Offspring Name: Mr. Conk
New Types:

Base Stats: 100 / 130 / 90 / 85 / 90 / 60 [BST: 555] (+8 HP / +18 Atk / +0 Def / +3 SpA / +8 SpD / +3 Spe)
New Ability: Adrenaline = (Ice Body + Guts)
Ability Description: If this Pokemon has a non-volatile status condition, its Attack is multiplied by 1.5 and restores 1/16 of its maximum HP, rounded down, at the end of each turn; burn's physical damage halving is ignored.
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
…Close Combat, Drain Punch, Earthquake, Facade, Fake Out, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Ice Shard, Knock Off, Mach Punch, Poison Jab, Rapid Spin, Sucker Punch, Thunder Punch, Triple Axel.
…Freeze-Dry.
…Bulk Up, Defog, Slack Off, Taunt, Trick, Trick Room.
Role Justification: This fusion sorta manages to fulfill a hard task: a decent slow bulky Ice-type. It does so thanks to its great ability, which is basically Guts + practically removes the damage of burns, a recovery move on Slack Off to keep it healthy and access to 2 stab priority moves on Ice Shard and Mach Punch that allow it not to be as affected as much by its low speed. Talking about low speed, this thing gets Trick Room, making an OTR set a very plausible option.

New Ability: Hot Pocket = (Drought + Frisk)
Ability Description: Drought + Frisk
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
…Body Press, Dragon Hammer, Dragon Tail, Earthquake, Heat Crash, Knock Off, Power Whip, Rapid Spin, Superpower, Wood Hammer.
…Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Earth Power, Energy Ball, Eruption, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Giga Drain, Lava Plume, Leaf Storm, Overheat, Scorching Sands, Solar Beam, Weather Ball.
…Curse, Leech Seed, Stealth Rock, Synthesis, Teleport, Trick Room, Will-O-Wisp, Wish.
Role Justification: Slow Sun setter with tons of utility moves such as Stealth Rock, Rapid Spin and Teleport + Wish that is also not weak to Ground and Water type moves. It also packs a punch itself with its really nice 110/110 mixed offenses and an expansive coverage. It can also opt for a trick room set wether as an OTR or as a support mon.

Ability Description: Effects of both abilities

(mostly physical but...) Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, Vacuum Wave, Sludge Wave, Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball

Ability Description: Effects of both
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
U-turn(?), Aqua Jet(?)
Aura Sphere, Water Pulse, Dark Pulse, Ice Beam, Sludge Wave, Dragon Pulse

New Ability: Stanced Up = (Inner Focus + Stance Change)
Ability Description: This Pokemon can not be made to flinch. Immune to intimidate. If Shield Forme Aegisharp uses a damaging move, it changes to Blade Forme immediately before using the move. If Blade Forme Aegisharp uses King's Shield, it changes to Shield Forme immediately before using the move.
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:

Shadow Sneak, Shadow Claw, Sucker Punch, Iron Head, Sacred Sword, Close Combat, Knock Off...

Shadow Ball, Flash Cannon, Dark Pulse, Focus Blast, Air Slash...

King's Shield, Swords Dance, Stealth Rocks, Taunt, Rock Polish, Autotomize...

Role Justification: Aegislash has dropped from Ubers to UU in gen 8 due to some nerfs, which is sad considering how gen 8 is "Sword and Shield". It would be cool for Aegisharp to become a popular pick in this metagame due to the small buff to attack, special attackand speed and more useful moves such as Knock Off and Focus Blast.

New Ability: Perish Cleaner = (Screen Cleaner + Perish Body)
Ability Description: Upon switch-in, remove Reflect, Light Screen and Aurora Veil from both side. Whenever this occurs, install Perish Song into whichever side that have any of the aforementioned screens on. Also inflict Perish Song on this Pokémon and attacker that used a contact move.
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
Fake Out, Foul Play
Psychic, Focus Blast, Ice Beam, Freeze-Dry, Dazzling Gleam, Grass Knot, Shadow Ball, Future Sight, Thunderbolt, Stored Power, Hex, Earth Power, Giga Drain, Power Gem, Hydro Pump, Surf, Scald, Burning Jealousy, Meteor Beam
Haze, Destiny Bond, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Slack Off, Strength Sap, Thunder Wave, Trick, Trick Room, Nasty Plot, Substitute, Taunt, Will-o-Wisp, Teeter Dance, Disable, Curse, Protect
Role Justification: Perish Cleaner is unique in that it have a risky mechanic you should take consideration. While being able to both remove your opponent’s screens and punish them with a Perish Song to compromise a potential sweep, this Ability can also be used against you. Mr. Curse have a massive Special Attack which can be further boosted by Nasty Plot or Calm Mind and BoltBeam coverage, and can circumvent its lower Defense with either Will-o-Wisp or Strength Sap. All of that are offset with defensive Ice typing and a slow base 50 Speed.

I discovered that with its Ability, it can put immense pressure on Hyper Offensive teams through its Ability, which is potentially fantastic for Trick Room teams who tend to struggle against Hyper Offensive.

Base Stats: 100 / 132 / 82 / 62 / 62 / 95 [BST: 533] (+0 HP / +20 Atk / +0 Def / +0 SpA / +0 SpD / +20 Spe)
New Ability: Freewilling = (Levitate + Oblivious)
Ability Description: Same effects as Levitate + Oblivious.
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
Flare Blitz, Stone Edge, Zen Headbutt, Earthquake, Iron Head, Rock Slide, Ice Shard, Icicle Spear, Icicle Crash, Knock Off, Acrobatics, Self-Destruct, Superpower

Rock Polish, Stealth Rocks, Swords Dance, Substitute, Curse, Light Screen, Reflect, Rest
Role Justification: With a powerful Attack and Rock + Ice STABs, it can serve as a wallbreaker with Swords Dance, Curse or Choice Band, or set up Stealth Rocks when the opponent would least expects. It also have a fair amount of coverage such as Flare Blitz against Grass and Steel, Zen Headbutt against Fighting, and Superpower or Earthquake against Steel again. Low Speical bulk, double weakness to Fighting and Steel, and 4MSS can prove very problematic to it.

New Ability: Colorful Neigh = (Chilling Neigh + Protean)
Ability Description: Combine the effects of Chilling Neigh and Protean.
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
Avalanche, Close Combat, Crunch, High Horsepower, Megahorn, Smart Strike, Stomping Tantrum, Throat Chop, Icicle Crash, Shadow Sneak, Sucker Punch, Shadow Claw, Brick Break, Rock Slide, Drain Punch, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Knock Off, Fake Out, Foul Play, Aqua Tail, Focus Punch
Irrelevant
Stealth Rocks, Swords Dance, Recover, Trick, Trick Room, Taunt, Toxic, Disable, Substitute
Role Justification: A slow, bulky “Protean” user with a massive physical movepool it can exploit with, with its Ability allowing for snowballing, especially in an Offensive Trick Room team, and with all the coverage it gets, it have a massive STAB repertory. It is extremely slow, so it is best fit in Trick Room... though you can play mind game against a Fighting type by equipping Shadow Sneak. It is also heavily relient on its Ability; the moment something removes or disable it, it might become a sitting duck.

