Stats: 90/80/120/120/80/90 (580 BST)
Weight: 846,2kgs
Relevant Moves: Defog, Draco Meteor, Dragon Tail, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Moonlight, Scald, All Universal TMs
Flavor Moves: Aerial Ace, Ancient Power, Aqua Jet, Aqua Ring, Aqua Tail, Avalanche, Bite, Blizzard, Breaking Swipe, Bulldoze, Crunch, Dive, Double-Edge, Dragon Breath, Dragon Dance, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Rush, Earthquake, Future Sight, Giga Impact, Gravity, Hail, Heavy Slam, Hone Claws, Hyper Beam, Hyper Voice, Iron Defense, Iron Tail, Life Dew, Muddy Water, Outrage, Psych Up, Rain Dance, Roar of Time, Safeguard, Sandstorm, Scale Shot, Scary Face, Soak, Strength, Sunny Day, Surf, Swift, Twister, Water Gun, Water Pulse, Weather Ball
Description: Leviatime is a huge sea serpent who can cause waves that make people travel back in time. It also often changes the time of day to make the tides high. When it comes to competitive play, Leviatime makes use of Air Lock, allowing it to threaten Fluormingo and Gargogunk unlike other pokemon with a similar stat spread or type such as Fuscicea. Its good physical bulk and access to Moonlight makes it able to counter Fluxtape-Stereo reliably, especially since it's not only faster, but can also hit it hard with its water type moves even if sun is up.

Pokemon Name: Chloroboros (Chlorophyll + Ouroboros)
Type:

Ability: Poison Point/Merciless (Grassy Surge)
Weight: 135.0
Stats: 80/110/50/70/109/101 (510)
Moves: UTMs, Grassy Glide, Horn Leech, Poison Jab, Leech Seed, Fell Stinger, Bounce, Spiky Shield, Toxic, Bite, Hone Claws, Giga Drain, Sludge Wave, Rototiller, Grassy Terrain, Mega Drain, Vine Whip, Smog, Scratch, Corrosive Gas, Supersonic, Worry Seed, Growl
Flavor: As Ouroboros is a snake eating its own tail, Chlouroboros has a similar aesthetic. The green snake makes a large loop with its body and sucks on its tail. A purple ooze drips down from its mouth, presumably saliva. The snake is incredibly large and rolls to pick up steam before leaping into the air to attack.
Description: Ah yes, another pun submission (chlorophyll + ouroboros). I decided to make a Rillaboom-esque pokemon in the sense that it has grassy surge and grassy glide, but I wanted to make specifically sure that it could not deal similarly ridiculous amounts of damage as the monkey. Therefore, I toned down the attack of the pokemon and instead spread the surplus stats into special defense. In general, the stats of the pokemon are quite weak, having poultry 80/50 defense stats and a highest total stat of only 110. In addition, I gave the pokemon enough options that it would prefer to have over th ostensibly obvious choice band set in leech seed, fell stinger, bounce, spiky shield, and toxic. Chloroboros has no way to hit fire flying types super effectively, gets walled out by steel types pretty effectively, and only has bite for psychic types. With that being said, under the right set of conditions, Chloroboros can truly be terrifying (grassy surge grassy glides and stab poison jabs under a fell stinger boost or horn leech + leech seed + grassy terrain + leftovers pog-covery to make up for a poor defense stat). I hope you enjoy sorry I was gone from this for a while :(.

Pokemon: Whitwhallis (White Whale)
Ability: Pressure (HA Levitate)
Type:

