This has been a very frequent issue lately, so let me reiterate: please bear in mind that you have to include a set whenever you are reserving a Pokemon, unless you are in the QC team of the metagame you are reserving for.

I'm sorry, but as Volcanion is not on the VR currently it is not available for reservation. Volcanion struggles greatly as an offensive Pokemon in the metagame, as many teams have very solid counterplay and it is rather outclassed as a breaker. Water Absorb is nowhere near enough to fix those issues either. Feel free to reserve any of our currently available Pokemon that are on the VR however.