New Ability: Savvy = (Prankster + Sap Sipper)
Ability Description: Immunity to Status Moves. Raise Attack by +1 stage whenever hit by a Status Move from an opponent. This does not apply to moves that install Entry Hazards, such as Stealth Rock and Toxic Spikes.
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
Play Rough, Brick Break, U-Turn, Zen Headbutt, Lunge, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Focus Punch, Aqua Tail, Power Whip, Earthquake, Fire Punch, Superpower, Rock Slide, Skitter Smack, Outrage
Irrelevant
Confuse Ray, Moonlight, Light Screen, Substitute, Thunder Wave, Roost, Toxic, Defog, Trick, Curse
Role Justification: Compensating its average stats is a strong Ability that invalidate the opponent’s Will-o-Wisp, sleeping moves, Thunder Wave, Strength Sap, Taunt, Trick, Toxic, Ghost Curse and other annoying statuses, and every time the opponent attempted to use any of the status moves against it, Volgoo raise its Attack by 1 stage. New Ability: Tree Beast = (Sheer Force + Harvest)
Ability Description: Same effect as Sheer Force and Harvest.

Zen Headbutt, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Fire Punch, Iron Head, Iron Tail, Thunder Punch, Crunch, Wood Hammer, Head Smash, Seed Bomb, Power Whip
Ancient Power, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Earth Power, Psychic, Sludge Bomb, Giga Drain, Leaf Storm
Rock Polish, Swords Dance, Stealth Rock, Curse, Whirlwind, Leech Seed, Synthesis, Reflect, Light Screen, Trick Room, Sleep Powder
Role Justification: A mixed, slow addition to Offensive Trick Room teams with naturally high Attack bolstered by Sheer Force, with Rock and Grass STAB covering each others except from Steel (which you can run Earthquake or Fire Blast in this case). The Harvest effect can be used to absue Berries, but Life Orb is overall more consistent item to run.

Ability Description: Combine effect of Pressure and Sticky Hold.
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:

Infestaion
Whirlwind, Recover, Light Screen, Reflect, Thunder Wave, Trick, Yawn, Toxic, Swagger, Venom Drench, Defog, Roost
Role Justification: Special Wall with a big Special bulk and Whirlwind, or a support with a high Speed and Reflect / Light Screen or Defog. The Sticky Hold effect on Flying-type is strong with Heavy Duty Boot, as such it will never worry about Knock Off and the likes. It is very passive, and its considerably lower physical bulk is also a weakness.

New Ability: Beeline = (Speed Boost + Swarm)
Ability Description: Using a Bug type move raises the user's Speed stat by 1 stage.
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
X Scissor, U Turn, Knock Off, Liquidation, Poison Jab, Earthquake, Aqua Jet, Flip Turn, Close Combat, Psychic Fangs…
Nah…
Swords Dance, Taunt, Destiny Bond…
Role Justification: Cleans up teams late game with Beeline and Aqua Jet after they have been chipped away by its teammates. Alternatively, can use Destiny Bond to turn its frailty in defenses into a (suicidal) strength, Taunt to stop Status moves, and Flip Turn or U Turn to pivot away.

With Beedrillite, it has 67 / 185 / 40 / 40 / 60 / 175 and Adaptibility. Obviously, it cannot use Beedrillite.

Using Sharpedonite, it has 67 / 145 / 70 / 85 / 85 / 115 with Strong Jaw. This is less broken than Beedrillite, but it doesn't get STAB on any Strong Jaw moves so I don't think any one will waste their Mega Evolution on it.

New Ability: Haste = (Defeatist + Unburden)
Ability Description: Unburden, but halves Speed at 50% of Max HP or less
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
Drain Punch, Leaf Blade, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Dual Wingbeat, Dragon Claw…
Meteor Beam, Giga Drain, Earth Power, Dragon Pulse, Air Slash, Focus Blast…
Swords Dance, Roost, Stealth Rock, Taunt, Defog, Leech Seed, Dragon Dance, Synthesis…
Role Justification: While all those neat utility moves look cool on paper, this Pokemon has one purpose in the current meta: Power Herb Meteor Beam. Once there are actual Terrain setters though, it might be able to run a Swords Dance set with Seeds as well, but for now it is what it is.

Mega is Rock/Dragon 72/147/85/158/75/150 with Lightning Rod, but yeah it's in a similar situation to Beedrillite Sharpedrill.

Hex, Moonblast, Shadow Ball (Hydro Pump/Earth Power as coverage maybe)
Nasty Plot, Stealth Rock, Strength Sap, Trick Room, Will-o-wisp
Role Justification: Offensive Trick Room setter that can seriously threaten offensive teams with its high special attack and good stab combo. Ability Description: Moves with 60 or less bp have 1.5x power. If this pokemon damages another with a move with 60 or less bp, the target's ability's is replaced with Teaching Tech.
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
Body Press, Bullet Punch, Knock Off, Poltergeist, U-Turn
Night Shade
Defog, Iron Defense, Roost, Swords Dance, Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Trick Room, Will-o-Wisp
Role Justification: Pretty versatile defensive pokemon that can change the opponent's ability through a priority Bullet Punch. Its physical bulk is quite good with decent special bulk, similar to Skarmory. Access to Defog, Toxic Spikes, Trick Room, Knock Off and U-Turn all let it fill good utility for a team while Roost gives it longevity. switch review
spider horse: nice idea
sharzor: also nice idea, maybe you can use another mon other than sharpedo so no useless mega
electazzle: i dont see much appeal, you have bad defensive stats so youd never be able to pull off toxic (not even the decent defensive typing of vanilla salazzle) so all you accomplish is occasionally paralyzing electric types. sludge bomb is bad coverage (weird how you included sludge wave instead of that).
gastrogarde: think zxgzxg had this idea. not really a fan because its v bulky even before ability.
tremfey: eeew triage (especially with actual coverage and dual stabs and will o wisp)
hattataka: now that its psychic steel it seems significantly worse than before. rip

hawlazzle: not bad
necrobrogalar: little opinion except i dont like how it intersects with tentoxysdefense and thornbrogalar
aromacremie: not bad

frosfable: not sure i like it, seems extremely potent with high spa + mglo + qd.
toxarina, rhydusken: already reviewed
marshlytuff: p cool, im partial toward defensive spec thief
groubre: uhh i guess, dont like a second groudon though

cherridrill: seems mediocre, 99 speed sucks and getting beat by both tanette and corveot is not good
magnechamp: sure
haxomega: "if used right" moment. otherwise sure
sneasyem: sure
tapu star: this is definitely better fini dude. it has recover and teleport/flip turn and extra coverage dude. my water fairy is cooler dude.
skorchiyama: kringe centiskorch ripoff!!!!!!!!

horse 1: fine
horse 2: underpowered, will probably only use webs
horse 3: fine
horse 4: personally dont like the idea of v fast psurge attacker. def wouldnt be used only to set terrain.
horse 5: dont feel like having volcarona in the meta (btw its scorching sands not scorching surge)
horse 6: fine (add power whip for maroligatr)

feralizard: dont exactly see the use in adding a solar power mon when theres no sun setter yet. plus in sun water power is reduced so its basically a mono fire solar power user which is weird.
darkizen: looks overpowered, nasty plot + speed boost tends to do that
zikachu: looks ok
lucaora: way too similar to the other physical electric/fighting type
eon: looks a bit mediocre, its like the mandirene sub i made before but no utility moves. also somethings wrong with those stat boosts. all of them are wrong actually
tapu kroko: really appreciate you putting this on another post (no i dont). anyway seems v weird and i dont think its v good

cindering: not sure i like how much coverage it gets
deciduetoad: looks ok, corveot and glidol are v effective checks
conkapult: not sure i like two good stabs + coverage + ddance
pharosdorus: its "main downside" was never really a problem for lando or zapdos or other mons that are flying but lack flying moves. im not liking this mon.
manapour: fine (would never use physical moves besides koff though lol)
rotopexheat: dont like how this is weirdly similar to toxalure. oh wait it has toxapex in it ! how did i not notice.