Weight: 1999.4
Stats: 140/60/110/90/80/40 (520)
Moves: UTMs, Aqua Tail, Dragon Claw, Dragon Pulse, Steam Eruption, Recover, Air Slash, Body Slam, Haze, Noble Roar, Rollout, Water Gun, Tail Whip, Defense Curl, Dragon Rage
Flavor: Beefed out Wailord Inspiration is from the white whale from Re:Zero, Whitwhallis is a majestic, flying white whale with large, Noivern-esque wings. The stuff of nightmares, basically.
Description: Whitwhallis is the definition of a stat stick pokemon. While its 140/110/80 defenses are incredibly, its 90 special attack and access to steam eruption are nothing to sneeze at, and it can recover with...well, recover. However, upon further examination, there are some idiosyncrasies about Whitwhallis that make it incredibly unique. Whitwhallis has no access to status, and its only way to status debuff the opponent is through haze and noble roar. The whale also has no way to defend itself from opposing status. Similarly, levitate and pressure are both prophylactic abilities, but not necessarily "fantastic" as some other abilities on this pokemon would be. With levitate, Whitwhallis resists plenty of types and has immense defensive stats, but if the opponent can stave off its steam eruptions, it cannot really do much in return. Imo, this makes it a really interesting pokemon (I gave it levitate because, to my knowledge, there is a problematic pokemon with flare blitz + earthquake coverage)!

Name: Nenoki (ne, Japanese for root, + enoki, the mushroom)
Ability: Effect Spore | Grassy Surge (Regenerator)
Type:

Stats: 110 | 70 | 120 | 110 | 90 | 43 (BST: 523)
Weight: 12.7 kg
Height: 0.6m
Relevant Moves:
Physical: Body Slam, Seed Bomb
Special: Grass Knot, Solar Beam, Sludge Wave, Energy Ball, Pollen Puff, Sludge Bomb, Giga Drain
Status: Moonlight, Spore, Stun Spore, Synthesis, Toxic, Leech Seed, Strength Sap

Flavor Moves: universal TMs, Bide, Secret Power, Venoshock, Clear Smog, Mega Drain, Absorb, Endure, Grassy Terrain, Growth, Ingrain, Nature Power, Poison Powder, Rage Powder, Sweet Scent, Worry Seed, Magic Coat, Pain Split, Acid Armor, Aromatherapy, Aromatic Mist, Floral Healing, Forest's Curse, Grassy Terrain, Life Dew, Sleep Powder, Venom Drench
Description:
Competitive: you know, I have this strange feeling this thing is a statblock... no matter! It'll be fine.
Super bulky 110/120/90 stats, with Regenerator and tons of healing makes this the premier defensive option for most teams. This thing stops Nympheral in its tracks, with Stone Edge and +1 Meteor Beam only 2HKOing. In return, Energy Ball cleanly OHKOes. 110 Special Attack and Grassy Surge further augments its prowess, and a slew of support moves makes it a valuable member of any team. However, its relative passiveness means that it is dead meat to (special) setup sweepers, and can also be easily countered by resists such as Thermasorb, Fluxtape-Stereo and Harzodia.
Flavor: No funny creation story this time. Please don't downvote me because of that.
"When you pass through a forest, remember to stop by the glowing Nenoki. They are said to bring good luck."
The bulk paired with Regenerator makes this too difficult to take down, so you should reduce HP and defense. Additionally, Spore and Strength Sap can be quite powerful moves, so I would recommend removing one or both, depending on how much you reduce its bulk. If you want an already existing pokemon to compare this to, look at Amoonguss.

Name: Astrobeat (Astronaut+Beat)
Ability: Punk Rock/Static/(HA: Solar Power)
Type: Rock/Electric
Weight: 6.3 pounds
Stats: 70/137/95/120/45/87
Relevant Moves: Overdrive, Thunder Punch, Wild Charge, Meteor Beam, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Rock Polish, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Stealth Rock, Fire Punch, Hone Claws, Knock Off
Flavor Moves: WIP
Flavor: Rock n’ Roll in space *ba dum ching*
Summary: Can run Meteor Beam/Power Herb sets, overall attacking sets, or physical sets to deal with Fluormingo. It also might run a scarf set to outspeed some other threats in the meta, like (instert threats in the meta here). Solar Power lets it take advantage of the sun that Fluormingo sets, and Punk Rock lets it spam a boosted Overdrive.
While its coverage is pretty bad, 120 special attack paired with Meteor Beam and either Punk Rock to boost its electric stab or Solar Power to make it an incredible nuke under sun makes this too difficult to wall. Even Akanalud can take huge damage from a sun boosted Meteor Beam despite its huge special bulk and resistance to the move. As such, I would recommend either removing Meteor Beam or the damage boosting abilities.

