english is not my main language, so i hope you guys dont mind some mistakes in spelling and grammar

So a small introduction, hi guys this is my first ever RMT, and i think i have a good enough elo peak using both teams that i can safely share this team with hopefully little to no flaws, ive tested this day and night, along with inputs by a friend Storm Zone and also testing. i strived to build a somewhat "antimeta" during the hot times of OST, so i have here a few teams that ive built to counter the meta based on tours and 1850-1900+ ish ladder and the main culprit of that is nidoking, on paper and practice nidoking destroy the current Lando-Ferro-Pex-Melm-Tran-Corv whatever defensive core and even torn hates nidoking, and rather than using Pivot spam + nidoking, i tried to build an aggressive team where you need to always double and pressure the opponent, hence the name "Super Offense". This style is really hard to use and really just need to read super hard. so thats about it, and i have 2 teams i wanna show off, the original one i used, and what i think is the "improved" version in the second version of the team. (based on how you play)

Proof of PEAK

NOTE: I know theres a well known person in Overused room and ladder named "d18l" i am NOT him, this is merely a parody account of him that i made months ago as a joke but slowly use it as my test account, he says its fine that i use this name so incase anyone gets confused.

Intoducing... The First Nidoking Team

G-Moltres + Nidoking Special Offense

this is the first version of the team, :nidoking: Nidoking is an incredibly strong pokemon that can 2hko anything not named blissey or slowking (if dont have elec move) and just oppress most offensive team, and since Blissey and Slowking is at an all-time low, with AV Torn, Lando and Glowking being the premier Special Wall, a full on special offense just decimates most teams, and this team doesnt just die to blissey and slowking as it has counter play. so, to the team building process

:nidoking: :moltres-galar: :tapu-lele:
so i started with the big 3 of special offense, power of nidoking, set up of gmolt and the speed of tapu lele. these 3 mon alone is already super scary by themselves and as a joke i used these 3 mons on a new alt and got 5 wins in a row before losing. theres not much to say other than the 3 being in my opinion the best special attackers in the tier, so onto the next one
:nidoking: :moltres-galar: :tapu-lele: :buzzwole:
i put buzzwole here because my team is weak to a lot of physical mons like urshifu, kartana, offensive landorus and weavile so buzzwole is a mon that perfectly counter all of these threats, and it also has a HUGE physical attack stat to ward off would be special wall, i debated on whether i should have leech life or eq, but i just switch between them depending how i feel that day or what i see on the ladder. muscle band is also a good item to trick corviknight since the calcs are similar but think rocky helmet is better most times.
:nidoking: :moltres-galar: :tapu-lele: :buzzwole: :rotom-wash: OR :tapu-fini:
rain is tough. hawlucha and galarian zapdos is ALSO tough. stall too is tough. fini OR washtom can handle 2/3 of these threats that are still destroying this team, personally i picked tapu fini because destroying stall is better for me, and the ablity to be able to handle fini better is nice, not much else to say, secondary ghost/physical wall. fini good. water good. yes. tho shoutouts to georgiethefirst for suggesting rotom wash, and ive tested it and it works! just not my taste.
:nidoking: :moltres-galar: :tapu-lele: :buzzwole: :tapu-fini: :heatran: (:air-balloon: or :leftovers:)
Heatran is here as a lele counter and killing steels and fairy which helps both lele and gmolt to late game sweep sweep easier, now i have offensive tran which is now the best special wall this team need, or even beat lele that much BUT the surprise factor, massive damage, and no switchins that isnt named slowkingor blissey is really cool! tho ik its not the most consistent, so thats why i sometimes like to slot in spdef lefties (or spdef loon)

SO now onto each individual pokemon...