necreeyem: this looks very predictable because its just necrozma.
sylvedee-f: its whatever

primarines: ability doesnt make much sense
everything else: already reviewed

regynx: PogO pepeMods
metaboma: weird, no opinion atm

snowtran: only reason this is a good bulky ice is because its also steel. this is a crappy hail stall setter because it has no reliable recovery though >:(
kokovoir: dont like the idea of koko with 25 more spa and moonblast

archtyrant: idk not really a fan
aurelveon: p mediocre, rock is ass here and the ability is not good
lielucha: uhhh sure. no way to abuse unburden yet though.

dramboar: said this in discord but this doesnt counter sand when dracodoom outspeeds it regardless and ohkos it with draco meteor
krokocat: seems mediocre to me, theres a lot of mons with eq stab or coverage and this doesnt get reliable recovery either

taucross: seems too powerful, 125/110 guts with great stab combo is ridiculously optimized
raipharos: bad. better raichu doesnt fare well when noicity exists.
slageot: dont like it
gardekazam: bottom 2 name + is probably too powerful even without a good ability
infernotar: fine
curfecth'd: bottom 1 name (couldve named it sirsola that sounds p awesome). otherwise not too bad an idea.

eeew

mr conk: looks way too optimized, getting 2 amazing stabs + basically all the coverage you want + no chip burn is p ridiculous (also my fighting ice is cooler)
exekoal: probably too optimized as well (also my sun setter is cooler)

aurodactyl: looks p ridiculous just spamming double edge, seems too good
lucaricroa: this aint croagunk. anyway seems ok.
clawliwrath: seems whatever
tapu wash: forgot uturn. anyway my water fairy is cooler.
tapu poda: looks p crazy with first impression and electric surge and a bunch of other utility. not much a fan.
malamarch: also not much a fan.

toxedon: absolutely comical, this mon has 0 poison moves other than belch and acid and toxic
togegre: i dont really like the idea of 60% scald + drizzle. also my water/fairy is awesomer.
happyquaza: looks bad
smoocheas: geomancy stored power moment. eeew.
vaporium: not a fan of monowish recoverers.
espetile: see lielucha

intrudes way too much on scolisharp (another bisharp, who would've thought). also -10 spa?

mr curse: dual screens is only one form of hyper offense so this whole mon's gimmick is basically a matchup fish and i dont like that. also whyd you list like 20 special moves and 15 status moves, this mon is definitely not using stored power or teeter dance or even fake out/foul play. lol
soloswine: acrobatics and self-destruct (not even explosion..) moment. you dont try to cover against types that hit you supereffectively, you try to cover against types that resist your stabs. other than having another mamoswine fusion though it looks ok.
glaseon: dont like how bulky it is while also having way too much coverage and sd n tr n stuff. there are two mons that can alter abilities consistently and one cant switch in because this is 100% using cc or high horsepower.
volgoo: this isnt using tail glow. my main fear is just blocking defog entirely though with like 8 or 9 spinners in the tier its probably not that much of an issue. its just a weird mon and i dont like it that much
ramgutor-alola: abusing harvest in sun is like not very effective especially on a mon this slow. this would 100% use otr, a role itd be p good at. wouldnt use any special attacks though except maybe fire blast for corveot/tanette
gulpia: eeew.

seems p mediocre cause its frail af so itd probably only use 4 attacks, plus being a bug itd probably have to use hdb to avoid rocks. sharpedonite wouldnt be banned cause it cant abuse its ability well (no stabs on biting moves)

arosola: p cool
cofazor: too optimized, ghost scizor with wow sounds dumb to play against

ill try to keep this updated with edits but will probably get lazy and message on discord instead

Sorry, I Lied, I Don't Have A Switch. :pimp:

main takeaways:
- read aquatic's post
- im cool

Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
Earthquake, Play Rough, Power Whip, Close Combat, Stone Edge, Poltergeist, Ice Punch, Nuzzle
Earth Power, Dazzling Gleam, Stored Power, Ice Beam
Trick Room, Heal Pulse, Swords Dance, Curse, Trick, Gravity, Calm Mind, Magic Powder
Role Justification: Great offensive typing and boosting options make this an excellent OTR mon. Magic Field is a neat gimmick too. At the expense of not being able to use status moves on the opponent, it gets a funny self-healing move in Heal Pulse. There aren't really great OTR mons currently so this mon could definitely find a place.

Ok, I will now do a review on all submissions so far.

Edit: Sorry I took so long life is real. If you see any leftovers from old posts because I started this yesterday please let me know.

Seismiskorch: This is a solid stallbreaker thanks to its excellent dual STAB and Toxic, which is able to cripple next to any existing defensive Pokémon we currently have, and frees up it's last movepool slot for a variety of stuff (Wisp, SR, Knock Off, Coil). In regards to metagame relevance, this allows it pressure Stall threats like Tanette and Corveot, while still having checks like Volquag and Jelliswine. Good Pokémon.

Bruxray: This is a slower Wallbreaker done right imo. While not as fast as most offensive staples, it's still at an ok speed bracket (80+). It also applies alot of immediate offensive pressure thanks to it having Guts + a High BP STAB option. Swords Dance truly seals the deal, and allows it to dismantle defensive builds. Guts does mean it's rather easy to wear down though, and its bulk is nothing stellar, so expect more offensive teams to be able to overwhelm it. It's a good pokemon overall.

Sandchamp-Alola: Not a big fan here. I feel like you wanted to get the best of both worlds options here (not too fast, not too bulky, not too strong) but it just leaves it with a pretty average statline, paired with a pretty average ability. It's offensive typing is really great, but is a double edged sword because it leaves it prone to be revenge killed by next to every relevant mon on offense. I think you should bite the bullet and lean into bulk and or power more, as that 75 speed isn't particularly hot right now. Machamp's statline leans more into that anyways.

Torkavolt: Great Sun setter. It also has Webs and a Ground immunity, so Sun squads will love that. It's too slow to pull off Shell Smash so I believe sun setting is the way to go.

Escakataka: I think this is a shit mon. Not sure why picking Bug Rock was the plan here, as one of the main draws to Stak in standard metas is nuke Gyro Ball, but in choosing this typing you place a lot of weird restrictions here. No freedom to run LO or Band, unless you like dealing with SR weakness. Minimal chances to set up its own TR against anything that isn't passive, as while Stak had an ass defensive typing, it's bulk was so ridiculous and it had enough key resists to key offensive mons that gave it opportunities to set TR against more than just walls. Yeah I think this is all around shittier Stak, and Stak is an RU mon.

Whimsilotic: It's fine. It's ability isn't anything major, it's typing is solid and it's statline isn't bad. It's a perfectly average, if not a tad bit underwhelming sub.

Lunailego: It's fine. I question how solid it's typing is atm, but Levitate at least helps it a ton.

Araquadash-Galar: A cool Stallbreaker, thanks to SD, immunity to the two scariest status and it's nuke ability. It also gets webs so that is fun. A set of Swords Dance Liquidation High Horse Power and Morning Sun would work real wonders (it ges Morning Sun btw).

