, Defensive Pivot
Typing: Fairy/Psychic
Abilities: Mythical Presence
Stats: 110/70/80/110/125/95 (BST:590)
Movepool Additions: Recover, U-Turn, Moonblast, Play Rough, Spirit Break, Dazzling Gleam
Movepool Removals: Hydro Pump, Surf, Scald, Brine, Bubble Beam, Aqua Tail, Liquidation, Waterfall, Aqua Jet
Justification: This guy literally evolves from a PSY duck, has a gem on his head, and has all the psychic moves it needs. Why is it not a Psychic type? so it's a mythical presence hehe Here it does things similar to Mew in MnM, it is not weak to any of the speical threats in the metagame, switches into strong wallbreakers, forces them out with lowered SpA stat, heals up, and pivots out. It is also good when there isn't many Poison or Steel Types to threaten it. However, this defensive utility is offset by a somewhat mediocre physical bulk and typing.

:ss/zamazenta:real zamazenta
Name of the Pokemon: Zamazenta
Roles: Offensive Pivot, Physical Wallbreaker, Sun Abuser
Typing: Grass/Dark
Abilities: Dark Aura | Grassy Surge (HA)
Stats: 100/120/85/70/75/125 (BST:575)
Movepool Additions: Grav Apple, Wood Hammer, Leaf Blade, Horn Leech, Strength Sap, Solar Blade, U-Turn, Knock Off, Darkest Lariat
Movepool removals: Wild Charge, Play Rough, Close Combat
Justification: Counterpart of Cherrim, abuses Sun with a strong Solar Blade under Grassy Terrain, kills Dhelmise and Cursola which walls Cherrim with a Dark-type STAB, and an overall great addition to sun teams. Checks include Intimidaters Zacian and Scrafty, and resists like Umowm, Dunsparce, Gligar, Shaymin and Weezing, which also removes Grassy Terrain. Though Zamazenta has some coverage options for Weezing and Dunsparce, and can cheese through weakened teams with Grav Apple. Dark Aura can be run alternatively if your team wants some serious darkness but Grassy terrain is generally better

Type:

Fighting.png

Abilities: Hyper Cutter / Tough Claws
Stat Distribution: 85 / 130 / 80 / 65 / 80 / 100 (540 BST)
Movepool Additions: Mach Punch, Drain Punch
Movepool Removals: Dragon Dance
Justification: A powerful wallbreaker with a great offensive type combination that allows it to beat foes like Stonjourner, Runerigus, Scrafty and Dubwool. Thanks to Tough Claws, Close Combat and Crabhammer become absolute nukes, especially after an SD boost, and its two priority attacks allow it to quickly revenge kill a weakened threat. Its typing also allows it to switch in on foes like Walrein and Octillery and KO them with Fighting STAB. However, its defensive stats and speed are pretty bad, leaving it heavily reliant on priority to take care of faster foes. Its typing also leaves it weak to many threats such as Shaymin (both versions), Dunsparce, Victreebel, and Zacian. Lastly, it is very dependent on setup to pose a threat to bulky walls.
ampharos-mega.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Ampharos-Mega (does not need a stone)
Roles: Physical Wall, Mixed Wall, Cleric, Wish Passer, Special Attacker
Type:
Electric.png
/
Dragon.png

Abilities: Cotton Down / Volt Absorb / Multiscale
Stat Distribution: 90 / 70 / 140 / 130 / 125 / 75 (630 BST)
Movepool Additions: Recover, Wish, Overdrive, Dragon Breath, Dynamax Cannon, Draco Meteor, Flash Cannon
Justification: Mega Ampharos provides a necessary niche in the form of a Torkoal, Aerodactyl and Shaymin-Sky check due to its typing and great defenses as well as a helpful ability in Multiscale. Unlike Orbeetle, its main competition, this thing is not automatic Taunt bait due to its actual offensive presence, as well as boasting cleric support, reliable recovery, and better defensive typing, in exchange for lower speed, a lack of Trace, and access to moves like Seismic Toss and Body Press. It can even choose to go completely on the offensive with Flash Cannon to lure in some of its checks, like Weezing-Galar, the aforementioned Orbeetle, and Shaymin that wall the defensive set only to be met with a swift OHKO (or 2HKO depending on the EVs). However, its typing leaves it susceptible to the Ground-types in our meta, as well as Shaymin, Zacian, and Octillery. Its speed is also pathetic, meaning foes can often hit it for a lot of damage and constantly forcing it to recover. Lastly, hazards will break its Multiscale and leave it more susceptible to attacks.
reshiram.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Reshiram
Roles: Special Wall, Hazard Control
Type:
Dragon.png
/
Fire.png