First thing first, :nidoking: Nidoking is the first thing on the team, he breaks things and revenge kills more things, bulky offense hate him. this mon is very hard to get in, but when it does get in expect something either dying, or have them being crippled, there has never been a meta more friendly to nidoking than now, and while the usual suspect of nidoking teams are pivot spam with Torn, Lando, Corv, Washtom, Glowking. im trying a stallbreaker approach with taunt, blissey never run spdef which lets it get 4hko or 5hko with sludge wave, and blissey being severely hurt or just gone, makes this team that much scarier with the amount of special attacker, and even without flame you still beat corv and skarm with taunt shenanigans.

Gonna just say it, its the best special set up sweeper in OU, nothing else comes close to the threat this possess and just like my favourite pokemon to use in SS OU Polteageist or the dreaded volcarona, just the mere existance of it makes the opponent on the back foot cause god knows just one agility and one berserk, it can sweep most offense team and a lot of balance and BO just on the spot. Hurricane is for damage, air slash accuracy and flinches are nice but the hurricane damage is just much bigger.
Why the 2 evs?
the original ev is conceived by Pinkacross which i copied from his amazing psyspam team, but i edit a little bit on the speed and defense so i outspeed +1 Haxorus and +1 Urshifu at +2 speed, the HP lets it live :zeraora: Zeraora's Plasmafist, :tapu-koko: Koko's Thunderbolt and :tapu-lele: Modest Lele's Moonblast. the catch is that the speed is so low, Seismitoad, Venusaur under weather, scarf kartana STILL outspeeds it. thats why i have the option for the second EV spread to reach scarf 350s like :gengar: Gengar and live lele moonblast, zeraora plasmafist and +2 garchomp scale shot or neutral garchomp stone edge.

Scarf lele is pretty good as a scarfer because it still has the damage output to 2hko neutral tanks like blissey, clef, hippo, lando and torn-t, while remaining fast enough to outrun some good offensive mon and has a surprisingly good defensive stats and typing that its able to take things like 1 :blacephalon: Blacephalon Shadow ball and 1 :kartana: Kartana leaf blade and more, not only that it also helps with anti priority and revenge killing and just all around good pokemon to have and fits perfectly in this special offense.

Tapu fini here is the main rain counter due to the new popularity of it after the ban of kyurem, it also helps with walling weavile, urshifu, and its also a p decent heatran check and a secondary ghost check alongside G-Molt. fini helps with trapping stall monsters like slowking, blissey or AV Reun that might be problematic for this team. fini also helps with neutralizing threats unburden lucha, double set up dnite, setup kommo-o since tapu fini is bulky enough to take one hit from most of those mons and hit them back hard.

Buzzwole is the main phys-tank that handles the physical mon that fini cant, and fini handles all the physical mons buzzwole cant they sort of create a physical powerhouse tank core which is appreciated since the main 3 offensive mons dont exactly take physical moves very well so buzzwole can just sit on lando, kart, weavile, shifu and other physical breakers. i have the option for earthquake and leech life depending on what you want to hit, Pex or the Slowtwins, its up to you which you want to use as it is just user preferences. buzzwole also helps greatly to supprot the special attackers on this team to be able to soften up the special walls and lure in physical walls that nidoking, moltres and lele can beat.

Offensive heatran, neat right? i know that this makes me weak to lele, ghosts and such but i find that offensive heatran works as a lure here, Nidoking, Landorus, Buzzwole, Fini gets lured by this and then smacked by a strong move and not only that, this walls heatran (unless ur using that body press which i hate you) aswell. this having timid can surprise sand teams like outspeeding adamant excadrill and timid dracozolt outside of sand and also adamant rillaboom and modest nidoking, now i know it no longer one shot clef or lele, but it can still one shot lele after rocks and the surprise factor of the speed is just that great. its also nice as a flying resist to mindgame gapdos which does a lot vs me. yall should try it yourself.

Why rotom wash over fini? Gapdos, Hawlucha, Barraskewda, Pivot and Defog. ive tried both of these mons and i find equal success with both fini and rotom, just depending on match up, i usually switch around these 2 mons depending the teams on the ladder. if theres a lot of stall ill load with fini, if theres a lot of HO, Rain, Gapdos, ill load up with rotom, pick your poison!