Sharzor: It's cool. Much better than what initially existed as the typing. A solid Banded pivot thanks to Flip Turn hitting hard. It's Mega looks solid as well, as both an Offensive SD sweeper and as less passive Water / Steel defensive mon. Sharp Mega sucks ass RIP bozo.

Electazzle: If this won it would be the second fastest Pokemon in the meta, with a great offensive typing and not lacking on coverage options to threaten what it can't with STABs alone. It can use unconditional Thunder Wave, misses aside, to paralyze almost every non Ground type permanently (Grounds are not immune to paralysis, they are simply immune to the move Thunder Wave, unlike Steels who are specifically immune to the status condition itself). Being able to revenge kill almost everything is great for a Pokemon like this and I'd expect it to do good if it gets in.

Gastrogarde: An ok defensive Water. It bullying Rock and Ground types is a nice addition, in but I am not sure of exactly what that helps it with in practice.

Trefey: It's Comfey with Secondary STAB option. Thanks to the weakness of DKiss and it's initial SpA do not expect Specs sets to take off, it's only gonna be a CM cleaner. Focus Blast to hit certain Steels is a major plus. I think it still struggles greatly with bulky Poisons though (seems to be the go too to handle Fairies in this meta.)

Hattaka: I love Hattaka. Great TR setter and abuser thanks to both aspects of it's ability, basically guaranteeing TR can go op, and allowing it to Snowball after the fact. Even if you do not want to use TR, it's typing and bulk is already good enough to just be a traditional fat steel.

Hawlazzle: This is a very good Pokemon. Honestly, I think it's a little bit TOO good. Not really sold on the idea of a Pokémon that can unconditionally land Toxic on ANYTHING also being the second fastest thing in the meta (and probably wins the 1v1 versus the one thing faster than it). Contrary to what you said, I think this thing has a very good match up against offense as a standard revengekiller, as it's insanely fast. Granted, I am not fully familiar with how Salazzle played in lower tiers, and from what I remember it's best sets didn't rely on Toxic stalling anyways, but this is still something to consider.

Necrobro-Galar: I do not really know what Necrobro does? It's typing is pretty bad, and it doesn't exactly threaten most defensive Pokemon, so I don't see it being a balance or a stall breaker, and it doesn't hit particularly hard too. It being as slow as it is seals the deal for me.

Aromacremie: Great Pokémon, if not slightly generic. Not sure if the metagame has any consistent standard bulky pure Fairies in the line of Clefable yet, but if not this thing would surely fulfill that role.

Frosfable: It's alright I guess. LO QD goes brrrrrrr. I think people are currently interesting in a Ice type that doesn't just click buttons, so I could see this going far. Clefable goat coverage definitely comes through for it as well.

Toxarina: Same thoughts I shared last time, only somewhat lower because I think the current metagame's power level has risen above this thing. It still has Nasty Plot and great offensive coverage between dual STAB and Fire type Scald (the true move here) so who knows.

Rhydusken: Same general arguemnt as above. Great concepts but I think power creep has just gotten the best of these bad boys. Keep on to them in case FE RU ever becomes a thing though (do this please I already have subs ready)

Marshytuff: Mon just seems bad. It just does a whole bunch of nothingness, doesn't help that it's ability is kinda ass seeing as our options for 60 BP moves are all physical and weak as molasses. I see someone say it's to use Spectral Thief to reverse sweep but like what if our sweeper is Normal. Or can just OHKO you.

Groube: Personally not a fan of Pokemon that set weather's that they can get nuked under. I like the Primal though, very cool.

100% Hits, No Misses

Glasnow: Not a fan. Slow Ice types bore me, particularly ones that are not Rock neutral. I actually am willing to argue it's mega is not broken however, 170+ Attack stats for a mega aren't a 1 to 1 banhammer in OU based meta, especially when supported by a horrendous 15 base Speed (TR is not THAT good please).

Araquarier: I also do not think this Pokémon is that good, particularly, not right now. Early on this thing would probably be a real stickler, but I think the power creep the metagame has had has essentially placed this Pokémon on a bit of a dousey. More special Attack or a return to the snowballing effect now that the stats aren't crazy insane anymore would work wonders for it.

Keldiwrath: A Good SubCM mon, though to be honest I would much prefer to use this as a defensive Pokémon, thanks to its unique defensive typing and pivot moves. Not much else to say here, good pokémon would have been nuts with Recovery.

Galarian Rapidee: I am cautiously optimistic about this one. I don't really like it when Terrain setters this strong are also this fast, but Mystic Fire and Dazzling Gleam being it's anti Psychic resist options (even with STAB on the latter) could make it more manageable. Or Calm Mind could be a really really scary breaker, who knows.

Rapidmoth: Volcarona without the extra SpA. Not sure how to feel about that result, as in OU this would be ass but not necessarily that here.

Craddadle: This is a very good Pokémon. Great stat spread and a great ability for a defensive Pokemon. My only fear for it is bulky Ground type saturation, but I'll leave that to the submitters if they are interested in voting in spite of that.

Lots of problems here.

Some general notes because these subs are all faulty to the point where judging them as is is just a bad idea. Please ensure that the stats are all properly calculated (that Feralizard's attack stat should not be that high with no boosts) and that the 40 stat boost is properly allocated. You have to use ALL of it, not some. Also update the bst afterwards because it's confusing to math it out. Gonna point out, particularly for the Darkrai Blaziken sub, it's broken no matter how you adjust the stat discrepancies right now. 100+ Speed Boost with Nasty Plot, high SpA and perfect coverage between Dual STABs and Sludge Bomb? No thanks.

Cinderbouff: I think this is broken no matter how you dice it. SD Broken breaker sounds like an absolute nightmare for defensive teams to even try and check. And even though it's speed tier isn't that high, SD + STAB Sucker Punch could easily solve it's speed tier issue.

Decidutoad: I do not think this is that good. Outside of spreading Poison wherever it goes (not that bad of a niche tbf) I am unsure of its lasting impact it can have.

Mr. Kiss: A much more balanced version of the screens punisher idea you had. It's held in check by its weak bp of its natural STABs,but this is quite solid.

Pharosdos: Sand Breaker! I can't actually calc these, but the Earth Powers this thing can fire off are roughly equivalent to like Sheer Force Lando-I right? That's kinda wild. I think forcing the Dragon Flying onto the Mega hurts it alot more than help it though. Dragon Pulse as it's only STAB option is ass.

Manapour: Acts just like Manaphy in standard, so we won't know just how good it is tip Rain becomes a solid archetype.

Rotopex-Heat: What can I say, it's the new and improved version of whatever was subbed last slate.

Primarines: I loved this Pokemon submission in the past back when it was like the only offensive Fire and Water type potentially on the table (and back when it could feasibly break Volquag with enough outside chip w/ NP). Now it would face alot more competition and has effectively lost any chance of breaking Volquag, so I'll look at it purely as a Rain setter. In that regard? It's fine. Like I said above, I am not fond of rain and sun setters that can be nuked by the very moves it boosts in its own weather, but outside of that, I believe it has quite the number of tools in order to realistically do is role as a weather setter well.

Glasir: Not a fan of this Pokémon, but I respect any attempt to balance Moody as an ability. I just think that outside of it's Moody gimmick, it has little to really offer. The Megas are interesting ig, both require INSANE Hazard support to even attempt to function but it's that's to hold back their pretty ridiculous strength.

