Depends on which stat spread won. Some people want our horse good enough to slay Ubergods.
Others want our horse to dedicate its life crushing walls in OU. gvmgvm40 once proposed Anthrax to do that when it was inevitable that regular attacks weren't enough (Except for Mega Kick which was horribly inaccurate), but I doubt it will be part of our horsey's movepool.
Everyone else mostly just submitted all-around good stats (usually there is an emphasis on Attack and Speed and low Sp. Atk.), except for Voltage who submitted a mixed glass cannon spread, and Colteor whose stat spread is pretty interesting because it has terrible Special Attack, but its Attack is substandard for OU, but its excellent HP and decent defenses can make it a decent wall if Recover and possibly Toxic won. Then we model everything else around which stat spread and moves won.