Spdef heatran beats lele, pult, blaceph better and just stay longer vs things like torn and zapdos which might be useful for some games, personally i really enjoy offensive tran on this team but your good ol' spdef heatran is still excellent so just thought to put it here

THREAT LIST
here are some pokemon that detroys this team

:ss/marowak-alola:
Trick room is managable but alolan marowak as a whole has been the biggest thorn on my side with this team, lord knows how many times i almost got 6-0d on the spot by this, so if you play vs trick room, make sure to not waste buzzwole and tapu fini because you will need them for this beast, and abuse the hell out of the abundants of taunt you have here.
:ss/victini:
Victini is just very anoyying to fight, in darts around the team with no problem, v-creates and bolt strikes for free. my suggestion is to keep buzzwole and moltres healthy so they can take a fatal blow and destroy the victini back. this is also a reason why i suggested rotom wash instead of tapu fini.
:ss/blacephalon:
specs and scarf blaceph are really anoyying for this team since the high damage of shadow ball and flamethrower sort of just slice through this team and makes fighting them anoyying. this is why i suggested spdef tran over the offensive tran mainly because of this. make sure gmolt and fini stay healthy vs blace.
:ss/reuniclus: :assault-vest:
AV Reun is rather rare nowadays but this completely shuts down the team, lele and nidoking cant break it and gmolt cant beat unaware clef or blissey that WILL be paired with AV Reun. this is why i suggest leech life on buzzwole, just make sure rocks is up at all time, keep heatran and buzzwole healthy for this.
:ss/alakazam: :ss/tapu-lele:
psyspam is rather anoyying i must say, the reason is similar to blaceph because the heatran is offensive instead of spdef, this is one of the MU where its a bad thing. to beat this keep moltres at 100% for that late game sweep so you dont crumple expanding force and dazzling gleam
:ss/arctovish:
hail has not caused me any problems yet... until this thing showed up, i know it is a very rare sight but the moment you see arctovish its sort of GG there, so just be careful around it and keep fini healthy for this and let buzzwole and heatran handle arctozolt.
:ss/zapdos-galar:
Close Combat. Brave Bird. reason why rotom is a suggestion.

"""THREAT""" LIST
here are some pokemon that look like it may destroy this team, but really, they dont.

:ss/hawlucha:
now, seeing that fini is the ONLY lucha counter, u might think its tough, but the thing is, hawlucha cant set up on ANY of the pokemon, and if t does, it just dies. the best place to set up is vs heatran but even then, you will still get hurt a lot and lucha just gets finished off by buzzwole helmet or fini rkill.
:ss/blaziken:
blaziken when i was building i said "ahh screw it ill take a loss vs it" but nah, its the same case as lucha, it cant set up on anything, and this time i meant it, the best thing it can do is maybe oneshot heatran with close combat, other than that. its just a sitting duck vs everyone else.
:ss/kartana:
same thing, banded aerial ace doesnt quite one shot buzzwole and buzzwole just forever walls this, and even if zwole gets picked off, we have gmolt with its amazing plasma fist living bulk to wall and rkill or set up on it.
:ss/volcarona:
volcarona looks menacing with the prospect of offensive heatran but nope. still walled. if things do get dicey, psyshock lele is also another option to beating it as it lives 1 volcarona fire blast.
:ss/slowking-galar:
Glowking is one of the best spdef walls rn, but it does not wall any of the special attackers on this team, it doesnt 1v1 let alone 4v1 all of em so you should be fine vs it.

Now...

Thats a pretty good team right? but that team is not the only nidoking team that i have used or made, that team has some flaws and needed to be play hyper-aggressively, in this second version however i tried to build it to be more safe without pulling the punches of the original one with some compressed roles to help the team succeed, not only that, i believe this second team is better than the first one, tho after asking around my friends they were mixed, so pick whichever you like more!

