Name: Sludgeon
Evolves From: Gastrodon-East
Typing: Water / Dragon
Weight: 20 kg
Abilities: Sticky Hold / Hydration / Poison Heal
Stats: 82 / 101 / 97 / 61 / 98 / 89 (BST: 528)
New Moves: Dragon Dance, Stomping Tantrum, Parting Shot, Poison Jab, Toxic Spikes, Outrage, Liquidation
Removed Moves: Ice Beam, Blizzard
Flavor/Design: Sludgeon is known by some as the Wrath of the Seas. Due to the heavy pollution of the East Sea, Gastrodon have begun to evolve and become Sludgeons. No more gods, only rage.
Competitive Description: Sludgeon is a Dragon Dance sweeper with access to reliable recovery from Poison Heal and, well, Recover. Poison Jab hits the Fairy-types that threaten it, and Parting Shot lets it escape from sticky situations, at the cost of losing its stat boosts.
Name: Vibrollusk
Evolves From: Gastrodon-West
Typing: Water / Ground
Weight: 20 kg
Abilities: Sticky Hold / Storm Drain / Serene Grace
Stats: 110 / 61 / 97 / 98 / 101 / 61 (BST: 528)
New Moves: Toxic Spikes, Hyper Voice
Removed Moves: Earthquake
Flavor/Design: Vibrollusk is a product of the relatively calm West Sea causing a Gastrodon to achieve evolution through pure calm. Its only concern is mating, which it does by vibrating intensely, emitting a booming mating call.
Competitive Description: Vibrollusk is an expansion of standard Gastrodon, being a water-immune water/ground mon with high defensive stats and reliable recovery. It now has the option to use Toxic Spikes, and could theoretically run Serene Grace with Scald and/or Ice beam.

Name: Escargoop
Evolves From: Slugma
Typing: Fire / Poison
Weight: 40 kg
Abilities: Poison Point / Flame Body / White Smoke
Stats: 81 / 53 / 84 / 125 / 92 / 101 (BST: 536)
New Moves: Flip Turn, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Rapid Spin, Energy Ball
Removed Moves: Shell Smash, Rock Polish, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Rollout, Smack Down, Stone Edge, Sandstorm
Flavor/Design: Escargoop has a reputation of being highly dangerous to train, not due to any aspects of its demeanor (in fact, they tend to be quite friendly), but because even being near one is simply incredibly dangerous. Not only are they seemingly made of lava, but they constantly emit highly toxic smoke.
Competitive Description: Escargoop is a hard-hitting Scarf user, plain and simple. It uses Fire Blast as its primary STAB, and has Energy Ball for hitting the Ground-types and Water-types that threaten it. Flip Turn is generally a nice thing for this kind of pokemon to have, which Escargoop does.
Name: Snailava
Typing: Fire / Rock
Weight: 100 kg
Abilities: Flame Body / Magma Armor / Weak Armor
Stats: 92 / 81 / 125 / 84 / 101 / 53 (BST: 536)
New Moves: Power Gem, Meteor Beam, Energy Ball
Removed Moves: Shell Smash
Flavor/Design: Snailava come into existence when a Magcargo realizes it can absorb lava to add to its being. These absolute units of lava snails are far more agressive than their poisonous counterparts, but they are too slow to really do anything about it.
Competitive Description: A simple mon that stands to simply exist as Magcargo, but better at being a functional wall.