For Water/Dragon, we have zxgzxg's Luffacoa...
Pokemon: Luffacoa [Luffa + Lucoa (derivative of Quetzalcoatl, don't ask me how)]
Type:

Ability: Shed Skin / Fluffy / Natural Cure
Stats: 82 / 80 / 75 / 90 / 65 / 115
Moves:
Physical:
Earthquake, Liquidation, Dragon Claw, Dragon Tail, Flip Turn
Special: Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Scald, Surf
Status: Defog, Dragon Dance, Haze, Heal Bell, Life Dew, Toxic, Trick
+universal TMs
Description: A Pokemon that can either go bulky or go fast. While Water/Dragon is a great defensive typing, it doesn't resist most of the key physical types (Fighting, Dark, Bug), so Fluffy helps resist certain physical moves, and the doubled Fire damage does not matter as this Pokemon quadruple resists Fire. This especially helps with Fluxtape-Stereo, whose main STABs are contact moves. Additionally, Luffacoa can forgo Fluffy for Natural Cure and run fast pivot sets. Natural Cure lets Luffacoa switch into Fire moves and Scald without fearing burns, allowing to even run (really bad) Dragon Dance sets. Run Trick Toxic/Flame Orb it'll be really funny I swear.
For Grass/Poison, Scoopapa's Platypad...
Name: Platypad
Ability: Triage / Oblivious | Flower Veil (HA)
Typing:

Stats: 85 / 85 / 85 / 110 / 103 / 82 | 550 BST
Weight: 125 kg
Movepool:
Special: Giga Drain, Leaf Storm, Sludge Bomb, Weather Ball, Hydro Pump, Scald, Shadow Ball
Physical: Flip Turn, Dragon Tail, Poison Jab, Petal Blizzard, Earthquake
Status: Slack Off, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Roar, Toxic, Aromatherapy, Haze, Leech Seed, Stun Spore, Belly Drum
Flavor: Venoshock, Sludge Wave, Poison Sting, Cross Poison, Poison Tail, Solar Beam, Energy Ball, Grass Knot, Magical Leaf, Seed Bomb, Bullet Seed, Grassy Glide, Mega Drain, Absorb, Aqua Tail, Liquidation, Surf, Whirlpool, Icy Wind, Zen Headbutt, Extrasensory, Bulldoze, Stomping Tantrum, Rock Slide, Outrage, Shockwave, Draining Kiss, Night Shade, Shadow Claw, Wild Charge, Payback, Assurance, Fling, Pollen Puff, Double Edge, Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Body Slam, Covet, Hyper Voice, Uproar, Tackle, Curse, Moonlight, Venom Drench, Poison Powder, Yawn, Defense Curl, Attract, After You, Charm, Psych Up, Life Dew, Amnesia, Stockpile, Swallow, Spit Up, Sunny Day, Rain Dance, Hail, Sandstorm, Grassy Terrain, Safeguard, Wide Guard, Block, Helping Hand

A lazy pokemon based on a platypus and a lily pad.
Reasoning: Can function as an offensive or defensive check to Nympheral, with options like Flip Turn and Spikes helping it wherever its offensive matchups fail it. Weather Ball does destroy Flourmingo, and is quite strong if Sun or even Rain is active. It also Speed creeps Fluxtape-S. A lack of boosting moves keeps it in check, and all it can do to Gargogunk is Flip Turn away.
Scoop also won Rock/Electric with Corundell...
Name: Corundell
Ability: Prankster / Rough Skin | Sand Force (HA)
Typing:

Stats: 50 / 100 / 150 / 50 / 100 / 105 | 555 BST
Weight: 89 kg
Movepool:
Physical: Diamond Storm, Earthquake, Zing Zap, Extreme Speed, U-turn, Body Press, Dual Wingbeat, Explosion
Status: Recover, Pain Split, Thunder Wave, Heal Bell, Magnet Rise, Teleport
Flavor: Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Rock Blast, Rock Tomb, Smack Down, Meteor Beam, Power Gem, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Discharge, Shock Wave, Zap Cannon, Wild Charge, Volt Switch, Spark, Thunder Shock, Earth Power, Bulldoze, Flash Cannon, Iron Head, Rock Smash, Acrobatics, X-Scissor, Lunge, Iron Defense, Cosmic Power, Calm Mind, Amnesia, Psych Up, Heal Pulse, Ally Switch, Helping Hand, Metal Sound, Screech, Trick Room, Wonder Room, Magic Room, Guard Swap, Speed Swap, Guard Split, Reflect,

An ancient man-made pokemon based on winged scarab pendants, which combine traits of beetles and birds. It's powered by a mysterious gem that radiates energy.
Reasoning: A pretty solid offensive pivot thanks to Diamond Storm and good all-around coverage. A Band set 2HKOs Flourmingo and outspeeds Fluxtape and Thermabsorb, making it a Sand-abusing check to sun teams. It also has tons of more gimmicky sets that focus around Prankster and/or Diamond Storm/Body Press shenanigans.

Next slate likely won't be up until at least 24 hours pass, but feel free to discuss the winners here!

Flavor Moves: stuff
Description: Rather than a fighter training in the mountains, the mountain has trained for a fight! Having one Stereotape counter and one check isn't enough, especially if both are Dragons. Might make building weird in some cases as the meta progresses and we get more Dragons that don't check it, you know? Let's finish this up with another check. I'm normally against adding resistances and immunities through an ability but it's kind of needed given how strong that thing is. Our prominent hazard removers are bulky Flying-types, and this breaks that mold as well. Its Close Combat and Earthquake are pretty strong given its Attack stat, but it hates to see Beetilient and can only really Knock Nimbustorm, which isn't the worst thing to do to that Pokemon.

Relevant Moves: Iron Head, Swords Dance, Knock Off, Zing Zap, Bulk Up, Sucker Punch, Sacred Sword, Switcheroo
Flavor Moves: idk yet but i'm NOT giving this phasing, don't worry
Description: Western bandit as a counterpart to my earlier cactus mon with arm blades instead of guns. It's not the strongest, pretty slow, and it's not super bulky, but it has two things to make up for this - a part Steel typing and full status immunity. This is basically meant to abuse Spirox fully while having a fantastic matchup against Nimbustorm and most other defensive Pokemon in general honestly. Beetilient is the one exception, that mon sure loves this slate doesn't it lol. The issue comes with how it's not that strong before setup, and how it relies on a single attacking move to hit anything faster than it. It might be pretty easy to force out with something faster than it assuming it can reliably take a Sucker Punch, especially since there are A LOT of defensive Pokemon that rely on or can utilize pivoting in this format.

Weight: idk
Relevant Moves: Ice Beam, Moonblast, Focus Blast, Aura Sphere, U-Turn, Calm Mind, Icicle Crash, Play Rough, Stone Edge
Flavor Moves: probably very similar to kelven's but without some of the coverage
Description: It ain't Kelven, that's for sure. I basically just changed mon that to suit this meta a bit better, this has comparatively lower stats across the board and modified coverage. It hits only one of the specially bulky Steels neutrally with its Fighting moves and the other doesn't care about anything this throws out, while it also doesn't do great against Fluxtape-Stereo. I wouldn't be surprised if it could break Fluormingo and Stereotape given the right circumstance, but it will be tough.. Future Fires, some Steels, and a bunch of Waters can handle this properly. Its Attack stat is okayish enough so physical sets are also possible, but they have significantly less punch, so they probably won't be worthwhile. Also, I'm not going to be taking any design cues from Kelven for this at all, so this could pass as a state of matter pixie with an aurora theme, or maybe some kind of icy mist.