Introducing... The Second Nidoking Team

jellicentsuperoffense.jpg

:ss/nidoking: :ss/tapu-lele: :ss/jellicent: :ss/weavile: :ss/heatran: :ss/corviknight:
Nidoking + Jellicent FSight Offense
this is the second version of the team, as always :nidoking: Nidoking is an incredibly strong pokemon that 2hko almost anything not named blissey or slowking, but this team handles that fairly well, while the last team can struggle with some stall but with Weavile + Fsight and Nidoking stall is not gonna be a problem at all, besides, taunt toxic jellicent can take care of non toxapex walls fairly well too. as for other team styles this team sort of just counter it, Rain has Jellicent, BO has nidoking, HO has lele and stall has Fsight + Physical bulldozer and heatran. an old school style with a new look.
:nidoking: :tapu-lele:
Nidoking is the main guy and i still wanna use lele so i still have these 2 as the main core, 2 super good special attacker to destroy bo teams
:nidoking: :tapu-lele: :weavile:
Now, instead of G-molt, im trying out weavile because the physical offense of weavile is really good, and with future sight support of lele, it has very little thing that walls it, not even corvi or ferro takes Knock/Axel + Fsight that well, so having a more reliable physical attacker with 2 of the best special attacker in OU it synergizes relaly well.
:nidoking: :tapu-lele: :weavile: :heatran: (:air-balloon: or :leftovers:)
Heatran is here because lele, blace, pult, sun sort of just... destroy this team? so a steel spdef wall that can set up rocks, not lose to volcarona, and have extra security againts stall is not bad at all!
:nidoking: :tapu-lele: :weavile: :heatran: :jellicent:
now, i realized that my team LOSES to shifu and rain, and the best water counter in OU with its HARD WALLING shifu's stab, and barraskewda's 2 most spammed move (close combat/flip turn) and good enough spdef that even with just max HP, it STILL walls kingdra AND seismitoad, so you just hard counter rain and let your teammate to finish off the rest of the team. and with taunt it can stop ferro from stacking hazard, suicune and keldeo from setting up on you, pelliper from being a better politoed, corviknight from doing its shenanigans and much much more. thats why i chose jelli instead of fini.
:nidoking: :tapu-lele: :weavile: :heatran: :jellicent: :corviknight: OR :skarmory:
Weavile tuff. kart tuff. so the best options to beat them and have defog is corvi and skarm. the upside of skarm is the spikestacking capability and still having defog supports its team. spike + taunt spam and breakers like lele, nidoking and weavile just adds up very well, the down side is that your spdef isnt that good and being hard set up fodder for volcarona, DD-Pult and the rare gengar isnt something to write home about, and the absent of U-turn is rough, but if you play aggressively this is not that bad of a downside. while corv has good spdef, u turn to get out of there easier and still having decent enough defense, tho its noticably lower than skarm.

NOW, onto the team

Jellicent in my humble opinion is a very underrated pick in OU, after cinderace was banned there hasn't been much talks about jellicent in OU. for me, jellicent is probably the best rain counter in the entire game, as it is able to pivot into all of the rain sweepers, completely shut down urshifu and the increasingly popular sub cm keldeo with taunt. the darks of ou really hates switching into a potential wisp and scald, and the ghosts of ou is scared of potential hex shenanigans. the speed ev on this is there so that im able to taunt skarmory, toxic i feel like is more useful on this team because toxic chip on things like torn, rotom-w and other walls is much more appreciated than just a normal burn. plus scald can still burn. this mon is able to live a lot of special hits and still being able to wall heavy physical sweepers like +2 lucha acrobatics. in a pinch, jelli can also beat heatran.