Cursomoloma: I think it's bad. Heavily competes with the numerous bulky Ghosts we have and has an ability that effectively neuters its defensive utility. It's SpA is also a bit too low to abuse as an offensive set either, so I am not really sure what gives here.

Amphartana: I think the base form is bad too. It's an excellent typing do not get me wrong, but it's piss poor STAB options make that Attack stat seem weaker than it should be, basically making it easy for defensive mons to be able to stay in if hit neutrally and cripple it in return. It's Mega has a similar problem, having weak STAB options heavily hold back it's offensive potential.

Porytom-Z-Wash: I think this is largely outclassed by Noicity. Nasty Plot is admittedly decent but pound for pound this heavily competes with the bat and joy in a good way. If you want a Pokemon that spams strong Electric and Normal "STAB" with a Ground immunity, run Noicity instead.

Rejynx: Memes aside, I think this alternate take on Manicuno-Galar, one that Instead of nukes stuff right out the back, uses status inflictions and Nasty Plot boosting to get around defensive builds that Manny couldn't handle. I'm still uneasy at sharing typings exactly but we'll see.

Metaboma: As what Earl said, Garbage base form with two cool Megas. I agree stuff like that aren't my cup I of tea, but the cat is out of the bag with Absable. In regards to the Megas? They are nightly strong, particularly the first one. A SD Mega Metaboma sounds frightening to face, but we have a surplus of fast fighting type, so we may be in the clear.

Snowtran: Decent special attacker. Does not have the sheer utility Heatran has thanks to its typing and STAB signature move Magma Storm, but it can hit hard and hit REALLY hard if it's lucky enough to swap in on a Fire type move.

Kokovoir: This thing was was scary back when it was Electric / Fairy, but now that it's pure Fairy I think I am in love with its concept. Adding some extra speed demons really help here, and being able to pivot around with either Volt or U-turn is pretty useful too. Best part is grabbing the abilities I whatever it faces, which can lead to some amazing battle matchups.

Archtyrant: A very scary set up sweeper with the luxury of Screen support. I know the drawbacks are pretty apparent but in reality it probs takes only one use of Head Smash to fall at 50% and after that it's pretty home free if you lack priority. Problematic to say the least.

Lielucha: Nice Unburden sweeper we got here. It's a respectable speed tier even prior to its ability's activation, which speaks to how good it can be. A SR weakness and the limited BP of its STAB options can potentially hold it back however, and it's fraility means it's gonna be hard to get that good +2.

Indeezing-Galar: Nice terrain setter. Gets colourful coverage options if Wallbreaker is the route you wish to go and has solid bulk. Effectively healing your foes status conditions is not the side effect I expected us to have though

Pairing the two Fairies: These do effectively the same thing, and while they aren't bad, they are worse than AquaticPanic's Aromacremie. Thu do not really have enough tools to diversify themselves from it, so you should look into that since they they are all directly competing for a role. I should let you know subbing two Pokemon with minute differences but ultimately serve the same role is never a good idea, as it effectively splits votes others will have between them.

Malacargo: I'd have more hopes for this Pokemon if it wasn't for the fact that most competent physical attackers right now can 2HKO it regardless of its ability because of SE STAB.

Dreamboat: I support all Pig subs. But seriously, a very strong bulky but slow wallbreaker is my favorite Pokemon archetype, and Dramboar hits many of the needed nails on the head for success a) a typing with plenty of innate defensive utility, b) not being weak to Rocks AKA freeing up it's item slot for more options. Being resistant to Rocks is another huge benefit. c) Very high power right off the bat. Usually not requiring set up to threaten both offensive and defensive teams. D) Reliable recovery. Helps capitalize on its natural bulk and ensures it Wallbreaker throughout the match.
Top pick for sure.

Krokocat: Good defensive utility ig? Idk, something tells me this Pokemon needs a little more, just a little more omph to make it in Fusion Evolution UU.

Kyottler: It's good. It faces ALOT of competition this slate but I think it's one of the better Rain setter subs this time around.

Sziclus: U-Turn nuke is honestly the only real niche I think this has, and I'd be more on board if this wasn't Rocks weak. Making a mon reliant on spamming U-turn rocks weak is kinda eh

Taurcross: I think it's pretty safe to say that this thing is broken. STAB Facade blows up absolutely everything, it hits so hard even the Unawares are 2HKOed, thanks to how Facade works you still can nuke an incoming Weezlord-Galar if you have some chip and hazards up because it lacks recovery and then you keep on steamrolling. It's Mega is also broken but for different reasons. I really recommend not dealing with this...at all.

Raipharos: You should add the additional +5 to all stats because you used the same two abilities with each other (Static + Static). Outside of that it's a generic Mono Electric type. Not sure how desirable that is. At least they get Nasty Plot! (Honestly it's the Mega that is far more interesting here).

Slageot: This thing is pretty funny and surprisingly not a broken right out the bat fusion. Forcing a defense drop effectively forces Truant onto it, which leads to some interesting interactions with existing Pokémon and possible future ones. My only gripe is this thing may compete with existing fusion Dragontler, which has the same typing and has similar roles. (CB Breaker)

Gardekazam: Same deal as above, but honestly I do not think this thing will fly because it's Megas are both pretty broken and the base form was very borderline before it gets the +5 stats that it should have gotten thanks to pairing up two same abilities. So check on this, it def needs a nerf.

Infernotar: It's a specialized Infernape. I expect it perform similarly most NP breakers of it's time, but it's a shame it can't full off the stuff Infernape gets away with thanks to Mach Punch and equal mixed offenses and what not.

Curfetch'd (tell me if this was an intentional spelling or a correction please): I love this mon. I didn't think these two polar opposite pokemon would be able to mesh together as well as they do, but here we are. It kinda reminds me of Conkeldurr and other slow fat Fighting types, my favorite brand of fighters, but the added secondary typing is great. No STAB priority helps keeps it in check (honestly otherwise SD would go BRRRRRRRRRR) but I still expect it to be a ferocious breaker if it gets in. It's ability also keeps it in check because after getting hit itself, it can't stay in for too long.

Swansey: I personally am not a fan. We already have a dedicated SpD bulky Normal type, so I am not sure of the benefits of adding this thing to the metagame.

Mr. Conk: Very cool. It basically takes all of the issues I personally have with anaconja 's Sandchamp and rectified them, while still not being an absurd Pokemon. It bangs, I love it and it has a Gen 5 mon.

Exekoal-Alola: Very good at setting sun. I could even see it being used as a primarily offensive Pokemon if it weren't as slow as it is. Shell Smash sucks ass on it though. Not sure how spicy of a TR abuser this is.

I must preface to say I think ALL of your submissions are good. It's gonna be very difficult to pick which ones I think people will vote for once we get to voting time, but for a new user you rock!

Aurodactyl: This thing is great! It's a practical use of two eh Fossil Pokémon and one of the rare instances where I think "both abilities combined" is superior to just about any creative mishmash you could otherwise come up with. This thing hits really hard, but thanks to its reliance on Boots + a few checks that are already running around I expect it to be a strong but ultimately balanced addition. Base Form Aero being strictly better than it's mega sucks though but it is what it is.

Lucaricroa: Good SD breaker. Poison physical breakers of this mold do face big competition from Garborude but I think this could separate itself from it if it did get in.