Abilities: Pressure / Flame Body / Turboblaze
Stat Distribution: 100 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 140 / 80 (620 BST)
Movepool Additions: Lava Plume
Movepool Removals: Blue Flare, Dragon Dance
Justification: Reshiram uses its combination of great defenses and useful ability in Turboblaze to switch in and Defog hazards. Dragon / Fire, while it doesn't seem like a good defensive typing, allows Reshiram to switch in on foes like Cherrim, Unown and Shaymin, and hit them back with its STAB moves. Turboblaze, in particular, ignores Snorlax and Walrein's Thick Fat and blocks Necrozma's Magic Bounce, as well as being able to use Earth Power on Runerigus. Unfortunately, Reshiram's typing leaves it extremely weak to foes like Stonjourner, Dhelmise (though they can be crippled by a Lava Plume burn), Aerodactyl, offensive Seismitoad and Victreebel. It is also extremely vulnerable to Knock Off, as without Heavy-Duty Boots, it now becomes weak to SR and is put on a timer by Toxic Spikes.
polteageist.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Polteageist
Roles: Terrain Setter, Set-Up Sweeper, Special Wallbreaker
Type:
Ghost.png
/
Psychic.png

Abilities: Psychic Surge / Synchronize / Cursed Body
Stat Distribution: 70 / 70 / 60 / 150 / 110 / 100 (560 BST)
Movepool Removals: Shell Smash
Justification: An extremely powerful wallbreaker that provides a useful ability in Psychic Surge, allowing it and Necrozma to basically go nuclear with their Psychic STAB, as well as giving priority-weak foes like it, Cherrim, and Octillery a buffer and crippling Pokemon reliant on priority, Stonjourner, Gumshoos and Unown-M. If it gets an opportunity to set-up, it can completely proceed to destroy any foes except Dark-types with Psychic STAB alone. However, despite Psychic Surge, its defense is awful, meaning pretty much any physical attacker can switch in and OHKO it before it gets a chance to set-up, and it is completely left at the mercy of Dark-types, since its only coverage for them is Giga Drain, which does crap to the most prominent Dark-type, Gligar, which OHKOs with Knock Off. Polteageist's speed is mediocre, meaning faster attackers like Cherrim, Unown-S, and Necrozma can revenge kill it. Pretty much the definition of a high-risk, high-reward mon, as its low defenses mean it won't be able to switch in, but when it can, you better be watching your step.

Movepool Additions: Phantom Force/Shadow Force/Will-O-Wisp/Spectral Theif
Movepool Removals: Superpower/High Horse Power
Justification: It is a very solid Pokemon in the meantime, it's Defense is simply amazing along with its HP, this thing isn't something to scoff at knowing with it's 135 attack rivaling Machamp's and Garchomp's this thing can destroy things with terrible Defense and HP.

Movepool Additions: Dazzling Gleam/Moonblast/Toxic/Thunder Wave/Calm Mind/Psychic/Moonlight
Movepool Removals: Iron Head/Zen Headbutt/Bounce
Justification: It's a amazing special wall that can be offensive too, though it works better in the ways of stall and walling, with its new moves Toxic, and Thunder Wave it can be a pain to deal with in anyways possible. There's also the offensive sides with good ol' Flamethrower and combined with Calm Mind, Moonblast, and even Shadow Ball, it's is just as amazing on the offensive sides too.

