I chose to use Ice Beam over Charge Beam, since I knew Charge Beam would probably miss. Thankfully it barely killed him. Now all that stands between me and victory is one last Pokey.

I can’t believe it. I hope parahax doesn’t let him win this game. Anyway, over the next 15 or so turns, I slowly bring him down with Ice Beam, while Reflecting/Moonlighting as needed. I was really close to dying at one point, but thankfully I wasn’t paralyzed, and I was able to Moonlight.
