Note the absolute lack of progression. M2H had an early tr and a late sr and they are literally the only person to appear in both lists, and only once. Eli was shaded from the start of D1 and that has continued. Caff and Clouds were towny in RVS in their view and still are just town, when they've had a v rocky path through this game with a lot of town and scum cred at various points. He threw one Haruno tr and now Haruno is dead. Beyond that, Laurel has only scumread, basically saying no one is town.

realiti seemed to be a top scumread and now he's completely dropped that. Not saying he changed his mind, just ignoring his existence

Almost all of his reads involve more active players and he's never commented on others. shadowpea he scumread toward EoD2 but that's it and he didn't provide reasoning, and Dyo he only scumread through Spiderz.

Speaking of, Spiderz is by far and away one of the most active players this game and he was just, never mentioned or read by Laurel? Which is weird considering Laurel's complete focus on active players.

Laurel's brought up DLE as a scumread frequently with basically no reasoning, and DLE has literally not been here so what's up with that

And me typing that sentence has just made me realise it's even weirder that Laurel has never responded to Spiderz really. Spiderz has said Laurel has been scummy more than anyone else and there was never an exchange? Honestly if Laurel is scum it implicates Spiderz a fair bit, which hurts me to say bc Spiderz has been great this game I'm a huge fan of his work

I mean the first point is an easy one which is that the scum team could have decided on a kill during the day phase. I mean the scum team may have been informed about the split dynamic before anybody else / they could have had two kills (and scum in Haruno's group just inferred that that was a good kill for Texas) / lots of other pointless speculation.

The harder question in this thread is who do I townread which is like CB / Spiderz / Ryodio / Psy / Nuxl and to a lighter degree Clouds / Whydon. Honestly I don't even know anymore regarding scum reads, which is a lame thing to say, but my ability to sort slots in such a huge game is honestly not there. Assuming four scum at this stage a rand read would be around a 20% scum yeah? With that considered I think Texas is around a 45% scum here. In any case I do think it is ultimately necessary to vote them out here as a Texas flip would ultimately increase the health of the thread / provide information regarding slots such as Celever, UncleSam, etc.,

Ultimately I would be inclined to vote in the group pile, but my headcanon atm is that Celever was the triggerman, but that only makes sense in a scum!Texas world so I can't really pursue that atm. The person in the thread that I think is most cooperating with what looks like Texas doing a weak attempt at powerscumming here is Celever. In a town!Texas world I ultimately probably read Celever town and look at slots like Ayia/Drookez/maybe you tbh?/Dave? instead but in a scum!Texas world Celever is ultimately the best bet in that pile. TBH I think UncleSam is a good contended for scum in that universe as well as their move to defend me felt like an attempt at deepscumming if I'm being honest.
 
I’m currently leaning towards voting Dyo. I think of the people on that tribe, the most suspicious ones to me are just, DLE/Dave/Dyo/Laurel.

Dave and DLE don’t have a lot of thread presence and I don’t know about making a judgement. While I am suspicious of Laurel, I do kinda like the contribution and agree with some of his statements. I’m mainly waiting to see if DLE/Dave/Laurel/Someone else do something that makes me change my mind.
 
Sorry I’ve been busy all weekend I will be at home in like two hours but we don’t have a ton of time left to make a real vote today

I’ve been trying to follow the thread while out and about as much as I can but I will say I strongly support a Dyo vote today. His role makes no sense as town and his targeting Hal claim not only makes no sense but also gives him cover if he got tracked or watched while killing Hal.

I’m going to dig into the prior posts more when I’m at a computer and see if I can validate this but I’m pretty sure this is mechanically 100% the correct vote today.

I wanted to get this post out there ASAP so people would have more time to respond, if you don’t like this vote then please state the following:
A. Why you don’t like it, explicitly
B. Who you would like to push instead given how far into the day we already are
