NU Swiss Tournament
Rules:
  • Standard SS NU
  • Swiss-System Tournament + Single Elimination
  • All rounds will be best of three, you may switch teams in between games
  • Any changes to the tier that occur in the middle of a round will not apply until the next round
  • You are expected to know and follow all general tournament rules
  • VMs are only thing that matters for activity. Use this guide to ensure you don't lose via activity or coinflip.
This year, the NU Swiss tournament will be a Type B tournament for the official NU circuit.

The Swiss format tournament in the standard Sword and Shield NU metagame. A Swiss tournament is a two-part tournament where everyone starts in a sort of round-robin. After Round 1, instead of being eliminated or advancing to a higher part of a bracket, you are paired with someone that has the same record as you. After a few rounds (depending on number of signups) the players with the best records will advance to a playoff bracket. Therefore, you will play every week until playoffs are established.

hey roxiee both me and Inder have the same opponent (phantomclaw8888). I assume Inder is supposed to face cherryb0ng, who lost the coinflip to phantomclaw8888 in the r2 thread?

EDIT: i checked literally everything except for cherryb0ng being in this round, sry for tagging you then, so idk who is facing who