Weavile is a really good swords dancer here and also supports the team as a really good physical breaker to beat all of the special walls while all of weavile's common physical checks get destroyed by nidoking or supported by future sight. and since the team itself is weak to ghosts, having weavile as a soft-check with heatran gives it a pretty decent defensive role for the team while still having power. this is also my demon mew counter because that mon is dumb. ice shard is here so i can RKill Lucha, Rillaboom and DD-DPult

Heatran is my main spdef wall as it has the perfect resistances for lele and still have the stats to take neutral hits like specs shadow ball. stealth rock and taunt are some great support move for this team, taunt so it can shut down stall teams. the option of air balloon or leftovers is because this team is kind of weak to opposing heatrans, so some people that have helped me test this team use air balloon instead which in the end i agree with, but the replays i have i was using leftovers. the speed ev is to outspeed modest 240s like magnezone.

Mamo is really good in this meta, and with only corviknight as your switch in, playing around it is quite challenging, but a good hit with lele and rocks chip will easily put him down
:ss/magnezone: :ss/weavile: OR :ss/rillaboom:
Zone + Physical sweeper thriumps over this team as having corviknight/skarmory as your sole weavile and rillaboom switch in often lets it get trapped alot, to play around it is be aggressive with doubles onto nidoking againts zone, then fire off a super effective hit vs something that may switch into nidoking, or doubling out.
:ss/zeraora:
a good zera player can turn this team into mince meat if they force nidoking and lele to come in a lot before zeraora even show face in the battle, my strategy is to bait zera out with corv or just keep nidoking in the back always, and only bring him out on a nessecary double, if you predict knockf from zera, let corv or tran take it instead, and let jelli take CC.
:ss/victini:
this u turns and v create so freely as i dont have much switchins and revenge killer vs it. your best bet is to agressively double weavile onto it and try to not get v-created on anything not named jellicent.

SHOUTOUTS
Storm Zone was the main guy that helped me build these teams, when i hit a roadblock i reach out to him to test, fix and get my ass handed to everytime on friendlies (not on ladder tho  ) and besides, the first draft of this team that i sent to him, he apparently already made work with his own version back during OLT months ago! theres a reason why he is the GOAT

georgiethefirst The first draft of the team he helped me build with what works with what

Fusien For helping me test the team and give feedback everytime we met on ladder and also bringing this to an OU Championship match to see if the team is up to standard

NOW! i wanna say thank you to everyone who read this RMT, this is my first so i hope this will be good and in the future i will definetly make more of these, to the people who has been following my ladder journey, i know this RMT isnt my main core of :raboot: Raboot and :polteageist: Polteageist, but i will do them when the time is right, currently i just love making anti-meta builds that help me brute force ladder. i hope everyone who tried this team will find success and to team raters, i will take as much criticism and team fixes as i need, as i am far from the best player in OU.

GOOD BYE EVERYONE!!! :dp/mew:

why timid on Nido?
i used to have modest on nido as it does insane amounts of damage, but since theres been a rise of fast zapdos, jolly blaziken, modest lele, max-max gmolt, super fast fini and dracozolt sand teams i prefer timid for that surprise K.O, since both teams already have insane breaking power, sacrificing some power for speed to be able to hit more target (especially on the first team) is a worth while change.

I love the idea of this offense, it feels very fresh and off-meta which is hard to put together!

It might be a weird teambuilding checkbox, but I almost always try to ensure I have at least 1 Knock Off on the team. Considering the fact that this was quite successful, I might be less weary of that requirement which can help me with teambuilding! Thanks for posting!

You have to play around with Heatran and Buzzwole a bit and try to get in Nidoking on a tpunch or superpower. Also, u can just run Rotom wash if u are facing melm more.
I agree though, it might be a bit of a problem, should add it in the threat list Mimikyu Stardust.
This team is very agressive in nature and pads melm get in on only G-Molt which should only be for late game, Lele which you can fblast and fini which can madness. you should double around it, for example doubling onto nidoking when you have lele in. its not that hard to do and pads melm have never actually done much to this team, and if it does get in your advice is what you need to do (or go rotom wash if its truly a hassle)

yo love the team and hard work, but a question. For this one (https://pokepast.es/81780420e29a3f49), how cud i deal with pads melm?
yogo summarized it well
