I will present you a team rain well suited to the SS or current metagame.
first of all, let's start with the rain seter, the rain seter is the pokemon that will put the rain on the field, of the rain seter there are not many, but the best rain seter for the current metagame is pelipper, thanks to its ability to heal itself with roost and thus be able to rest the rain longer on the field, in addition it is a pokemon which in addition to its role of rain seter can provide support to the team with defog or toxic, and its ability to rotate with u-turn and to type rather hard with his stabs hurricane and scald under the rain which he poses, that makes this pokemon the most optimal as a rain seter.
then, we go on with the defensive body composed of swampert, ferrothorn and buzzwole, the swapert and ferrothorn duo complement each other very well, because the only weakness of swampert and grass type which resisted well by ferrothorn, and ferrothorn is very weak to fire, but it is componsé by the presence of the rain and swampert which resists the fire type, the only flaw of this duo is the fighting spam which is very well countered by buzzwole, in addition to that swampert and ferrothorn provide support to the team with knock off, stealth rock, spikes and so on (buzzwole can provide offensive cover).
and finally, we finish with the offensive duo barraskewda zapdos, barraskewda is a very good rain sweeper thanks to his good attack and speed stats, thanks to his swift swim talent which doubles his speed under rain, he can be played adamant for more damage, more with the choice band (which increases its attack by * 1.5 and blocks it on a single attack) under rain the damage of its water attacks is doubled.
zapdos can do big damage against the opposing team with his 110 BP thunder and hurricane stabs which do not fail in rain, in addition he has access to weather ball which gives him a good water attack of 100 BP under rain.