Movepool Additions: Extreme Speed/Swords Dance/Seed Bomb/Zing Zap/Quick Attack

Movepool Removals: Bulk Up/Thunderbolt/Thunder/Electro Ball/Discharge

Justification: Simple. Swords Dance, then start your sweeping, though it's kinda useless against Siesmetoad unless using Seed Bomb, it checks Torkoal and Necrozma which is nice I guess, it also checks Togekiss!

Movepool Additions: Air Slash/Defog/Will-o-Wisp/Toxic

Movepool Removals: Thunder Wave

Justification: Remember ParaFlinch, see it now on a Hatterene but actually not, basically you know what's up. Thunder Wave... NOT!, instead use Will-o-Wisp and Toxic and spam Air Slash to piss of the person you're fighting. >:)

Inteleon needs more priority moves.
:ss/inteleon:
Name of the Pokemon: Inteleon
Role(s): Priority Abuser / Mixed Attacker
Type: Water / Dark
Abilities: Sniper / Adaptability / Zoom Scope
Stats: 60 / 120 / 70 / 125 / 50 / 110 {BST: 535}
Movepool Additions: Extreme Speed , Vacuum Wave , Parting Shot , Quickshot
Movepool Removals: Surf , U-turn
Custom Elements:
- Zoom Scope : This pokemon's water type moves have an accuracy of 100%
- Quickshot : stats are below
Power: 60
Accuracy: 100
Type: Water
Effects: Has +2 Priority
Special Attack
Justification: This pokemon is a very solid one. Dont look at this beast with excellent attack in both stats the wrong way, otherwise you might get 6-0'd by this beast. Inteleon is a very good pick in this pet mod; it has a sense of unpredictability because its movepool is amazing, and it can viably run a multitude of sets, which gives it a National Dex Genesect look.

:ss/camerupt:
Name of the Pokemon: Camerupt
Role(s): Physical Wall / Support
Type: Fire / Ground
Abilities: Smoke Cloud / Flame Body
Stats: 70 / 93 / 145 / 100 / 72 / 30 (BST: 510)
Movepool Additions: Tar Shot , Rock Blast , Blaze Kick , Healing Goop
Movepool Removals: Explosion , Rock Polish , Amnesia
Custom Elements: Smoke Cloud: Upon switch-in , weather gets removed (such as hail no longer making blizzard 100% accurate and removing its damage)
Healing Goop : Creates a healing field on the user's side which applies the effects of leftovers for five turns.
Tar Shot is now a sticky web clone.
Justification: Camerupt uses its great physical defense and its ability, Smoke Cloud, to completely cripple weather teams, and to sweep through them. It can also function as a support pokemon with moves like the changed Tar Shot and Healing Goop.

:ss/vileplume:
Name Of The Pokemon: Vileplume
Roles: Special Wall, Defensive Pivot
Type:
Grass.png
Poison.png

Abilities: Liquid Ooze / Aftermath | Merciless (HA)
Stat Distribution: 80 / 60 / 85 / 115 / 150 / 65 | BST: 555
Movepool Additions:
Movepool Removals:
Sleep Powder, Synthesis
Justification:
- A Grass type that actually switches into offensive Seismitoad
- Liquid Ooze helps vs. Togekiss, Strength Sap pokemon, and Necrozma blocking Strength Sap with Magic Bounce
- Merciless could pair with Scolipede
- Octillery could use some help, and Walrein exists to wall that anyway

:ss/lapras:
Name Of The Pokemon: Lapras
Roles: Physical Wall, Mixed Wall, Hazards
Type:
Water.png
Dragon.png

Abilities: Water Absorb / Shell Armor | Bulletproof (HA)
Stat Distribution: 90 / 110 / 130 / 125 / 95 / 65 | BST: 615
Movepool Additions: Spikes, Wish, Moonlight, Dragon Tail, Draco Meteor
Justification:
- Solid check to Torkoal, shaky check to Seismitoad, good overall vs. Rain
- Spikes + Dragon Tail
- Good SpA stat for a wall, good coverage too

:ss/electivire:
Name Of The Pokemon: Electivire
Roles: Priority, Setup, Offensive Pivot, Mixed Wallbreaker
Type:

