Honestly Paradox Jigglypuff looks like the love child of Majin Buu and Arianna Grande more than a homage to Mega Mewtwo Y

Pretty sure Weavile can come into shadow ball once or twice.

Let me put it this way: HTyphlosion breaks mons that Blaceph can't as reliably break. And specs HTyph makes for an arguably better specs dragapult partner since it lets it run hex over shadow ball and clean up crippled teams easier.

But let's just put that side convo aside as it isn't really that relevant right now.

Past paradox mons having such distinct designs is really making me glad i am picking up scarlet.
 
Something quite interesting that catches my attention about these

The Paradoxes only have stand-in for names - They're nicknames or descriptions like "Great Tusk" and "Iron Valliant". In other words, the Paradoxes have no name

This ties back to... Nemona. Whose english name is an anagram of "No Name", and Japanese name is Nemo, which both is Latin for "nobody" and also commonly used as a pseudonym for people trying to hide their names


Is NEMONA herself a Paradox????

252 SpA Choice Specs Blacephalon Shadow Ball vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Weavile: 125-147 (44.4 - 52.3%) -- 21.5% chance to 2HKO

This is assuming HDB on the wev. Also, shadow ball calcs are irrelevant since it gets deleted by flamethrower.


252 SpA Choice Specs Blacephalon Flamethrower vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Landorus-Therian: 204-241 (53.4 - 63%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

This is assuming max HP max SpD nature lando.

H-Typhlosion is literally Blacephalon with a worse ability, a worse speed tier and substantially less SpA. And of course it isn't better at breaking these mons, since Blacephalon does more damage with both, Shadow Ball and fire stab, and it needs to support from its teammates nor does it need the opposing Pokémon to be inflicted with status. SpD lando is 2hkoed by specs blace 100% of the time, something htyph cant do, and weavile switching into either blace or typh shouldn't even be something we are discussing.

but yep lets put this topic aside and keep with the actual leaks going xd

That’s the best they could do with Tyranitar? *groans* Violet gets all these boring mechas while Scarlet gets all the kooky and aggressive designs.

I like Salamence’s call back to Mega Salamence with the huge glider wings. Except much less serene, much more blood thirsty.
