Buzzwole is regarded as one of the best switchins to Chomp due to its Ground resistance and generally annying tendency of not dying on the physical side. Enter special Chomp. Chomp OHKOes Buzz after a round of rocks and has a not insignificant chance of KOing it outright without any prior damage at max. 80 is not a lot to work with, but it's just about enough. This Chomp can also beat a lot of its normal checks in Ferro and to an extent, Pex. This opens the door to your Ttat, Gyarados, menace to society, etc.

(An alternate EV spread of 228 Spa / 252 Spe / 28 Atk with a Rash Nature can be run for a more mixed variant. This maintains the OHKO after rocks)

Yeah Buzz is regarded as a very good switchin to chomper, dragonium says no to that, other than being generally an incredibly powerful and useful move even in matchup without a buzzwhole, which is very important as buzz isnt that common anyway.