Fighting.png

Abilities: Technician / Iron Fist | Galvanize (HA)
Stat Distribution: 85 / 120 / 75 / 135 / 110 / 105 | BST: 630
Movepool Additions: Nasty Plot, Bulk Up, Vacuum Wave, Close Combat, Mach Punch, Fusion Bolt, Ice Hammer
Justification:
-Fighting priority nails DD Scrafty and Runerigus, hits many other pokemon on their lower def like Unown and Torkoal, and generally hits everything fast except for Shaymin-S
-Good STAB coverage for the most part, with coverage options in Flamethrower and Ice Hammer
-Takes attacks from Runerigus and Unown-P pretty easily, isn't bait for Togekiss either

:ss/pyukumuku:
Name Of The Pokemon: Pyukumuku
Roles: Wallbreaker, Hazards, Trick Room Sweeper, Offensive Pivot, Defensive Pivot
Type:

Abilities: Regenerator | Oblivious (HA)
Stat Distribution: 70 / 70 / 100 / 170 / 110 / 25 | BST: 545
Movepool Additions: Spikes, Trick Room, Psychic, Psyshock, Future Sight, Shadow Ball, Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, Moonblast, Thunderbolt,
Movepool Removals: Recover
Justification:
-
Offensive Spikes and Trick Room are niches we don't have covered
-Uninvested SpA is still high, leaving room for a max HP max SpD Assault Vest set
-Psychic type doesn't have a lot of advantages right now, so I figured a good Psychic type needed to be a threat to work properly

Type: Dragon / Flying
Abilities: Intimidate / Rock Head | Gluttony
Stats: 95 HP / 110 Atk / 135 Def / 100 SpA / 80 SpD / 80 Spe [600 BST]
Movepool Distribution: Brave Bird, Haze, Recycle
Movepool Removal: Dragon Dance
Justification: Salamence eats up physical hits like a champ thanks to its great bulk and ability to check sweepers with Haze. Also provides the tier with a great Ground immunity and a check to the ever present Torkoal.

:ss/keldeo:
Name of the Pokemon: Keldeo
Role(s): Priority, Special Attacker
Type: Water / Fighting
Abilities: Technician | Justified
Stats: 91 HP / 92 Atk / 88 Def / 133 SpA / 97 SpD / 109 Spe [610 BST]
Movepool Distribution: Frost Breath, Vacuum Wave, Water Shuriken
Justification: A strong priority attacker, Keldeo uses its Technician boosted STABs to revenge kill a vast assortment of threats in the meta. It strangely is a water type that does well versus Rain teams, thanks to rain threats being neutral to Water type moves themselves.

:ss/regice:
Name of the Pokemon: Regice

Stats: 75 HP / 75 Atk / 90 Def / 120 SpA / 135 SpD / 65 Spe [555 BST]
Movepool Distribution: Spikes, Body Press, Volt Switch, Mirror Coat
Justification: WIP
Salamence: Seems strong but I ran the calcs and Octillery bodies it. Also lmao at Rock Head Brave Bird
Keldeo: Fine
Regice: pretty sure Cookie Butter tried this once but yours has less SpD and no Heal Bell so it's unique enough I suppose

Master of Combat
Name of the Pokemon: Bisharp
Role(s): Stallbreaker
Type: Fighting/Steel
Abilities: Master of Combat
Stat Distribution: 75 HP/145 Atk/120 Def/55 SpA/80 SpD/110 Spe (585 BST)
Movepool Additions: Close Combat
Movepool Removals: Swords Dance, Sucker Punch, Knock Off
Custom Elements: Master of Combat - This pokemon's attacks deal damage based on the target's weakest defensive stat.
Justification:
+ Fighting/Steel is a pretty adept offensive STAB combo, as it pretty much beats the crap out of Dunsparce and Runerigus. Also completely destroys Aerodactyl and Walrein as well, so that's neat.
+ Master of Combat ensures Bisharp can't be walled as easily by bypassing the opponent's higher defensive stat, nullifying would-be checks like Stonjourner.
Bisharp: poor Zacian dude, other than that pretty cool