Clawliwrath: Strong Specs Breaker. Water type wall breakers (offensive water types in general) are not a dime a dozen here and I think this has a good shot of being a distinct addition to the meta.

Tapu Wash: An interesting take on a Tapu fusion, one that actually requires it's Terrain to be up to be viable. Surprised you didn't take into account Tapu Fini and Wishiwashi surprisingly vast physical movepool when crafting the fusion, but it's your thing so utimately that's your call.

Tapu Poda: Another interesting take on a Terrain setter. It's all and all a great fusion, has Spikes, Knock Off, can keep up momentum with STAB U-turn and even when an opposing terrain setter switches in, it pivots out. Great pick.

Malamarch: This thing is amazing lol. A solid Wallbreaker with a very funny ability. In reality it won't be very useful on itself, but can be potentially devasting to cripple opposing sweepers. Solid speed tier, good typing and strong STABs would ensure this mon will be a standout.

Toxedon: This thing is genuinely bad. It's outclassed as a bulky Ground by everything else that exists and has no STAB Poison moves. I think the Clef idea was better lol.

Togeogre: This thing is pretty strong. Serene Grace Scald is a bitch to face, especially one backed by Drizzle. Not sure if Serene Grace is the ability you should use here.

Rioluaza: Nothing much else to say than this thing is hot garbage. Way too slow, and weak to do what it wants to do. Neutering its own priority sucks ass too lol. It's Mega is pretty solid though, may even be a tad bit extra.

Smooches: This thing is broken with a Psychic typing. Psychic Fairy fighting coverage hits the entire currently existing metagame, and is incredibly solid coverage all around. It's also packing a nuke in STAB Stored Power backed by Geomancy. I think the remedy here is changing it's typing to Ice. Ice Fairy has a pretty redundant coverage and it for es to go either drop your own STAB or pick and choose what suitable coverage to run. With Ice Fairy it's still a strong Pokemon, but it's alot more managable than its current iteration.

Wyceus: Delete this. It's horrendously uncompetitive. Shadow Tag will never be competitive.

Vaporium: Seems like a pretty mediocre pick tbh. Better Grasses and Better Water types are running about.

Aegisharp: Firstly, I must point out, this thing does NOT encroach on Scolisharp. They are two different Pokemon that operate and play very differently. You cant swap out Scolisharp for this and expect similar results. It's the same reason you cant swap out Gengar or Dragapult for Aegislash on builds. The Pokemon are obviously built different and can and obviously do different things. That being said - I understand the specific niche of Defiant being something that Scolisharp has to its own, so for the sake letting it standout, I implore you use a differing ability that Bisharp has. Pressure or Inner Focus work well here. Also, the stat distribution is done incorrectly - you have 40 extra BST points to use and you have to distribute all 40 of them, which you didn't. You also cannot subtract points from existing stats to move them elsewhere, which you did. Correct these so your submission isn't disqualified. Otherwise, the Pokemon itself is fine, structurally it's worse Aegislash, and Aegislash is not a top tier OU pick. I expect it to do similar things to what Aegislash does in standard, but with more Swords Dancing.

We only have two Ice-type UU fusions so far so... Permit me to try patching it up!

Mr. Curse: Not really a fan, it has a weird ability that only works versus a very specific archetype, and outside of that ability it's a pretty eh Wallbreaker.

Soloswine: This is nice. It is a solid Wallbreaker with a unique typing really geared towards maximizing it's offensive prowess and little else. Classic glass cannon build. As I said, I support all pig fusions.

Glaseon: It's name is too close to Glaceon for me personally. Outside of that, I have no real opinions on this.

Volgoo: I think it's mediocre. Bug Dragon is a very particular typing, being walled by the two best defensive typing in the game and not helpful paired together. Plus it lacks all of the best tools of these Typings that make them otherwhile (good nuke options, something like Scale Shot SD and First Impression).

Ramgutor-Alola: I don't think this is that good. It's only real niche IS OTR, which isn't as great as you think it is (just check out how my OTR users are in UU and above) especially with a defensive typing as poor as this.

With Beedrillite, it has 67 / 185 / 40 / 40 / 60 / 175 and Adaptibility. Obviously, it cannot use Beedrillite.

Using Sharpedonite, it has 67 / 145 / 70 / 85 / 85 / 115 with Strong Jaw. This is less broken than Beedrillite, but its Attack stat is tied with Chomplim-Mega while having much higher Speed and an actually useful ability. Pretty sure it's best left banned.

Sharpedrill: I think you really oversold how good this is. It's a worse Sharpedo base and a much worse Sharpedo-Mega. Rocks weakness and an ability that sounds great in theory until you find out your best Bug move will force you out anyways. Imo it should be part Dark and the fusion balanced around the Mega. But then it would compete with either Scolisharp or Garborude. Lol

New Ability: Perish Veil = (Perish Body + Aroma Veil)
Ability Description: Protects user/allies from the effect of Attract, Disable, Encore, Heal Block, Perish Song, Taunt and Torment.
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
lol
Hex, Moonblast, Shadow Ball (Hydro Pump/Earth Power as coverage maybe)
Nasty Plot, Stealth Rock, Strength Sap, Trick Room, Will-o-wisp
Role Justification: Offensive Trick Room setter that can seriously threaten offensive teams with its high special attack and good stab combo. It can also use Nasty Plot to break through bulkier teams. It might also be able to pull off a defensive set thanks to its decent bulk and access to moves like Strength Sap and Strealth Rock.

New Ability: Teaching Tech = (Technician + Mummy)
More offensive sets can Bullet Punch Manicuno for a lot of damage while also resisting both of its stabs and being immune to common coverage in the form of Focus Blast.

Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
Body Press, Bullet Punch, Knock Off, Poltergeist, U-Turn
Night Shade
Defog, Iron Defense, Roost, Swords Dance, Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Trick Room, Will-o-Wisp
Role Justification: Similar to base form but with better stats overall. However, it can't give its ability to the opponent and can't hold items.
Arosola: Not a fan, but I will admit it fits the mold for a great slow bulky Wallbreaker well. Good just not my cup of tea.

Cofazor: Cool Pokémon. A solid defensive Pokemon with a tricky ability. Probably my only gripe us the numerous pokemon that somewhat shares it's type that it will have to compete with. We do have alot of Steels and alot of Ghosts.

Decided that I'm going to be a gimmick submitter

I don't know why the sudden obsession with OTR. It's pretty niche, for very good reasons, and it would be sad if we get 6 or 7 Pokémon for a subpar playstyle because someone has a TR fetish.

Anyways gl on everyone who submits!

Swords Dance, Trick

Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
Earthquake, Zen Headbutt, Close Combat, Body Press, Heavy Slam

Stealth Rock, Synthesis, Leech Seed, Trick Room, Aromatherapy, Iron Defense
Role Justification: A physical wall that has Stamina + Recovery as its main gimmick. It also has pretty reasonable support movepool. However, it has a pretty exploitable type with lots of common weaknesses, so there are plenty of options for breaking it. Should be a nice defensive option, though.

Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:

Giga Drain, Secret Sword, Focus Blast, Scald
Synthesis, Calm Mind, Leech Seed, Aromatherapy
Role Justification: Physical wall or Calm Mind sweeper; once again the typing is a mixed bag. However, Secret Sword + Giga Drain has a lot of utility, if you can avoid dying horribly to various Flying-types. Also it has an utterly useless ability which has to be an accomplishment for this mod.