Description: Mechanaven is back! this time, with Sheer Force, sadly losing its very funny niche of Download, even though still having Download to run said funny niche. it has incredibly strong attacks, such as Dark Pulse, Crunch and all of its other STAB and coverage moves. its overall a very strong mon.

Frosfey: The Ice Spirit Pokemon (combination of Frost and Fey)
Ability: Refrigerate
Typing: Ice/Fairy

HP: 85
ATK: 90
DEF: 75
SPA: 90
SPD:75

Description: Frosfey is incredibly fast and has a unique roll as a Rapid Spinner that is unable to be spinblocked. Outside of hazard removal, it can run multiple other support options including the ability to set hazards, spread Toxic, cripple walls with Taunt and Trick, and pivot out with Parting Shot to U-turn. Oustide of support sets, Frosfey is pretty lacking. However, a special Sweeper set might be possible thanks to its decent coverage, SPA, access to Calm Mind, and incredible speed.

Terabul: The Bull Pokemon (combination of Terra, Bull, and corruption of Terrible)
Ability: Thick Fat/ Rock Head/ Guts
Typing: Ground/Fighting

HP: 90
ATK: 120
DEF: 105

Description: Pretty self-explanatory entry: does big damage with a Guts boost, and has a colorful movepool and incredible STAB combo to boot. Rock Head could also be used to take advantage of Head Smash and Wild Charge, while Thick Fat is a good option for teams that struggle with the dangerous Fluxtape

Canobra: The Ancient Construct Pokemon (combination of cannon and sombra, Spanish for shadow)
Ability: Mega Luncher/Clear Body
Typing: Dark/Steel

HP: 85
ATK: 55
DEF: 60

Description: Canobra serves as a literal Special tank, with high Spdef and the ability to fire off powerful Mega Launcher-boosted attacks. Because of these qualities, it serves as a good temporary check to Nympheral.

Description: Despertur is a feared western gunslinger robot. People who disrespect it often don't live for long, leading to people treating it like royalty. It will often settle down in small villages and chase any outsider out of this territory. It still accepts to live with people and pokemon that respect it though. In terms of competitive play, Despertur is amazing speed control between access to 2 priority moves, an immunity to priority, a solid speed tier and a movepool centered around Choise Scarf between Parting Shot, U-Turn and Switcheroo. This means it will often get the first strike on opposing mons. It can notably revenge kill Nympheral with Bullet Punch as well as outspeed and deal heavy damage to an already setup Laopharsi if running a special Scarf set. It's also generally good at cleaning up teams. Its stab combo is already good neutral coverage, but it also has good coverage for other types. Bullet Seed, Energy Ball and Thunder Punch allow it to hit bulky waters that resist Steel, Brick Break and Aura Sphere hit steel types, Ice Punch hits Akanalud and more. This makes Despertur able to threaten a good amount of pokemon. It's far from impossible to deal with however. Fighting types generally do well, Gorilax and Dojodo especially due to their ability to take both physical and special moves pretty well. Beetilient is also a good answer to physical sets. Fire types also give it trouble, with Fluxtape-Stereo probably being its best Fire type counter. Its offensive stats are also not super impressive and it lacks setup options so generally bulky pokemon like Fluomingo, Nimbustorm or Magroach may be able to deal with it as well. Overall, Despertur is a much needed speed control option in a metagame with only one truly prevalent scarfer (Jungape).

Universal Moves are included
Superpower, High Horsepower, Brick Break
Sand Storm, Swagger, Work Up
Head Charge
Burning Jealousy, Snarl
movepool will be full when the sub happens to win

Description: Bullorce is meant to be a threatening offensive Pokemon with its great offensive STABs and the combination of Sheer Force and its coverage. The physical sets have Earthquake and Close Combat with either Knock Off, Mach Punch or Bulk Up. It can't abuse Sheer Force with its physical sets, but its special sets make great use of that ability. Focus Blast and Earth Power make its base 75 SpA actually worth using with Sheer Force and Life Orb. It has coverage in Sludge Bomb, Burning Jealousy and Snarl with Vacuum Wave for priority, albeit weaker priority. It also has Calm Mind, but its attacking sets can also utilise Stealth Rock and Toxic to punish switch-ins.