please give feedback for this one, might be broken
oricorio-pau.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Oricorio-Pa'u
Roles: Priority, Hazard Control, Special Wallbreaker, Set Up Sweeper, Stallbreaker, Pivot
Type: Flying/Psychic
Ability: One Step Ahead*
Stats: 115/95/55/120/95/75 (BST: 555)
Movepool Additions: Nasty Plot, Psychic, Psyshock, Surf, Taunt, Thunder Wave, Teleport
Movepool Removals: U-Turn
Custom Elements: One Step Ahead- This pokemon always moves first in its priority bracket (Stall Clone)
Justification:
-While not actually a priority user, Oricorio ability allows it to achieve a similar effect
-Oricorio's ability allows it to outspeed every pokemon excluding Priority users and Neutralizing Gas Weezing
-However, it is destroyed by said pokemon, as well any physical attacking pokemon capable of tanking its attack, due to its pitiful defense stat
-Can use "priority" status moves such as Roost, Defog, and Taunt without fearing Dark types like Scrafty and Gligar
-Teleport allows Oricorio to control its speed somewhat, however Oricorio's Teleport will always go before the opponent's Teleport, so they will gain the momentum
Oricorio:
+2 252 SpA Oricorio-Pa'u Psychic vs. 252 HP / 252 SpD Weezing-Galar: 524-618 (90 - 106.1%) -- 37.5% chance to OHKO uhhhhhhhhh

other than that priority Taunt is pretty strong but Cursola and Necrozma and shit do, in fact, still exist. Should be ok

Abilities: Levitate / Pressure | Cartesian
Stat Distribution: 160/110/120/70/70/70 | 600
Movepool Additions: Spectral Thief, Body Press, Recover
Movepool Removal: Calm Mind
Custom Element: Cartesian: This Pokemon is immune to Ghost-type moves and raises its Defense by 1 stage when hit by a Ghost-type move (Sap Sipper clone).
Justification: Dusknoir is a blanket check to most Physical wallbreakers and a hard counter to Stonjourner. While not being passive thanks to STAB Body Press. It also has access to strong support tools in Will-Wisp, Spectral Thief and Recover. However, every special attacker takes advantage of it and some physical attackers like Necrozma can take advantage of it.

Dusknoir: My concern is that it's good at too many things. Spectral Thief is really, really strong across the board and fits seamlessly into any set it would run, and Cartesian rewards it for switching into Stonjourner and Dhelmise which is kind of a broken option.
Stunfisk: Bit too bulky imo. Cut down on SpD, this creature walls Cherrim.
Purrloin: I mean, offensive pivot is technically right. Its defenses offend me. Also I hate that its 3D model is bipedal.
Sandslash: Fine

Stat Distribution: 108 / 117 / 188 / 51 / 65 / 61 (590 BST)
Movepool Additions: Stealth Rock, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Behemoth Bash
Custom Elements: Blue Ice: Fighting-type clone of Levitate
Justification: Yes, you heard that right, an Ice-type wall. However, it is able to do a great job despite it due to its absurd Defense stat, which as of right now, gives it the most powerful Body Press in the metagame. Its Steel-typing also gives it a whole bunch of resistances that it wouldn't be able to take advantage of without it. Due to this, it is able to switch in on nearly 3/4 of the metagame, including prominent threats like Stonjourner, physical Victreebel, Dunsparce, Octillery and Togekiss. Due to its pathetic speed, it can also deal huge damage or KO many of these threats with Avalanche. Add in reliable recovery, hazards and hazard removal and an immunity to a 4x weakness, and you got a defensive tank. Unfortunately, it still has weakness to Cherrim, Torkoal, Gumshoos and Seismitoad. Special attacks in general also are a huge pain in the ass for it due to its pathetic Special Defense as well as its aforementioned speed.