In respose of G-Luke:
1. I modified my text and now Raipharos and Gardekazam have the buffs of the ability.
2. The Curfectch'd's pronunciation is acceptable. I couldn't think of a better name at the moment, but Anaconja's name idea (Sirsola) sounds better.
3. I didn't expect people thinks Curfectch'd is a good idea. When i was thinking of the fusion, i was thinking of the two Galarian evolutions of two Galarian forms of bad Pokemon from Gens 1-2.

EDIT: Taucross is nerfed now. Also I replaced Gardekazam with a new fusion called Sylvelow.

New Ability: Half-Baked = (Thick Fat + Flower Gift)
Ability Description: While in harsh sunlight, Cherritun will temporarily change into Cherritun-Baked. While Cherritun is in its baked form, it reduces damage received by itself and allies by 50%.
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
: Body Slam, Body Press, Petal Blizzard, Play Rough
: Petal Dance, Solar Beam, Pollen Puff, Dragon Pulse, Apple Acid
: Sunny Day, Iron Defense, Amnesia, Light Screen, Reflect, Leech Seed, Synthesis
Role Justification: Cherritun is simply a set up wall user, who can make good use of stacking various buffs. Half-Baked + Light Screen/Reflect can reduce damage recieved by Cherritun and its allies, if Fusion Evolution ever has a doubles format, by 1/4. Chose pure Grass over Grass/Dragon since imo Grass/Dragon has some glaring defensive issues. Anyone want some Cherry Pie?
Huh, well, apparently Fusion Evolution UU does have a doubles format. Neat. That would mean Cherritun also serves the role of a defensive support for doubles

Ability Description: If this Pokémon lands a critical hit, it is guaranteed to land a critical hit the next turn.
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
: Liquidation, Gunk Shot, Stone Edge, Slash, Cross Poison, Payback
: Shell Smash, Iron Defense, Baneful Bunker
Role Justification: Physical Wall/Physical Wallbreaker. I know there is already a Toxapex used in all of this, but I wanted to try and adapt Merciless to a more aggressive playstyle. Running Stone Edge, Slash, or Cross Poison will be great for starting up a critical hit chain.

New Ability: Monkey See, Monkey Do = (Gorilla Tactics + Wandering Spirit)
Ability Description: Boosts the Pokémon's Attack stat but only allows the use of the first selected move. If an opposing Pokémon makes contact, both Pokémon will swap abilities.
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
: Shadow Claw, Earthquake, Zen Headbutt, Stone Edge, Thief, Iron Head, Fire Punch, Flare Blitz
: Belly Drum, Substitute, Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock, Encore, Skill Swap
Role Justification: Runetan-Galar essentially implements the Trick-Choice Item strategy, but with abilities rather than items. It’s strong physical attack and hazard options give it quite the options, allowing to either become a physical sweeper, or a hazard setter. I also noticed there was a shortage in ice fusions

Ability Description: If this Pokémon is hit by a physical attack, they will restore 33% of their maximum health.
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
: Play Rough, Nuzzle, Iron Tail, Wild Charge, Icicle Crash, Icicle Spear
: Parabolic Charge, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Mirror Coat, Uproar, Thunder, Dazzling Gleam
: Aurora Veil, Acid Armor, Iron Defense, Hail, Substitute, Eerie Impulse, Light Screen
Role Justification: Physical Wall. Eerie Impulse/Light Screen can force the opponent to use physical moves. I initially made this with Greedent, for the better defensive stats, but Ice/Normal is an utterly terrible defensive typing.

New Ability: Perfect Knight = (Scrappy + Galvanize)
Ability Description: Normal-Type moves become Fighting-Type Moves and can hit ghost types. (Note: No power boost is given to those moves)
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
: Meteor Assault, Leaf Blade, Double Edge, Steamroller, Stone Edge, Wild Charge, Earthquake, Steel Wing, Dual Wingbeat
: Swords Dance, Rock Polish
Role Justification: With its 147 Attack, Golfetch’d-Alola is a potent wall breaker and physical sweeper. It’s major weakness are it’s low speed and subpar special defense. Due to it having access to Rock Polish, it is vital to not leave Golfetch’d Alola to its own devices for too long.

New Ability: Cloak and Dagger = (Corrosion + Infiltrator)
Ability Description: If this Pokémon strikes an opponent Pokémon's barrier, substitute, and the like, this Pokémon will pass through, both hitting their attack and poisoning their opponent, even if the target is a Steel or Poison type. (The types of barriers Salatomb can attack through are the same as what you can do with infiltrator)
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
: Foul Play, Fake Out
: Venoshock, Hex, Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Snarl, Flamethrower, Fire Blast
: Nasty Plot, Corrosive Gas, Toxic, Destiny Bond
Role Justification: Screen, Substitute, and Protect punisher. Salatomb has overall mediocre stats, but the ability to punish these stall/setup attempts with poisoning is quite valuable and unique, albeit kinda niche.

New Ability: Lightning volt = (Lightning Rod + Teravolt)
Ability Description: The Pokémon draws in all Electric-type moves. Instead of being hit by Electric-type moves, it boosts its Sp. Atk and Moves can be used on the target regardless of its Abilities.
You have only added +10 BST. Rules say you must add a total of +40. This means that your fusion is missing 30 free points to distribute, although I would avoid adding too many Attack points due to this getting Dragon Dance and really strong STABs + Teravolt. (Also minor thing but the current stat spread adds up to 509 BST, not 499)

New Ability: Voltified = (Justified + Volt Absorb)
Ability Description: Being hit by a Dark-type move boosts the Attack stat of the Pokémon, for justice also Restores HP if hit by an Electric-type move instead of taking damage.
You forgot to add the obligatory +40 BST points. Also less of an issue more of a tip, but your Role Justifications should explain what the pokémon does in-battle rather than a very superficial view + a bit of lore

New Ability: Magic Focus = (Magic Bounce + Inner Focus)
Ability Description: Reflects status moves instead of getting hit by them and The Pokémon's intensely focused, and that protects the Pokémon from flinching.
You added +57 BST, which goes over the rules' limit of +40 BST. Also I feel as though the name is not intuitive enough for a fusion, "Eon" doesn't really tell the player that it is a fusion of Espeon and Umbreaon as much as something such as, say, "Umbrespeon" would. We tend to stick to intuitive names here to ease new players into getting to know right away what a fusion is made out of.

New Ability: Lineman (Libero + Soundproof)- Effects of both
Libero rather pushes this over the edge. I don't think I need to go too in-depth with this one - Libero is simply a very strong ability that is very hard to balance (In other words this hits really hard thanks to Libero)

:ss/Hoopa-unbound::ss/Wishiwashi:

Types:

Base Stats: 80 / 22 / 15 / 26/ 27/ 69 [BST: 239]
Ability: Item Bounded
while I appreciate the attempt at balancing Unbound through having no item, this still comes off as rather strong fusion. The mix between above average bulk, great offenses on both sides and access to TR with a relatively low Speed makes this a very threatening fusion that I'm afraid is too much for our current power level.

