It says Harsh Sunlight activated it so looks like its confirmed you do not need the Box Legends signature ability to activate the Paradox ability. Torkoal and Pincurchin will actvate it for early meta lol. Orichalcum Pulse just seems like Drough and +1 atk in Sun. Miraidon prolly has one for Electric Terrain and SpAtk