Flavor Moves: WIP
Description: Designed to be a Choice Scarf user. Ground covers most pokemon you need a Scarf user for: Fluxtape-S, Nympheral, Laopharsi, Storvark, and Spirox. Close Combat covers Glaciallo and Skappa, and should deal massive damage to offensive Flourmingo. 110 is an ideal Speed tier because it outspeeds Laopharsi. Natural Cure and decent SpD mean it can switch into Spirox fairly safely.

Name: Kamaivul (Kamaitachi + Vulpes (Fox Genus))

Flavor Moves: Learns Universal TMs, Aerial Ace, Agility, Aurora Veil, Bounce, Cut, Dig, False Swipe, Fury Cutter, Fury Swipes, Hail, Scratch, Slash, Tailwind, Whirlwind, X-Scissor
Flavor: Based around the yokai Kamaitachi, Kamaivul is a Snow Fox that often summons and rides Whirlwinds, hence it’s access to Levitate for flavor. It’s front paws are replaced with sharp, sickle-like claws. It is often known to cause mischief wherever it goes, snickering as it stirs up trouble.
Description: Fast, but frail Set Up Attacker. Due to its rather frail defensive stats and typing, Kamaivul relies on the support of defensive pivots or punishing passive Pokémon with Taunt and Trick to get going. Gets access to prankster Haze as well, which lacks some synergy with its frail nature, but could be necessary to halt a snowballing sweeper. Hone Claws is Kamaivul’s main set-up move, which not only boosts the power of its physical attacks, but accuracy enables some mixed sets utilizing Hurricane for extra coverage.

Flavor: When the heat rises, and travelers grow weary, Nephirazh, a Lobster-like Pokémon, appears. Travelers often mistake the Nephirage for a marine Pokémon, thinking its presence means there is an Oasis nearby. Nephirazh are rather fast Crustaceans who have grown speedy from the strong desert winds. Folklore suggests that Nephirazh themselves are responsible for spawning Mirages within the desert.
Description: Nephirazh is a fast special breaker that can provide answers against several strong defensive threats in the meta. With access to both Secret Sword and Focus Blast, Nephirazh puts a high amount of pressure on the many Steel-type walls of the meta. Not only that, but it also wields Fighting/Ground/Rock for coverage, which is incredibly potent. Nephirazh may hold strong against many of the current walls of the meta, however with it's mid-high speed, Nephirazh struggles against anything that can outspeed and hit supereffectively, such as Nympheral and Scarf Fuscicea.

Competitively, Terrafotta leverages its solid bulk to serve as either late game sweeper or Band user. Flash Fire (based on terracotta's noted resistance to the stuff once hardened) gives Fotta more points of entry and makes it harder to burn it, as well as boosting possible Fire coverage in either Fire Punch or Heat Crash; No Guard, meanwhile, allows perfectly accurate Stone Edges.

Description: Based on the tsurara onna, a woman-like spirit that can form from icicles, Tsurartic is a very kind Pokemon that will always strive to make others happy; just be careful of warmer weather. Illusion can be used for mind-games, but the main ability is Dazzling, which allows the fast Tsurarctic to dodge priority users that would prey on its low Defense. Tsurartic can be a speedy Specs user with U-turn pivoting or a CM sweeper, with several options to keep it healthy.

These are both vetoed for now, as Muudthai can set up on and break just about anything in the format thanks to Poison Heal alongside its bulk, and that includes our Flying-types right now, and Twinklesnows having Magic Bounce alongside that level of bulk invalidates some hazard setters and will make it pretty restraining to build future ones. We'll let you change these; removing Magic Bounce should fix the second one, but for Muudthai, it'll probably need to have some kind of bulk reduction and the removal of Calm Mind. DM me once you've made these changes, or if you'd like to ask if a change will be okay.