New Ability: Guts Force = (Guts + Sheer Force)
I feel like Guts + STAB Facade complemented by Fighting STAB really makes this too good. I'd really recomend just swapping out Guts for another ability (Maybe Moxie, you'd still have a somewhat consistent way to boost Attack by 1.5x but without having a 140 BP Facade)

New Ability: Pixits = (Guts + Pixilate)
Ability Description: When this Pokemon is statused, its Attacks are multiplied by 1.2 and its Normal-type moves became Fairy-type.
Similarly, this is way too strong. Guts + STAB Facade in itself is already a very potent combo, and this has those + Boomburst + Pixilate making for 168 Base Power STABs that are backed up by the ability boosting its attacks by 1.5x. It hits insanely hard and I don't think it can be accepted as is.

New Ability: Big Truant = (Truant + Big Pecks)
Ability Description: When the Defense of this Pokemon drops, it won't attack every two turns. Movements that drops the user's deffense will not activate the ability
If I'm reading this right, this would be Truant but it only activates if the user has a Defense drop. I suggest doing the opposite - make it have Truant effects, but if the user has a Defense dropped, it no longer will loaf around. This would allow for much easier counterplay to it (while still letting it achieve the ability's effects through Close Combat). As it stands right now, the stats are rather concerning, as it has really good bulk, high Attack and viable Speed which push it over the edge a bit.

New Ability: Resolute = (Steadfast + Anticipation)
Ability Description: Upon entering battle, if the opposing pokemon has a super effective move against the user, the user's speed increases by one stage.
This fusion unfortunately already exists in FE OU and thus cannot be re-created here :(

New Ability: Forewarned Aura = (Fairy Aura + Forewarn)
Ability Description: This Pokémon Emits an Aura that revels the strongest move of any Pokémon that enters the battlefield
Geomancy makes this very concerning, despite the poor typing. Don't think there's much of a way to save this one.

New Ability: Dream Touch = (Poison Touch + Bad Dreams)
Ability Description: This Pokémon’s contact moves have a 30% chance to put the target to sleep
small thing but you added +39 rather than +40. That aside, the ability effect is rather uncompetitive and I'll have to ask you to change it, preferably to something that doesn't involve causing the foe to fall Asleep by a percentage (I suggest Sticky Hold + Bad Dreams to cause the foe to fall asleep if it removes thios pokémon's item)

Base Stats: 62 / 152 / 75 / 100 / 60 / 85
This is more so a correction than a disqualification itself, but per the rules, Blade form's statshave to be 62 / 140 / 87 / 55 / 125 / 65

New Ability: Sticky Scale = (Multiscale + Sticky Hold)
Ability Description: Combine effect of Multiscale and Sticky Hold.
This is rather too bulky with Multiscale. I would suggest just changing it to Sticky Hold + Pressure, a Flying-Type that can't lose Heavy-Duty Boots is already a very solid concept for a fusion and it definitely would still be bulky enough to do the roles you intended it to!

New Ability: Haste = (Defeatist + Unburden)
Ability Description: Unburden, but halves Speed at 50% of Max HP or less
We'd be more comfortable with this having 108 Attack rather than 118. Meteor Beam + Unburned, even if on a nerfed version of the ability, is still rather strong and this has a ton of coverage.

New Ability: Teaching Tech = (Technician + Mummy)
Ability Description: Moves with 60 or less bp have 1.5x power. If this pokemon damages another with a move with 60 or less bp, the target's ability's is replaced with Teaching Tech.
I'll ask you to relocate 10 of the Defense investments and all of the 20 Attack points into Special Attack and Speed. 65 / 135 physical defense and 110 Attack on a Ghost / Steel with reliable recovery and Swords Dance is a bit boarderline and the council has decided it'd be best if it was a bit less optimised.

New Ability: Intruder = (Rain Dish + Infiltrator)
Ability Description: Has the same effects of both abilities
This ends up being a bit too strong because of Shell Smash. I'd suggest changing it to Wartortle / Golbat, as that would lower its Attacking power while still making its Defenses viable.

New Ability: Half-Baked = (Thick Fat + Flower Gift)
Ability Description: In harsh sunlight, Cherritun will change into Cherritun-Baked, reducing damage received by itself and allies. (Cherritun-Baked is a purely cosmetic indication that its ability is in effect)
For this one I'll just ask you to edit your post to clarify by how much the damge is reduced, as right now it is not clear.

New Ability: Monkey See, Monkey Do = (Gorilla Tactics + Wandering Spirit)
Ability Description: Boosts the Pokémon's Attack stat but only allows the use of the first selected move. If this Pokémon lands a physical attack, it will swap abilities with its target.
Council has decided to veto this one out of being very difficult to switch into, since it locks Walls into using their first-selected move and otherwise hits like a truck.

That's it for base fusions! Reminder, You have 24 hours to fix these otherwise they'll be disqualified (Do note that some of these cannot be really nerfed in a way that would save them, so there's cases where there isn't much you can do)

Now, for Megas that would be quickbanned if their base form won:

:swsh/tapu_koko::swsh/gardevoir-mega:
this really should not be a surprise given it was submitted by a council member who himself said this would be quickbanned lol
:swsh/kyogre-primal::swsh/dottler:
Stats + Primordial Sea and Recover are very concerning and are too much for the metagame right now
:swsh/sharpedo::swsh/beedrill-mega:
that 185 atk adaptability with 175 speed hits hard
:swsh/sceptile-mega::swsh/archeops:
158 Sp Attack and 150 Speed with great coverage is rather absurd, base is rather strong but at least Priority cripples that and it only gets one shot at sweeping

Do note that for these megas, the base form would still be allowed, just the megas that would be banned.

Included numbers on Cherritun’s ability, and made greater specifications on the duration of its effects. If you or the rest of the council believes those numbers are too high, I could reduce them a bit.
Also wanted to see if Runetan-Galar was potentially salvageable, and reworked both its stats and ability a bit. This draft certainly has more counter play against it, though I don’t know if it’s still considered too strong.

Submissions are now closed for Slate 11. Veto post time!

For those who are new, a Veto Post lists all the fusions who wither break the rules, are too strong or otherwise problematic, and are considered disqualified (unless they receive nerfs). People have roughly 24 hours to fix them before voting starts.

This one's bulk alongside its typing and offensive presence is a tiny bit concerning. We ask you to lower HP to 60 (Dump the remaining 15 points into Sp Atk).

You forgot to add the obligatory +40 BST points. Also less of an issue more of a tip, but your Role Justifications should explain what the pokémon does in-battle rather than a very superficial view + a bit of lore

You added +43 BST, which goes over the rules' limit of +40 BST.

Libero rather pushes this over the edge. I don't think I need to go too in-depth with this one - Libero is simply a very strong ability that is very hard to balance (In other words this hits really hard thanks to Libero)

while I appreciate the attempt at balancing Unbound through having no item, this still comes off as rather strong fusion. The mix between above average bulk, great offenses on both sides and access to TR with a relatively low Speed makes this a very threatening fusion that I'm afraid is too much for our current power level.

This fusion unfortunately already exists in FE OU and thus cannot be re-created here :(

Nerfs:
Taucross:Replaced Guts in favour of Moxie. The ability now does the combined effects of Moxie and Sheer Force.
Sylvellow:Now the ability boosts it's Attacks by 1.2, and not by 1.5. Also I made a stat rework.
Slageot: Make the ablity work differently. Now Truant is active till a Defense stat is modified (decreased or increased) and the user can made these changes that will deactivate the ability. I had to give it this effect because Slageot can't learn Close Combat or any defense dropping moves.

Relocated 10 Points from Special Attack to HP, new spread is 82 / 122 / 75 / 108 / 75 / 125. Hopefully this nerfs it enough :D