Crawdaunt: Giving it 140 Base Attack and Tough Claws and then removing all its boosting moves is kind of a brainless way to make it stronger imo
Avalugg: This thing is super exploitable with like, anything with >100 Special Attack
Reshiram: I actually really like this one, well done

Harambe is dead, but now is a grass monk:
:ss/rillaboom:
Name of the Pokemon: Rillaboom
Role(s): Wallbreaker/Choice Band/Choice Scarf
Type: View attachment 232476 / View attachment 232477
Abilities: Grassy Surge/Gorilla Tactics/HA: Mold Breaker
Stats: 100/135/115/40/90/70 {BST: 555}
Movepool Additions: Phantom Force/Shadow Force/Will-O-Wisp/Shadow Sneak/Spectral Theif
It also has Gorilla Tactics, pair that up with Choice Band, or Scarf and you got a motherfucking monster.

Loppuny's boyfriend:
:ss/cinderace:
Name of the Pokemon: Cinderace
Role(s): Special Wall/Hazard Setter
Type: View attachment 232544 / View attachment 232545
Abilities: Flame Body/Prankster/HA: Dazzling
Stat Distribution: 80/55/95/110/155/105 {BST: 600}
Movepool Additions: Burning Ash/Dazzling Gleam/Moonblast/Toxic/Thunder Wave/Calm Mind/Psychic
Movepool Removals: Iron Head
Custom Elements:
Ability Type: Status
Type: Fire
Information: The user makes ashes rain the burn even through actual rain, which does 1/10 HP of an pokemon every turn.
Justification: It's a amazing special wall that can be offensive too, though it works better in the ways of stall and walling, with its new moves Burning Ash, Toxic, and Thunder Wave it can be a pain to deal with in anyways possible. There's also the offensive sides with good ol' Flamethrower and combined with Calm Mind, Moonblast, and even Shadow Ball, it's is just as amazing on the offensive sides too.
Rillaboom: Hmmm yes today I will give GDarm 2: Icicle Harder priority so it never needs to worry about scarf, also this doesn't fit any of the slates
Cinderace: Burning Ash would be broken even if it was weather, which you confusingly implicated it with, but because it says it's a hazard I'm gonna consider it a hazard, which would be metagame-defining levels of broken. Also it would immediately die within a turn after this slate because we're definitely gonna have something with decent Attack and Aqua Jet.

Inteleon needs more priority moves.
:ss/inteleon:
Name of the Pokemon: Inteleon
Role(s): Priority Abuser / Mixed Attacker
Type: Water / Dark
Abilities: Sniper / Adaptability / Zoom Scope
Stats: 60 / 120 / 70 / 125 / 50 / 110 {BST: 535}

Inteleon: Looks good
Camerupt: Smoke Cloud is just reflavored Cloud Nine, so probably just give it Cloud Nine. Same goes for Tar Shot: remove it and give Camerupt webs. Flavor isn't important.

Thanks for the feedback. But I'd like to have some clarifications, because I don't really understand some of your points.
:dusknoir: How is it a problem that Spectral Thief will be ran in all its sets? I know this move is very strong, that's why I gave it to something with very low offensive presence, and won't be able to reverse sweep with the boosts. Also, how is it broken that it walls Ghost-types with Cartesian? Imo, it's like saying that Grounding is a broken option on Runerigus because it can now switch-into Gumshoos.
:stunfisk-galar: I was going to change the defensive stats anyway (that's also the case with the following submissions) because I hadn't run calc. However it doesn't wall Cherrim, at all:
252 SpA Choice Specs Cherrim Fire Blast vs. 248 HP / 252+ SpD Stunfisk-Galar in Sun: 458-542 (98.9 - 117%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO after Leftovers recovery and Grassy Terrain recovery
252 SpA Cherrim Weather Ball (100 BP Fire) vs. 248 HP / 252+ SpD Stunfisk-Galar in Sun: 282-332 (60.9 - 71.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery and Grassy Terrain recovery
0 SpA Stunfisk-Galar Earth Power vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Cherrim: 118-139 (45.2 - 53.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Grassy Terrain recovery
It's also supposed to have higher defensive stats than most walls, because it has no reliable recovery outside of Leftovers and Grassy Terrain.
:purrloin: What should I understand? How do the defenses offend you? Are they to low or to high?
